Having stayed here before I knew the location and facilities were good. The room was a really good size, matched the photo and the price excellent. It's not the Ritz but it is a decent, clean hotel. Unlike some the description actually matches. Very helpful staff. Parking was easy too, although not on the hotels property, I could park very cheaply next door like they said, unlike some hotels which claim to have local parking but don't at all.

Noisy with the window open, although last time I stayed in a different room and the noise wasn't a problem. This time the room faced the railway station and bridge so was more noisy. To be expected really, plus it's right on a main road and over a Thai restaurant. None of this is hidden when we booked, but the noise was quite bad. Plus the net curtains were cafe style half ones, so when too hot for the main curtains to be drawn people on the trains at the station could look in! Will happily book again.

I really liked how convenient this hotel was to us! Such as the location being next to the train station and close shops and cafes. it was also a bonus that there was a bar downstairs! Really friendly staff too! Highly recommend if your travelling with a mate/partner.

We couldn't pick many flaws! I guess if we had to say a couple then we could say that our room was next to the road meaning it was quite loud with trains and cars going by. Even very late at night. This didn't really bother us much tbf! A final thing could be its quite an old building so our lock on the door looked like it could do with changing.

My room was really large for what I paid, and the beds were comfy. The Bridge Inn itself was near to the train station and was well situated. Being above a bar, there was easy access to food and drink, and the Thai restaurant it sits above was really delicious. Wifi worked well and I had all the usual facilities. Towels, shampoo, a kettle, television, lamp and fan were all out in the room for me to use. Great place and would use again.

There were two main issues for me, and that was that my shower wasn't heating up, and the key for the backdoor was really tricky to use. The shower being cold ultimately wasn't the end of the world, it still functioned, but I could see that being a larger problem for others. The backdoor lock though, the main entrance for if you were coming back late, was really stiff. I'm no stranger to a stiff lock but despite spending five minutes wrestling with the thing, it just wasn't opening. The staff seemed to have the technique for opening it down, but would rather they just fixed the lock up.

Great value, super friendly staff, I really appreciated the warm welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy with hot drinks & biscuits provided. Excellent wifi connection, and not too far from Twickenham stadium. Perfect for those on a budget 👌, there isn't aircon, but a fan was provided (which was fab as it was 30°C the weekend I stayed). Honestly, I will definitely look to stay there again if I'm needed to be in the area again.

The bedroom and showers are clean. Bedroom is big and well lit. Bed is comfortable. Staff is professional. Price matches the quality of stay. Bus stops nearby connecting the inn to the rest of the city.

Helen the landlady was very accommodating and the staff polite and helpful. There are good frequent bus links and it's only a two minute walk to the station. Also the kids enjoyed the direct scenic ride into central London on the overground train.

Only two trains per hour into Waterloo station from Isleworth but that's not the hotels fault, other than that nothing really to complain about. The only little disappointment was they had sold out of Staropramen which is my my favorite Czech beer.

The staff were very friendly, especially the lady. I asked her advice H ow to get to places or where I could find certain things that I needed and she went out of her way to help me.. I felt really comfortable with the surroundings and people.

Ease of late night access.

They said they would push the 2 single beds together because I was just one person staying but they forgot to do that. But I wasn’t that bothered. The single bed was comfortable. Nice hotel.

Great value for money with location (we were visiting Twickenham). Lovely little pub beneath which we spent time in during our visit. Bar staff friendly and helpful, good pool table too. Room was clean and had the basics required.

Don't expect the Ritz, its a dated little room, with a tiny bathroom, right above the pub, but perfect for a night or two.

The Bridge Inn was basic but immaculately clean. The on site Thai restuarant was superb! The best meal we have had in a long while. Although the Inn is on a noisy road next to a railway line once inside you don't hear a thing. We had a suprisingly good nights sleep
