Top floor King room lovely, really spacious, working and effective air con. Very clean, only 2 but very thick comfy pillows and a nice duvet too. Good TV, the soft lighting making it feel cosy, that was a bonus for me personally. Shower was good, large and good pressure/temp. Room comes with goodies such as bottled water and soap/shampoo etc. Free vending machine in reception was handy as there was hot water for me herbal tea, tho carrying it upstairs was a bit of a challenge! It seems that the top floor was quietest as you couldn't really hear people moving about, although it was on the busy main road side that didn't bother me. The curtains were good and only let in this redidish glow at the top from the petrol station below at night, it was kinda cool and non intrusive. Staff were really friendly and very helpful. I'd stay again, better than a travelodge any day!

It's a personal preference due to having back issues, though the mattress seems brand new, it was uber soft and made me feel like I was being eaten by a marshmellow!

I have stayed in the hotel multiple times due to work, and I have always been satisfied. The rooms are decent-size, fairly basic, but overall not bad. Wifi is ok and the location is good, 5 mins to West Drayton station (direct Elizabeth Line). It's also close to decent shops and restaurants for food. Parking is only 5GBP a day, which is quite good for a London hotel. Overall decent value for money, hence I keep booking it.

The mattress and bed are not the most comfortable unfortunately at least in my opinion. The outside of the hotel is a bit bleak, next to some hand carwash place.

I loved the location of the property. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The part I really loved about this property was how comfortable the bed was. We slept really well and will be staying again.

If you are in rooms on the 2nd floor you need to be able to climb stairs. My friend has a disability and struggled with the stairs but once in the room the stay was lovely. Also be sure to keep your room key card away from other cards in your purse/wallet as we got locked out on the 2nd night and the staff advised us it was because of this. Thankfully the staff were onsite and reprogrammed our keys straight away though I did have to do the dreaded 4 flights of stairs to the second floor again as I had to collect the reprogrammed key from reception on ground floor.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy. The staff brought my bags to the room for me since there is no elevator. The staff was the best part they have great customer service.

The pictures are nicer than what the facility really looks like. You can tell that they have tried to make some upgrades but the rooms could still use some work. The bed was also very hard and they were two twins pushed together so their was a hard bump in the middle of the bed. Also there was no AC and no elevator. There is also no phone in the room to call the front desk to have my bags taken down so I took my bags down myself but when the front desk associate heard me struggling he quickly came to help. I feel like they are trying their best to have a good hotel there are just some cosmetic they can improve on.

Value for your money. Good budget hotel near London-Heathrow Int'l Airport. Perfect for layovers or if you're staying in London for just 1-2 nights for business with a little time spent at the hotel. Rooms are quiet, clean and spacious enough for the luggage. Beds and washroom are good. Staff members are polite and check-in process in fast and smooth. I highly recommend this hotel.

No kettle in the room but the hotel has a vending machine at the lobby that serves complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Some of the rooms don't have an AC so if you're travelling during the Summer months, please mention in your reservation that you'd like to book a room with AC.

He is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always goes the extra mile to ensure we’re comfortable. His attentiveness and warm demeanor really make the difference. I had to extend my stay so this was actually my 2nd King size room. Very cosy and clean. Quiet on the non-road side, this room being on the lower floor made it a little noisy in the morning with others chatting and coming and going but you'd get that anywhere! Someone was having a business conference call about concrete sales at 8am in the room opposite, I felt very bored for them all.

Mattress way too soft but good quality at least.

Everything was great! Modern and simple, nothing fancy but everything you need from an airport hotel. Bus to LHR was easy or to the Elizabeth line. Great food options nearby (HIGHLY recommend Palace Tandoori - was incredible)! The smallest complaint was that on booking you could choose AC or not, I went without as it was cold-ish outside but my room had the heating on max so it was very, very hot even after turning it down.

Oh, let me tell you about this amazing hotel I stayed at! The service there was top-notch, and the receptionist named Taaz was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, Taaz greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. They were so friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The hotel itself was beautiful, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. I can't recommend it enough, especially with Taaz's exceptional service. You'll definitely feel like a VIP there!

To be honest I was very anxious prior to checking in. I hadn't pre booked parking and was worried in case it was typical of other city hotel carparks! What a good surprise to drive into a very spacious and secure carpark directly behind the hotel. We were late checking in but the door was opened very quickly by Ali. What a charming and efficient young man. A real star after a very long journey. The room was large, very clean and had every thing we needed. Also, no noise from outside or from other guests . The ensuite was spotless, soaps an shampoos provided and the double size shower was excellent. The bed was super comfy and the bedding crisp and clean. No brew making facilities in the room but there was a free vending machine in reception serving rather good coffee!! Overall we had an excellent stay and will definitely be back. Thank you
