We really liked our stay at Warwick Lodge. It is a cosy place, close to transportation means and several restaurants, grocery stores and I think there's a pub nearby, too. Our accommodation was in a small room with a double bed with a small private bathroom, kettle, etc. Several streaming services were available free of charge in the room, which we were happy with. Also a big plus was that the room was cleaned every day, clean towels were provided on a daily basis. It is perfect for a few days stay.

The stay was very good, booked a room that said had shared bathroom but got a small ‘en suite’ which was very welcomed. Room was clean, bed comfy, room small but really OK for one night.

Had a message after checking out to say I’d broken the toilet seat and needed to pay for it! I have NEVER broken a toilet seat and have stayed in hundreds of hotels etc. I did notice the seat in the morning only but not needing it just thought’ oh dear that needs to be sorted’. Forgot to mention it when checking out as in a hurry to get to a meeting. I called the hotel later and the lady there said that I must have broken it as the cleaner didn’t report it before, however she did say not to worry. BUT I do worry as DON’T like being accused of somethingI didn’t do! All in all, as long as they don’t send me a bill for the toilet seat, will definitely stay there again when I’m working in the area.

Very clean rooms. Staff very friendly. Good cooked breakfast, The room we had was towards the back of the property and very quiet considering the location is on a busy road.

Parking can be a problem as it is very limited but staff happy to help Shuffle everyone around

We stayed at Warwick Lodge when my daughter attended an open day at Kingston Uni. The location was ideal, with the bonus of a parking space outside. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot. The person who greeted us when we arrived (not sure if she was the owner) was very friendly. My husband and daughter had a cooked breakfast which they said was lovely. It was very good value for money and I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

I have stayed at this Guest House a couple of times previously. Meets all my expectations for my needs. The hosts are lovely people and very helpful. The guest house is clean and tidy, and offer a lovely breakfast in the morning. Free off street parking is a must when I book a stay. My room was perfect, comfy bed + pillows, clean towels as required. I will be back in the area later in the year and will stay here again.

Good Fried Breakfast. Plenty of Cereals, Yougherts, Fruit and Coffee. Within the Surrounding Area Surbiton, Plenty of Takeaways, Supermarkets, Restraunts and Pubs, All within Reasonable Walking Distance. An Easy Location, to Get to Twickenham for, in My case, The Army v Navy Rugby. Straight Through Bus Route 281, about an hour. . The Hosts were Most Helpful, would Definitely Recommend and Stay Again. Only a 20-30 Min Walk into Main Town Surbiton. Easy Access to M25. All in All, Lovely Stay. 9 out of 10.

London Prices, for a Pint £7.00 and Pub Food, expensive. To Be Expected. Not So Much, Didn't Like, a Couple of Areas Need a Little TLC, and Maintenance. Nothing Major

I was in London for work on a Thursday night and decided to extend my stay by 2 nights to see family and do some sightseeing. With about one week’s notice, this was the best value accommodation close to the centre of London. Everything else was about twice the price. I walked from the station in about 15 minutes and the hotel is easy to find on the main road. The couple that run the hotel are very warm and friendly. My room was on the top floor with a single bed, wardrobe, sink, and desk. Tea and coffee, making facilities were available. Bathrooms and toilets are shared. There is a toilet on the top floor but the shower room is one floor down. They didn’t cause me any issues and there were never any queues to get in. The shower pressure and temperature were great. I found the room to be too warm, but I usually do. The hotel and area are very quiet so I slept well. I didn’t have breakfast on site. There was a guest in the adjacent room that I couldn’t hear at all Everywhere was spotlessly clean, and the Wi-Fi works reliably

😃Owners 》 staff . We're so helpful and was more than happy, to provide extra pillows and towels. We were there for a couple of nights. To see a couple of gigs at Hampton Court Palace. We only live in Kent but this made a lot more sense, than driving . And the price we paid was great, in sort basic clean comfortable a 4 star and a really lovely breakfast in the cost. Looking forward to my next gigs and this will be my choice of place to stay.

I always stay at the Warwick when I come to Surbition. The guest house is nice and clean, the owners are always helpful, easy to park and get around. Breakfast is good and ample to start the day. I try to book the same room as I like to be in familiar surroundings. The location is perfect for me to see friends and family.

Parking was great and being on a bus route was an additional bonus, being able to take a bus into Kingston and Hampton Court. It was a coincidence that I used to work just up the road and I found the old Cooper Cars garage just around the corner - got myself a tour - just like old times. Warwick Lodge was one of only two BnBs I visited who offered choice of cooked breakfasts ingredients

To be quite honest I cannot think of anything. Good job!
