Very friendly and obliging staff. Good food freshly prepared to order. Very helpful chef and even nipped next door to the shop to get me some brown sauce for my fish and chips
Car parking is not very convenient. Directions on booking would be useful to save having to go all round the one way system again to get to the back of the premises. Only 3 spots and no advance reservation. I was lucky to get the last one and it wasn't raining. The room was generally clean except for the fact that someone had used the toilet and not flushed.

Stayed here overnight for easy access to an event in the local area. Customer carparking was a bit confusing to find but got there in the end! Staff were absolutely lovely, could not be helpful enough helping us get a taxi booked on a busy night!
A little rundown, uneven floors etc, but it is an old building so it's to be expected. Bit noisy until quite late in the night, but I imagine it's one of the few places in town open on a Saturday night, so again, to be expected.

The place is lovely and people are friendly when we couldn't find the actual place. When we couldn't get the TV going, the staff came straight up and sorted it out straight away. The Tai restaurant was to die for,and love all the antique shops.
Unfortunately it was very difficult to find parking places ,and the one way streets were very confusing.

There are a few poor reviews but ignore them. Yes there’s a bit of mess on the stairs because they are having work done and yes there’s a bit of noise until the pub closes (it’s a pub for goodness sake) but I loved the period features in the room. Polished wood and original fireplace. I had an en-suite room and it was pristine. Someone had made an effort with the little touches. I didn’t mind the pub atmosphere - it was homely and staff were welcoming. I’d stay again - better to support local business than give cash to Travelodge 10 miles away.?
Nothing bad to report

I like its charm mainly! It is a really nice old rustic pub right in the centre of the village, Sorry town The room was beautiful, the decoration was extremely tasteful and pleasant. The ensuite was really nice and the shower worked perfectly There was no heating but none was required during my stay, being warm enough outside A little bit noisy, but what you would expect from a working pub, popular with the locals. The noise die down at 11 and it was quiet until about 730 when the town was waking up. I wasn’t able to relax in the pub downstairs as I had people to meet in the town and I wanted to show my daughter around. It was not expensive and gave very good value for the money I was paying. I would certainly go there again and recommend it to others.
There was this rather irritating waste water disposal unit that was a bit noisy, but I know these things, although useful, the best in the world! I could live with it!

Room was at the top of the building away from the main bar room. The pub hosts disco nights but this didn’t bother us at all, we slept great. Comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facility. This was our base for one night and it served us well. Easy check in and out. Car parking out the back reached via a main road. No breakfast served but town has various cafes about.
Rear of hotel has supermarket situated there and lorry unloaded there early in the morning, about 7.00. I’m an early riser and it didn’t bother me but could be an issue for others.

What a delightful stay we had! A home from home, just so as we received a warm & friendly welcome from staff & regulars. This no nonsense, down to earth public house is set in the quaint village streets of Leominster. Such a lovely room we had! Clean, fresh bedding, great bathroom with piping hot water & a very pleasant cosy & warm, room temperature. Extremely close to local amenities, free parking & everything we had expected & more. I can only pray that our travels bring us this way again.
Nothing, it was great!

Lovely old pub close to all services, with friendly staff. Appreciated the amenities in the room, and the authenticity.
Not a didn't like but more that a warning to the less mobile that the stairs are narrow and steep, but it's worth it!

The room was immaculate and comfortable. Quiet, no hint of smoking or animals, as I had requested
The common areas needed vacuuming. I was not informed of how to leave the property, which door to use, before the staff arrived. Car parking was a bit confusing.

The accommodation was pretty basic, but the room was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and we had a comfortable bed for the night: just what we wanted.
