Only stayed 1 night, didn't have breakfast. Was very impressed with the price & location and how it was literally right on top of aintree racecourse for ridiculously cheap! The room was lovely, all colour coordinated and had all the amenities you need for a stay, including a hairdryer! Linen was clean, other than a few marks on the cushion on the chaise lounge and some debris on the carpet in the corner of the room, everything else was perfect! The bedding was just right, not too thick or too thin, but the mattress wasn't the most comfortable, a few springs poking you in the back, but we still slept alright once settled, area wasn't too noisy either.

There was one thing which I didn't really like, for some reason, the room we passed when going to the foyer, when you passed if an overwhelming smell of cannabis hit you in the face.

Fantastic staff. I was awoken early hours by a noisy hotel guest in the room next door. I called reception they went and spoken to him, the next morning I went to reception and was moved as requested. Spotlessly clean. Reasonable price. Excellent location.

Homeless people being housed here. I asked reception if this was happening because there were people hanging round outside when I arrived. Reception confirmed that this has happened on occasion. Social services are using booking.com to book rooms without hotel knowing and hotel are having to deal with consequences of homeless people staying.

Location and availability of parking even with the Racecourse having an event on two of the three day stay. Staff was respectful even mentioning thing that we might of missed out with the breakfast charge but we had already paid for so I was really greatful to at least offer

Though it was a minor issue but the temperature in the room was too hot and there is no climate control. Had to have the window open which made me abit insecure even with the window locks limiting the amount they can open

The location was good and the staff were very helpful,as I'm not good with crowds they told me where the best places to go where there wouldn't be too many people around. The shower was old but worked better than some of the new ones I've used in other premier inns

The only downside was I thought the room looked a bit tired, the tv was tiny. That was probably because all other premier inns I've stayed in have been updated. This will not stop me from booking a stay again.

It was good value for money. It had someone on reception to answer questions 24/7. The staff were friendly and helpful.

My only problem was it was a little officiating to find even using satnav and google maps as it was just off the main road and hidden by trees. A brown sign on the main road would have been a big help but perhaps the hotel has no control over signs.

It was a beautiful place, the staff were friendly and helpful and dealt with us quickly and efficiently and helped us out dealing with where to go.

There could have been more pillows as they were small and I deal with neck issues , the tv was small and not very loud or not very good quality but I suppose you can’t have it all, the price was a little steep but overall cheaper than staying closer to the centre of Liverpool.

The room was was perfect for the overnight stay that we required. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen really nice and fresh.. Friendly staff, made to feel very welcome. Would definitely stay again. Good value for money.

Decor a little dated. Maybe a safe and small fridge in the room would be useful but appreciate these additional items would put up the cost of the room.

Extremely comfy bed, great shower and quieter than I expected given it’s proximity to the road. The member of staff when I arrived was lovely and chatty.

Very minor details but one of the curtains in my room was damaged so they only just closed and they had been designed to overlap. The bath was covered in flecks of dirty or maybe something had fallen from the ceiling (where you could see mould had been painted over). Perhaps a better fan for the bathroom would help?

Excellent staff, pre asked for extras - more pillows, fan, - were ready in room on arrival, help offered with luggage, cold drinks available for purchase from reception even in the middle of the night, It was an exceptionally hot few nights and Lauren was always extremely cheerful and helpful whatever the hour - even offering to put drinks in the freezer to make them even colder ! 10/10 !

The only slight complaint, which did not spoil our stay, is that the bottom of the toilet bowl had blue limescale stain which can be dealt with.

The staff were always friendly and cheerful and went out of their way to help whenever we needed their advice or assistance. Even helping to jump start the car (with their own vehicle) when our wouldn't start after sitting for 5 days. It needed a new battery, but their help was more than expected, also offering to drive us to the shops if necessary. The room had a comfortable bed and ample space for two armchairs and a coffee table, the bathroom had a bath with shower. With its location being at the entrance to the Aintree racecourse (of Grand National fame) we expected a bit of noise, but the room was very quiet.
