I stayed here the wkend for a wedding, My chalet room, was unique, had everything I needed, coffee machine, a robe, slippers etc.. my bed was the most comfortable ive ever stayed in and although, I bring my own pillows always, I could have used theirs, they were just like mine. All of the staff were friendly and helpful at all times, in fact as I was about to leave I had a completely flat tyre, one of the staff saw this when passing and fetched a male staff from reception to help another guest to change my wheel to the spare and told me the name and address of an auto centre to get a new one… this to me is above and beyond and can’t thank that wonderful young man enough. 10/10 to the Ffolkes’ for customer service. I had an amazing stay and even ventured into the outdoor bath. The breakfasts were amazing too as was the food at all times.

Nothing, it was all perfect for me.

The room was large,clean and decorated in a very modern way. Loved the balcony bath! It was a very unique experience. Every staff member we had contact with was absolutely amazing,the level of service was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. The food was of a high standard and I’m not surprised that the restaurant was so busy. The facilities on site are great for families or couples ( container golf, shuffle board etc).

The bed was extremely hard and we found it so uncomfortable that sleeping wasn’t the easiest. As people that like a softer mattress this definitely put a dampener on the stay but would not put us off staying again.

For our anniversary ... We stayed in one of the cabins, number 17! It was clean, tidy, a very smart & modern room with lovely features. It had tea, coffee, milk, little biscuits & hot choc! Lovely shampoo & conditioner. The Ffolkes feast was absolutely delicious 😋 😍 great quality food !!! We played crazy golf and enjoyed our drinks in one of the chill out lounges. It's brilliantly decorated & bright themed. We really like a member of staff called Ashley, he was polite, patient, very helpful & really fun, you can tell he enjoyed his job. He was really enthusiastic which is lovely ! We will definitely be coming back 😃

Very helpful staff,we arrived early as we had a wedding, Did get offered an early check-in for another £35 but thought the price was a bit higher than I would have liked to start with and the wedding was at 2 & early check-in @1.30 (so didn't help us out much) we arrived at 12.30 they booked us In and gave us the key, room wasn't yet ready so they kept our luggage safe. We went off to the wedding and our luggage was in the room waiting for us. The room was lovely bed comfy, and breakfast choice was perfect from fruit, yoghurts, through to a full English refillable coffees and fruit juices too.

Everything.... Nothing was too much trouble for the extremely helpful staff.., from the lady (sorry I've forgotten your name..) who constantly apologized to my wife for placing her in an upstairs room and assisted her down the stairs too... (my wife is having walking difficulties at the moment...) ..to the bar staff and restaurant manager too... Also to the person who found the little favourite penknife that was mislaid.. Our rooms (two coaching rooms) were amazing..!! Bed lovely, bedding exquisite, TV...huge!.., shower amazing and towels sumptuously fluffy..!! [**Please tell me the brands of toiletries in those rooms because they were divine...**] Yes..., the breakfast.., just perfect..! We even had a second visit..!! One of the best if not the best hotel I've had the opportunity to stay in.....! Thank you all very much.....

Can I leave this box blank...?? I didn't like the fact that we only booked for one night...! Ok .., one thing..., and this is being picky.. I personally didn't like the seasonal roasted vegetables as they were cut too small and were rather crispy..., I'd rather have them chunky cut and softer.. But that's the only negative I can have a gripe with and only my personal opinion....

the staff were delightful and always happy and helpful. the food was exeptional - especially the breakfast and there was a lot to do on site if you didn't feel like going out and about.

we found the only issue with the hotel was that the pillows were a little oddly shaped and therefore were we either to high or too low when sleeping. would have been nicer if the bathroom door properly shut - not everyone enjoys hearing there s/o do their business (especially after Mexican food night!). but it was still phenomenal!

Everywhere decorated to good standard, room was massive and great value for money, food superb, golf a great idea and all staff bar one were amazing. Really unfriendly and rude staff member at reception when we checked in; she ignored us for a good ten minutes whilst on phone not even saying be with you as soon as I can and then when we went back out for bags as we walked back in she shouted at us where did we think we were going when she had checked us in fifteen mins earlier!

Loved the little personal touches, handmade cookies, water and bottle of milk in fridge and overall decor. Food and especially breakfast/brunch was amazing!! Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome....special thanks to Tom for helping to arrange our Norfolk passport which enabled us to get a discount on food and future stays which we will be booking again for April 2025.

Not a dislike, more a suggestion that shower room could benefit from a non slip mat....this however may have been provided if we asked.

We were very happy with our room and it was such great value for money. We were opposite the restaurant which was great in the mornings, nipping in for breakfast. The cooked breakfast was delicious. The staff were amazing.

Our room didn’t have a lot of natural light but that made for a great night’s sleep. The restaurant is dog friendly, which I am sure dog owners love, however, one evening meal was totally spoiled by barking dogs. Maybe this should be reviewed and dogs could only be allowed in the conservatory area or outside. When you have 8 dogs seated together it really does become a problem!

From the second I arrived, the customer care and quality at this hotel was exceptional. In the past I have experienced good quality, but that has usually been a specific thing or a specific person. My experience here at The Ffolkes Hotel was exceptional in every aspect. I had incredible service checking in and my first dinner on my first night, but didn't expect that to be the same from every member of the team I spoke to and the very same the next day. There was a health issue with another guest while I was there and I couldn't believe my eyes seeing how attentive and caring the staff were. This is without doubt a 10/10, and I wish I lived nearer as I would visit more. Well done to you all, this is an exceptional business.

This isn't applicable, in my many years on this earth ( and a lot of travelling ), I have never experienced quality like this over every aspect and individual in the business.
