Very lovely staff and the hotel is clean and very well kept. The rooms are spacious and very comfy beds. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very attentive too. Lovely facilities. The gym was nice

The steakhouse restaurant was more expensive than the cost of staying at the hotel for two of us. We just ordered two main dishes and a dessert.. we were offered water, bread and olives when we went in for which we had to pay for, and there was a high service charge added to the bill. Despite having advertised a 20% discount at the restaurant, it was not taken from the bill. I just realised this after we left the hotel. We also found that the jacuzzi was very foamy and had something in it that made our eyes burn after a few minutes, and the chlorine in the pool was quite high

Booked into the executive room for an extra night as we like the extras you get. Previous 2 nights everything replenished. On the extra night booked they didn’t make the room up until we said something When we arrived back at the room the housekeeping maid made us feel awkward because she had to stay over. We paid for the better experience so I expected the extras

Lovely clean hotel. We found the staff really friendly and check in was really easy. In particular there was a lovely staff member working at the bar/resturant (sorry i forgot his name). Breakfast was lovely too. We also were lucky to get a slightly late check out - much appreciated thank you

We were told we had to book swim sessions. We tried to book one on the day we arrived but were told full capacity by Liby and she would call if anything became available. I emphasised how excited our toddler was and that we would stay ready. We never heard anything. Later on, my husband popped down at that time to book a session for the following day and found the pool to be quite empty and then were told the swim session would end soon so we couldn't come now as too late. Which was quite disappointing as one of the main reasons we booked the hotel was the indoor heated pool. So i just make sure you book the swim sessions in advance.

Everything was as expected. Good breakfast, comfy bed, clean and tidy. Lot of space in the apartment, all needs met. As this was busy period in busy centre the noise was normal, and on acceptable level. I will consider this location for my next business meeting rather than private stay. I want to express special thank you for the supper delivery to the room from the bar downstairs. Please pass on to the two ladies from the bar staff involved.

The SAT NAV shows the opposite site of the roundabout A5/M69. In rainy night, wasn't easy to find the place for me, going there first time. I will notify Goolge about this problem.

Check in and check out was lovely and simple. There were some Xmas parties going on so the hotel so the atmosphere was great and the hotel was decorated lovely, with warm Xmas music on in the background. The pool area was great. I see why a booking made a difference because it is not the largest but still lovely. Great sauna, steam room and jacuzzi also. Our room was lovely and large and warm. We were given some complimentary vouchers to use at the cafe downstairs for a free coffe each day which was lovely. Parking was ample.

Breakfast the day after the party was manic with no space to sit. Breakfast was alright, very basic. Housekeeping seem to come in the eveing/later in the day as opposed to the morning which I found strange.

I've stayed here before and I love the location, the rooms are always very nice and comfortable and the staff are great.

Whilst in the cafe it was not possible to find a table which had been cleared and wiped down and it was quite some time before the previous incumbents debris was removed. The hotel was very busy so the poor woman who was serving in the cafe had little or no opportunity to clean and clear tables. I really think that more awareness of customer service levels in the cafe should be addressed and potentially 2 people allocated to work there as it's not nice having to sit with someone else's mess.

Clean nice rooms lots of space and hotel was generally really clean modern and tidy there was an event on so the atmosphere was amazing as was Cuban theme reception staff lovely and overall great experience with kids

The food and drinks there was lots of drinks they didn’t have including coke the food took around 45 minuets just for a starter then the drinks where still not there and ordered them before the meal it was only cordial so took around 60 mins to get the kids a drink. The food then came out wrong no high chairs available and menu wasn’t great. Breakfast on the other hand was amazing.

The Spa facilities are lovely, very relaxing and well maintained. Very easy check in, room was stunning, loved the water and snacks and coffee machine. The coffee at the bar is superb, and vouchers for a free drink/coffee and food discount at the resturant is a brill perk. Linen very clean, bed amqzingly comfortable! cannot wait to go back.

Not a "didnt like", but just be aware the car park code to exit the car park changes every day, so be sure to get that from reception before you leave, especially if you use an UBER, as they will be stuck at the barrier after theyve dropped you off lol!

Hotel was great, nice size rooms, clean, warm. Spa was lovely and relaxing. Triumph restaurant was nice. Lots of options at breakfast. Overall lovely stay.

Kids in spa area should have been reminded by staff that they can't go into steam room/hot tub. Would have been nice if our meal was brought out at the same time. Hash browns at breakfast would have been a great addition. Reception staff (blond hair lady) didn't mention we had to get a code to leave through barrier, which meant had to turn the car around and go back to get the code. An oversight indeed, which did slightly niggle a lovely break away.

I'm relocating with work, I've been staying in hotels now for a couple of months and this hotel is exceptional, no matter what hotel you stay in you always hear people walking about, not much by the way, but the one thing is that I've never heard another person next door, no one having shower next door, no one walking around next door, it really is quiet, rooms are massive, I stayed in the executive room, now your probably thinking it cost a bomb, well your wrong, £276 . . . . . For 4 nights, what a bargain, they didn't include breakfast but i.dotn eat that early so no bother for me.but breakfast is available, had a few meal.in the triumph bar, Marco piere white restaurant is good also, gym, pool, you know.why I'm.gojng to book this everytime from now on, it's the holiday/ alive atmosphere that the hotel offers, if you want quiet you can sneak away to your room, if you want an atmosphere with people then the bars and restaurants are available, 5 star plus
