All went well. Cant think of any significant issues. single bed was comfortable. room had a fridge. even the pillows were fine. the bathroom was spacious for a single room. great views of the city from the 5th floor. big tv. yet I only paid £105. i found space to park and the staff responded quickly to me. parking is £12/24hrs. the hotel is a good access to Heathrow and is surrounded by several restaurants. Underground is about 6-10minute walk. bus stops nearby as well.

Room wasn't ready when i arrived, an hour after check in. \it was ready after about 10-15mins. Breakfast was £12.95??? much too expensive.

We have stayed at the Park Grand several times before. It is very convenient for visiting family. The rooms are well-appointed, the beds comfortable and the staff are obliging. It is used a lot by airline crews, who, whilst they may come and go at different hours of the day or night, are very quiet. We have never had any noise nuisance by other guests.

I wouldn't say there was anything that I didn't like. On this visit, there was a leak from the bathroom sink which was dealt with during the day I reported it. We will stay there again.

Although not really convenient when visiting for a longer period (a trip into the City lasts for at least 50 min altogether, one way), this place is fairly priced and I’d definitely stay here again. New bottles of water each day were a nice touch, not having to worry about that. Even though Hounslow is very noisy, because of all the planes landing at nearby Heathrow, the hotel had quite a noise-cancelling setup. I basically couldn’t hear anything in the room, it was very quiet. If you’re looking for a nice hotel and you don’t mind travelling a bit longer into London, book this place.

A bit far away from the city center, a few things here and there, but generally, I’d definitely stay here again when comparing other prices for a 4* hotel (this one is, to be honest, a high-class 3*).

the lack of empathy from the chubby night employee Ro…., he had his foot on the floor and he questioned me as to why I had stopped exactly because I wasn't riding a scooter in the hotel. because I stopped him in a corner where he couldn't find anyone! lack of things to do and good empathy for others, rude in the way of speaking as if he were the owner of the hotel. terrible !

We were accommodated with a check in slightly earlier than advertised which allowed us to store suitcases before heading to an event in Central London. Very grateful for that. The Hotel was clean with the rooms being particularly clean and comfortable. Had a really comfortable and peaceful sleep. The room has everything needed for comfort with TV, good Tea and Coffee selection and good shower with Drum Head. Paid a little extra for the Breakfast which was worth it also. Overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The bed was very comfy, the shower pressure and temperature was brilliant, it was clean and the staff were polite. There are plenty of buses to connect to the tube.

It was approx 15 min walk from the nearest subway, which with a case was a bit further than ideal. It's in zone 4, and takes approx 1hour to get into the centre of London by public transport. Breakfast wasn't included in our stay and was £11.95/person for a basic buffet, which I thought was on the expensive side for what was available.

Convenient location, reception staff very helpful

The hygiene products provided do not work well with the hard water coming out of the taps. Had to spend way too long trying to remove soap from my hand and even then I didn't feel that it was fully removed. Definitely invest in products that work well with the water in your location.

We were very happy with this hotel and can highly recommend them. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and staff friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

The only negative aspect is that it's a bit cumbersome to get into the hotel (not their fault, its the way the highway is laid out). Just remember to give yourself ample time when going to the airport. We planned 30 minutes and made it in 20. But there was no traffic, so keep that in mind. Distance wise they are no far off, it's just the way the roads are laid out (numerous lights and roundabouts).

The porter was very helpful and help me with my bags to the room he was very happy and polite … I gave him a tip for good service… staff helped me at front of house with helping my needs to make sure I got the facilities in the room that I needed .. lovey place to stay will defo be back

only thing I didn’t like was the bath tab it self was not secure and the lighting over the bed could be changed but as the old saying goes, beggars, can’t be choosers apart form that lovely hotel to stay in il defo be back

Staff was friendly ,Rooms were good and Breakfast was ok as I was having the same options throughout my 6 days stay ,Would recommend to change at-least one item in the breakfast dialy .I would recommend to my friends & Colleagues for sure

Housekeeping staff was good but housekeeping schedule was not upto the mark ,Even after opting for housekeeping (there is an option in the room)my Room was not cleaned one day and Bottles were not replaced on one day after the housekeeping was done . kindly keep a track of housekeeping schedule. I would highly recommend to improve this as this would help you to get even more good ratings from the Guests.
