Communication was fantastic. They were kind enough to let us park early/later on arrival and departure day whilst we had days out in central London. The room were comfortable, clean and the shower was lovely! It's about a half hour tube ride into central London, doesn't take long at all. We will definitely return when visiting London again.

We could have done with a 2nd pillow each but to be honest, we were so tired from what we'd been doing during the day, we barely noticed. This is something I'm sure would've been provided had we asked but it wasn't that much of an issue at all.

Fabulous value for London. Great location 2 minutes walk from the tube and straight to Piccadilly Circus in under a hour. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking. Tea and coffee making in the room. Good sized room and twin beds with room between. Very well appointed shower room, modern and clean. Good number of clean towels. Big wardrobe. desk and chair with plenty of sockets to plug in. Strong free WiFi. Openable windows. Manned reception. Key cards for the room and a code for late entry to the hotel.

Bed mattresses could have been better but had a lot worse and they were very clean. Burn mark to the carpet. Kettle needs replacing as came on of its own accord. Fire alarm at 2.20am! LOL - it happens. Stairs no lift. Blind didn't cut out much light. Planes start to arrive overhead, throttle back and land at Heathrow every minute from 6am on the dot!!

A reasonable price for the location. The hotel was clean, with what appeared to be a new bathroom and was in an area that was pretty quiet in the evening and at night, a few minutes away from the nearest tube station. Although it was not far from Heathrow, the sound of the planes didn't disturb us at all.

Our room was on the ground floor, with windows facing the carpark and a bus stop that was quite busy during the day. As a consequence of this, we had to keep the blind pulled fully down most of the time, so people couldn't look in.

We had booked breakfast, but this was unfortunately not available. However, I had upgraded this room when initially booking and we were pleasantly surprised that it was a larger room with Kingsize bed and much larger ensuite - Wish we had had this room for the 3 nights we had previously stayed earlier in the month, it was great. Same staff and they were as friendly, polite and helpful as our first stay.

Great location and very clean. Managed to get a parking space too which was brilliant! Good towels and bedding and shampoo and body wash. Amazing that the room is cleaned every day too! Good staff.

Due to the set up it can get noisy, as you can hear what’s going on in the corridors. Also the continental breakfast could be more substantial. Just toast with your toppings, cereal, fruit juice and tea/coffee provided. Some yogurt, fruit and pastries would make it great!

Close to Twickenham where we needed to be, perfect location for food and drink. Regular bus service, train station on same road and Heathrow 20 mins away. Staff very friendly and always happy to help. Room clean and staff on hand when needed more milk, towels, pillows etc

Very noisy on a night if window open due to being near the busy town. People can’t close doors with the handle so a lot of banging. Room ideal for a night but to stay a few nights could have been bigger.

We are absolutely grateful to the whole team of this quaint hotel! After our HORRIBLE experience in Radisson and Hilton near Heathrow… This is just what we needed. A personal touch, CARE FOR US, including in the middle of the night and WITHOUT WAITING 1,5 hours! We just needed to get our energy going before 2 very long flights, so we wanted a place that is near the airport but in a residential area with food stores and a VERY quiet place for our long slumber. All our concerns were met with care and kindness. Beautiful WARM room! Thank you and we hope to be back!

Everything was just perfect.

The location of this hotel was so easy to get to without a car. A few easy minutes walk from the Underground (subway), from the airport. The hotel was quaint, and in a nice neighborhood. The room was cozy (quite small but we were only staying one night.

We paid for breakfast, which was usually scheduled for 7-10 am. There was an issue with the kitchen, so breakfast was scheduled at 9 am, we had to leave for the airport at 8:30. Three staff told us different times for breakfast and only the last staff member told us there was an issue. Although we paid for breakfast, there was no compensation or to-go breakfast provided. Hotel breakfasts are not cheap; we paid for services we did not receive with little of an apology for the inconvenience.

This hotel was well located with a short walk from the tube station. In the other direction from the tube station is a good high street with shopping and lots of food choices. I felt very safe, even at night coming in from London. This is a basic hotel, but it was very clean and the staff were all very nice and helpful. The bathroom was great. The linens were exceptionally clean and pleasant. I will definitely stay here again. At times, it could be a bit loud, but that might just depend on where your room is located.

The hotel is very well situated for transport into London, around 40 minutes on the underground, Hounslow Cenyral is a short walk from the hotel itself and also for verious resturants in East Hounslow about a 10 minute walk. The room was clean and had a modern shower room with sonk and WC. Yelevision had normal terrestrial and Netfix avalible. The room was not sound proof and other guest and planes taking off could be heard, but nothing drastic. The room had tea and coffee making. The breakfast is very good, however I did have to wait an hour on my first day to be served ( not sure why?) But second day I was served in good time.

No AC just a fan and it was two very hot nights.
