Very lovely staff and the hotel is clean and very well kept. The rooms are spacious and very comfy beds. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very attentive too. Lovely facilities. The gym was nice

The steakhouse restaurant was more expensive than the cost of staying at the hotel for two of us. We just ordered two main dishes and a dessert.. we were offered water, bread and olives when we went in for which we had to pay for, and there was a high service charge added to the bill. Despite having advertised a 20% discount at the restaurant, it was not taken from the bill. I just realised this after we left the hotel. We also found that the jacuzzi was very foamy and had something in it that made our eyes burn after a few minutes, and the chlorine in the pool was quite high

Booked into the executive room for an extra night as we like the extras you get. Previous 2 nights everything replenished. On the extra night booked they didn’t make the room up until we said something When we arrived back at the room the housekeeping maid made us feel awkward because she had to stay over. We paid for the better experience so I expected the extras

The breakfast was very nice and very easily accessible. We was welcomed on arrival the first morning by Daniel who was very welcoming and friendly, tried his very best to make us feel comfortable and nothing was too much trouble for him. I know him personally and I know sometimes he struggles with self confidence issues but on observation this wasn’t to show as he also did the same for the other guests in attendance. On the second morning we was greeted by what appeared to be the manager as not as many staff in attendance on observation, he too was very friendly and polite asking us both if we have been down for breakfast before. All other staff there also work extremely hard, each have their own unique qualities about them so thank you all for making sure we had a nice stay.

Only one thing really and that’s quantity of food for the prices paid. The actually meals were fine but could really have more on the plate. Other than that everything else was spot on.

Lovely clean hotel. We found the staff really friendly and check in was really easy. In particular there was a lovely staff member working at the bar/resturant (sorry i forgot his name). Breakfast was lovely too. We also were lucky to get a slightly late check out - much appreciated thank you

We were told we had to book swim sessions. We tried to book one on the day we arrived but were told full capacity by Liby and she would call if anything became available. I emphasised how excited our toddler was and that we would stay ready. We never heard anything. Later on, my husband popped down at that time to book a session for the following day and found the pool to be quite empty and then were told the swim session would end soon so we couldn't come now as too late. Which was quite disappointing as one of the main reasons we booked the hotel was the indoor heated pool. So i just make sure you book the swim sessions in advance.

Staff were very polite and welcoming. All went above and beyond with their service. Hotel is very beautiful and clean. A very short drive into Central Leicester. Breakfast for both days, and late check out was complimentary - so really appreciated. Traveled with 2 children, they both managed to enjoy the swimming facility, and even the 1hr slot is more then enough for the kids.

Breakfast was fairly basic, not the moneys worth if your paying full, especially for a Halal eating / Vegi / Vegan eating customer - thankfully, breakfast was complimentary and we really appreciated that. Gym facility not so big or the equipment or machines rather old. Not bad for a maintenance workout, lol.

The exec room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Situated right on the A5 but I didn’t experience any traffic noise.

There was a large conference on so the restaurant was full, you could only eat in the bar. The small quiet bar was closed, the only bar had a queue of c.25 people trailing outside the door. I ended up getting room service, which arrived in 30 mins which is fine. Unfortunately there was no cutlery with it and I waited a further 25 mins for that to arrive. I was told “the kitchen was busy”, which is an unacceptable excuse. Such a shame as this spoilt my overall experience.

The room was superb, really good size room, quiet area. I booked an executive room, which was so roomy and such good value for money. Tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom, which is great as me and my partner are tea-bellies. All staff (even cleaners) we're very friendly and smiley. The buffet breakfast had such a huge variety from a full English to continental, various cold and hot drinks available also. We ate in the Triumph sports bar on the evenings, which serves a good selection of "light bite" style meals, the room did get quite busy, so i definitely recommend going for food when it opens at 5pm. I recommend the "Coco Pina Colada" Cocktail, very tasty. The pool was on a booking system, however when we went it was a quiet time of year so we could go in a little earlier or stay a little longer (but booking is essential). The Gym offered a good variety of equipment and again wasn't busy. The lobby was light and spacious, which also had a small "shop" selection of items, crisps, chocolates, drinks pot noddle etc. There was an additional lobby by where the bedrooms are located and this was again spacious, light and bright. Chairs dotted around so could just sit down and chill out. Recommend for a weekend to unwind.

Everything was as expected. Good breakfast, comfy bed, clean and tidy. Lot of space in the apartment, all needs met. As this was busy period in busy centre the noise was normal, and on acceptable level. I will consider this location for my next business meeting rather than private stay. I want to express special thank you for the supper delivery to the room from the bar downstairs. Please pass on to the two ladies from the bar staff involved.

The SAT NAV shows the opposite site of the roundabout A5/M69. In rainy night, wasn't easy to find the place for me, going there first time. I will notify Goolge about this problem.

We checked in to find we’d been upgraded to an executive room. The room was extremely spacious and very clean. The bathroom had a good walk in shower, powerful enough for washing long hair and constant hot water. The bed was super comfy, we slept like logs. We ate in the bar for our evening meal, good food at a decent price. The breakfast spread was extensive and vegetarian options available but you did need to ask for these. Good coffee! All members of staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of free parking. We needed to be in the area for a funeral and the hotels location made it all that bit easier.

The breakfast was amazing! So much choice, the waitresses were friendly and attentive. Our room was huge and our bed was lovely and comfortable. The hotel is immaculate, and staff work hard to keep it that way. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Nice welcome from reception on arrival, and they kindly allowed me to keep room on until 12 as I was attending a funeral. We used the facilities while we were there and thought the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and pool were all fantastic. We had dinner in the hotels bar, and that was rather nice. I didn't know that Marco Pierre Restaurant was on site or would have booked. Definitely will next time I stay. Loved our stay here! Thank you!

Room was a bit cold on arrival ( freezing January!) but we turned on the heating and went and used the facilities. By the time we came back, it was warm.
