We chose one of the ground floor rooms with a patio and independent access from the rear car park. The sun falls on the patio area of these 6 rooms from 10:30am to around 5:00pm in early May so we were able to make use of the patio table and 2 chairs with removable seat cushions. Another nice feature of these rooms for us is the fridge, as we like fresh milk for our hot drinks. Everyone working there was very friendly and eager to help in any way. Breakfast time slots were available so that guests get a more personalised service. There was a huge range of choices all served at the table, and typical Norfolk sized large portions.

The staff are absolutely fantastic and can’t do enough for you. Amanda couldn’t be more helpful when I was stuck in loads of traffic. I asked if I could have a bath despite not in the room category I paid for and this was sorted. The breakfast was amazing and I’ve never been somewhere where they were so attentive. The room had everything you could need and lovely selection of tea, coffee and biscuits. I used the free WiFi with no issues.

The walls seems to be quite thin and I could clearly hear the conversation and TV in the room next door which went on for a number of hours. The extractor fan in their bathroom also provided a very loud noise in my room everytime it was used. The TV in the room could do with an upgrade as very small.

The staff at this hotel are amazing, from the moment you walk in through the door we were met with a smiling face. The staff couldn't do enough for us. We only had breakfast but the food was spectacular, there was fresh fruit and freshly made scones before you had your breakfast! The scrambled eggs were beautiful. Our room had a sea view, it was very clean and comfortable. The cleaner was lovely, knocking on the door every morning to ask if we needed anything. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in I've got to say this is one of the best ones, with the most nicest staff We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you for making our break away a happy one.

The only reason I've given 9 stars instead of 10 was because the room was a little small, and the bed was only a double, we struggled with the smalker bed. the room couldn't have fit a king size in, but with the room being slightly smaller I banged my legs a lot walking round the bed and was covered in bruises!

The breakfast was amazing a lovely selection ! The location was perfect right by the beach, the cleaning staff always did a great job on our room and always asked if we needed anything else. The receptionist and owners were also so friendly and approachable. It was such a great experience we are going back next year.

I think the pillows were a little flat and hard and when someone had their tv on or just talking we could hear them pretty easily, also when we or someone else had a shower it generates a noise which I could still hear though my ear plugs but it did stop after a while.

Before booking we had a little chuckle seeing all the previous reviews - every single one commented on the friendly helpful staff! I can certainly confirm, the staff were exceptionally friendly and exceptionally helpful! we enjoyed a wonderful meal out on the recommendation of Amanda at check-in, she was brilliant at tailoring the recommendation to the fact I can't eat gluten and my partner is allergic to mushrooms! made sure breakfast was easy and delicious as well! (plus she makes a cracking hot chocolate too as an unconventional night cap sat at the bar 🤣) The room had a beautiful view over the seafront and (despite us both tripping over the bed frame several times 🤣) a very comfortable night! We enjoyed every second in this tastefully yet definitely quirky, little home from home!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Knights Court Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The rooms were a highlight, brilliantly decorated with a warm and inviting ambiance. They were also impeccably tidy and clean, which added to the overall comfort. One of the most relaxing aspects was the stunning sea view from our room, which provided a perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway. The breakfast at Knights Court Hotel was another standout feature. It was not only filling but also very well prepared. While waiting for the main breakfast, we were offered a delightful selection of fruit, muffins, and toast, which was a lovely touch. Location The location of Knights Court Hotel is simply perfect. Situated right by the sea, it offers breathtaking views and a serene environment. It’s also conveniently close to local attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the area. Whether you’re looking to relax by the beach or visit nearby shops and restaurants, everything is within easy reach. Overall, my stay at Knights Court Hotel was fantastic, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

For a first time visit to Great Yarmouth, one of the key tasks was to find a good hotel. Well, this one met all our expectations. We stayed Monday and Tuesday night so we missed out on the evening meal option. The staff really made us feel welcome and went out of their way to accommodate. This can be easily measured by their suggestion of providing us with a travel breakfast takeaway bag due to setting off early before breakfast. When it came to breakfast... we were offered fruit from a fruit and yoghurts. The full English breakfast, everything piping hot. The room.... we had a patio on #3, which had everything we would expect. After plenty of walking, it was nice to go to the bar and have a couple of drinks and just relax. We would definitely recommend this place and would return in the future.

Needed more sun. There isn't anything to say negativity. Comparing location and pricing was the first check box.

The staff were friendly and when my husband mentioned he preferred tinned tomatoes for breakfast they supplied them even though they were not on the menu. We were offered homemade muffins, scones, fresh fruit at breakfast served to the table as well as fruit juice. I asked for well done bacon, basically the breakfast and service was excellent. Our room was small as I stay regularly in hotel accommodation at home and overseas for work, everything was covered.

The walls were a little thin so we could hear next door snoring, walking round, TV, etc. We’d probably try the main hotel rooms next time.

We were made to feel so welcome by everyone that we met. The service was impeccable and our room was spotlessly clean, warm and well provisioned with everything that we could wish for. The hotel itself is absolutely charming with really original decor, truly delightful and full of hidden treasures! Breakfast was amazing with homemade bakes and fresh fruit, in addition to a lovely breakfast menu all of top quality produce. A really lovely place to stay with great hosts and in a great location. We're really looking forward to a return visit very soon and can't recommend enough.

Nothing to dislike at all

Our second time staying here and it was every bit as amazing as the first. Such a warm friendly welcome on arrival and everyone we encountered were absolutely fantastic. Malcom is such a great host and really goes the extra mile, Jane is lovely and the lady who come to clean our room was a delight too as was the lady who checked us in. The breakfast is simply out of this world everything is fresh and piping hot and delicious. The rooms are spotless and very comfy. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone the only word I can use to describe this place is perfect. My 11 year old son Connor was really happy with everything too but I think his favourite bit was the visit from the pooches 😀 Thank you all so much for a fantastic stay and hopefully we will be seeing you all again soon.
