the staff were so helpful. Logging in the car and at check in. kindly provided a second duvet as we like two even on one bed due to caterpillar roll by one of us and we'd forgotten to bring one! Breakfast hours from 7 to 10 meant all of us were happy as two of us early risers and two lay inners. Beds really comfortable. Quiet despite the nearby A road and ony heard neighbouring room once. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Gives a great option rather than the chain budget hotels and if more than a few nights as we were there are chain burger, chicken and pizza places around the corner or Kings Lynn 40 min walk, a bus or 10 mins by car. It was a great choice for us.

Superb location, ample parking with many chargers for electric cars, cosy rooms, bar and restaurant, modern facilities, very clean. Staff kind to replenish supplies on request. Food and drinks available at the bar/restaurant.
No lift to the upper floor, having to drag heavy luggage up the stairs albeit staff at reception kindly offered a hand. The heating in our room was not working but a very good electric heater was provided and felt warm and cosy. Only one plug switch under the TV, just above the room desk, not being able to use the kettle and have the TV on at the same time. No hot chocolate available at the restaurant or at breakfast time when travelling with children or as an alternative to coffee or tea.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was amazing. Chife was very Accommodating. The room was very clean and didn't need to use the radiator as it was lovely and warm.
Unfortunately on Last night the was lots off Commotion throw out the night due to a drunken guest was very noisy coming in and out off a fire exit report to staff but the staff on shift didn't seem bothered and also 2 Vehicles would park up side not in the proper bar park and there was parked in front of the property on a drop down curve Also the key cards got deactivated at 10 AM instead of 11 AM

This hotel is ideally located for getting into Kings Lynn and beyond. The staff were all very friendly and helpful both in terms of the services they provided and local information. Reminded us to log the car in for the stay and check in is easy. Eating there after a long drive was welcome and the chef accommodating for specific needs. Breakfast is set out and the team refill it regularly. Rooms were clean and tidy, with hanging space, shelves and bag space suitable for three nights. Shower once mastered was great. A bonus green woodpecker out the back each morning and rabbits on the lawn!

The staff on site were very friendly and helpful. Erin helped me with check in as I had arrived before my booking and was efficient, friendly and capable. Lisa from the bar was pleasant and welcoming. As I was tired and had endured a stressful day, this was so reassuring. The room was comfortable, clean and warm, reasonably quiet and just the bolthole I needed! Although the bar meal I had was simple, it was fresh and well cooked and breakfast was what you would expect from a buffet. I would definitely stay here again or, recommend it to friends and family.
There was not anything not to like really.

I stayed for three nights in total (one night, then two nights together later in the week) and only wish that there was availability this week as I would have stayed again for work. The location was perfect for my workplace and only took 15 minutes to drive. When I first arrived, I was greeted and assisted with the check-in system. The female staff member (long dark hair) was alone and tending to the bar, reception, and taking drinks outside, so I was impressed when she also offered to help me bring in my multiple bags from the car. After sleepless nights elsewhere, I was very pleased to have my first decent nights sleep away from home in seven weeks (not joking). Both rooms were adequate for what I needed with the second room (112) being much brighter. It even had a view of baby bunnies munching on grass from the window. Both rooms were quiet, the beds were firm, and all of the facilities in the room worked. I didn't eat breakfast or have dinner at the hotel but I did go to the bar each night and either sat outside or inside. I would recommend the hotel for location, peace and quiet, and for being friendly and ticking all boxes for my work-related stay. I did see holiday-makers at the hotel too so I feel it is an all-round great hotel.
The room on the first night (I can't remember the room number) was a little dark due to the conifers BUT they obviously keep the hotel quiet and eradicate any traffic noise so it was fine as my priority was a good sleep.

We booked this last minute and were really pleased. We had a lovely ground floor room. I’m a stickler for cleaning less and was so happy that the room was immaculately clean with clean bedding and fluffy towels. Toiletries were included and were really nice. A very clean bathroom with a lovely waterfall shower and a good supply of teas and coffees. Small things, like a plug socket opposite the mirror for straighteners. It came equipped with an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and kettle. The week before, we paid treble the price for a room elsewhere and it wasn’t as clean as this my place.
The room was a bit dark and the hallway smelt odd.

Staff very friendly and the rooms were spotlessly clean.
Whatever "executive" decided to put in self check in machines needs a slap. Total waste of time and makes what should be an engaging experience impersonal and frustrating. Didn't work as my name has a special character so needed human assistance in the end! If there wasn't a person there and I had to call a helpline for assistance after a day of travel, I would not be as polite. Exec's pitching money saving ideas that cut a workforce need culling Food below average but edible when hungry enough.

This was the fourth, and last night, I stayed at the Dragonfly for work over a three-week period. I would have stayed for other nights too had it been available. It is just what I have needed. The staff, namely the dark-haired female staff member who was there at check-in was extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel was quiet, and it is just a 10 minute drive from the centre of Kings Lynn which was perfect.
There are no signs up to inform you at check-in about entering your car registration which would be useful as the small black keyboard can be easily missed.

The lady who was working in the evening (I didn’t catch her name) was so attentive to us. My little girl (2 years old) was very tired and was being a little bit grumpy in the restaurant, she went above and beyond to try and cheer her up by finding her some paper and crayons to colour in. We stayed here in August 2023 and when we arrived and was ordering a drink a member of staff recognised us and showed an interest in our family. This may not be important to some people, but for me showed great customer skills as the staff really took the time to get to know their customers.
