Comfy, a tad stuffed but got all you need. Staff is very nice and helpful, there are obviously a few patrons enjoying the pub around the clock but there’s no disturbance at all. Very rare and very enjoyable. Shops just around the corner. Fairly quiet at night and during the day. Clean room, big towels, and a classic English biscuit to welcome you in your room! I used to live in Isleworth and I love this neighbourhood; it’s very easy to get to Richmond, Kew Gardens, Syon Lane, Twickenham Stadium, Heathrow, Waterloo, central London at anytime of the day and night… Metro is a quick walk/bus ride away. Train station is a 5min walk and the bus stops (including night buses) are a few yards away. Honestly you’re much better off staying here and commuting than booking an overpriced disastrous moldy room in Central London.

Just the carpeted stairs, wish England would ban them once and for all; but the staff did help me with my suitcase!

This is a charming property set in a historic building. The room was very clean. A rain type shower head made for an enveloping shower. The room was well insulated from the pub noise below. The staff was very warm and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the heating was easy to adjust for a pleasant room temperature. The facility is very convenient to the airport and to the tube.

The things we didn't like were all a function of this being an older building. The room was quite small with no good place to open suitcases. The shower and bathroom area was quite small. I think we had the smallest bedroom in the building so any other room should provide more space.

I was given a room right in the top of the building with a window that over-looked the side road. This turned out to be perfect as their was less road/traffic noise to be heard and I couldn't hear any noise from the bar down below. The decor in the room matched the pictures online and had everything I could want. It was comfortable, clean linens and towels and good hot water in the shower. Great, safe car parking. Local vicinity felt safe. Plenty of meal or food options along the street.

The TV remote if you watched TV from bed was too far from the TV and was temperamental. I could not get the Wifi to log in on my laptop. Being perfectly honest, when I arrived and saw loads of football flags hanging at the pub windows, this would not have been somewhere I would have chosen to stay as a solo female. However, being a Weds night, it was not overly busy and I did not feel at all threatened in what was a "locals" public bar. I did not try the food, even though on the other side of the ground floor was a pleasant looking dining room, I did not fancy eating in an empty room so I went out.

it nice clean room and pub great parking and prices from the bar vgood . there are shops within 2 min walk bus stop 1 min walk tube station 15 min walk or £5 taxi ride it is on the flight path of Heathrow but i will say we could hardly hear the planes when windows were closed and sleeped well , morning staff very nice and helpful lovely coffee on site we did not try the breakfast as we were going to the street food markets to sample there products but i saw there kitchen and as im in the trade was very impressed in how clean and organised it was .overall a lovely stay

the booking in process was a bit um strange the young lady that saw us was new very polite and friendly and explained she had not been showen the paying process so she sent for a member of staff (no hello from him and he was very stressed and stayed that way all night as we saw while we tasted the great gunniess) was booked in and paid and shown to the room nice room

The room was comfortable and well designed in the British tradition. Everything was there, even the kettle for tea and coffee. It was really pleasant in the mornings to go down for breakfast and the ladies made you your meal on order. Not too many guests there were, thus it was quiet and I could watch the news while having my coffee. I know the area well and the place is very well located for places I needed to visit.

I liked everything. The only inconvenience is when you stay in a pub with rooms that it is closed from around 11:30 pm. But I knew it and planned to come back before that time.

Classic building refurbished to a very high standard run by friendly helpful staff who do all they can to make your stay a welcome one Lovely quiet room with excellent breakfast and main meal options centered around a great bar restaurant which caters for all ages and preferences will definitely stay again

Nothing really I was only offered room only on booking .com so had to pay for breakfast and evening meal which was ok but would have preferred an all in deal

The location was excellent with regular buses and a train station nearby. Free parking was a bonus. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Tesco shop around the corner and Food served on site and an outside space with TV screens . It's the complete package. Would definitely book again.

There was a damp smell on the way up to the rooms and the shape of the tap in the sink made it difficult to wash your face. Breakfast was expensive so we ate out but if you book accomodation direct with hotel it's free

Clean, comfy and a wonderful staff. Despite being a bit of a ride from downtown London, there is such a great transit system around to get you easily to all sorts of places, including into downtown if you want. For the price and the ease of movement, it is SO much more worth staying out here vs shelling out hundreds more to stay in the center of London. Especially loved going to Richmond and down to Hampton court. It was an easy little walk and then train ride (so cheap) to Waterloo, which stuck me in the heart of everything. The staff here was amazing. You are staying above a pub but closing time = total silence downstairs. Slept like a rock. Would definitely stay again.
