The owners are absolutely wonderful, so very friendly and welcoming, very fun to chat to. The room was comfy and clean with everything I needed, coffee and tea, shampoo, body wash etc. The location is great in terms of getting to and from the city centre, there are buses pretty much right outside and Uber is cheap to get home. The area felt very safe too, as a solo female traveller this was very important to me.

I was there for Eurovision and so I was out very late most nights, I also understand that they run a very busy B&B, but I think it would be better for breakfast to finish a little later, at maybe 10am rather than 9am. I was still offered cereal and coffee after 9am which was lovely and very much appreciated, but would have enjoyed the full breakfast too if it was still available.

Julie, our host, was, right from the start, very nice. She constantly kept in touch with us and waited for us to get there as we arrived later than expected. It is a beautiful place, very clean and welcoming, the rooms are big, the bed was very comfy. Although there was a little issue with the heating the first night, we didn't get cold, and the first thing Julie asked us in the morning was about the heating, and it was fixed shortly after. Thank you for that, Julie. The breakfast was really amazing, cooked by Julie, with fresh ingredients, very tasty. Julie is a welcoming, lovely, sweet, smiley, accomodating, caring person who goes the extra mile to make your stay the best she can. Julie went above and beyond to return the favourite tennis ball of our little dog, as we forgot it in the room (of course we paid for the postage) I wish I had known about Breeze Guesthouse last year when we came to Liverpool. This is a place to see and to come back to. By car, Liverpool is just about 10 min drive, and there are some shops and restaurants nearby, in Bootle, if you're looking for something local. Julie and her family are the warmest people you could meet. They made me and my son feel at home for our short stay. And the beautiful dogs and their tricks are just a added bonus. I would highly recommend the Breeze guest house for anyone looking for a quaint and quiet place to stay during their trip to Liverpool. We will definitely be back again. Just one thing to add, my son and I had accommodation in the Friday night fall through and Julie went above and beyond to accommodate us for that night also. 5 stars!!!

That our stay was too short!

Loved the layout of the property. So spacious. The room was lovely and a great size. Loved the mini fridge so you could use for bottled water. Great TV. Breakfast room was very pretty and the Breakfast was great and fills you up for the day.Julie the owner/manager was lovely and so helpful. Was great to have met Coco , so energetic .Enjoyed a little playtime with her. Very easy to find on public transport from the city. Will be back when I next visit the city for races and future visits Thank you

Breeze is very "uncorporate" which I really value. It's a family run business (I encountered 3 generations of the family during my stay, including the lovely friendly dog) that is non-the-less comfortable and homely. Breakfast was freshly cooked with decent ingredients and served in a nice bright dining room from 7am if you required an early start as I did.

The location was ideal for where I was working and it's well connected by bus into the city centre. Just one little warning, I arrived on a Tuesday evening and that seems to be the day off for local restaurants which didn't leave a lot of choice. Having said that there's a decent Chinese the next street along and it's a short stroll to Bootle Strand which has some other options.

We only stayed one night. We felt very welcome and there was nothing that Julie wouldnt provide for us. Everything and more in our room. A good fridge, hairdryer, large bottles of shampoo/conditioner/hand soap, amazing shower, tea and coffee and biscuits. Room was clean and bed very comfy. We had a wonderful full English Breakfast the following morning and a play with Cocoa the gorgeous sheepdog. We would definitely book a stay again.

Stayed here for the night to visit Anfield. 30 minute walk which was perfect. High street with everything you could need and a carvery at the top of the road which was handy. The breakfast was lovely. Good choice of cereals and juice, Free flowing tea and coffee and a cooked breakfast which I couldn't find fault with. Host was lovely! 10 out of 10 for her!

A little decoration and love in the rooms would be nice, to make it feel a little more homely.

Beautiful building., with parking . Great location for the whole area, Warm and welcoming host Julia . Very comfortable room which was spotless. Included a small fridge, tv, kettle , selection of teas and coffee and milk and biscuits. en suite shower and loo. highly recommend and would definitely stay there again when I visit . Very reasonably priced with a delicious breakfast suiting my needs. also a a very friendly dog , which I loved as I missed mine ! Also very easy to find . Thank you Julia xx

Julie and Peter were very friendly hosts. I met Peter on arrival. He pointed me in the right direction to get to the city using local public transport for some sightseeing. I met Julie the next morning. She and the other team members served a great full English breakfast and they were all very friendly. I was visiting Liverpool for a concert at the Anfield Football Stadium. The location was perfect (about 30 minutes walk) - Walking was a good option rather than taking the car or battling with the crowds for taxi's or public transport.

Julie and Pete are amazing hosts. Kind and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Clean and comfortable room. The bed was so comfy we didn't want to leave it. x breakfast was so nice. Full English was freshly cooked and piping hot. Again, nothing too much trouble. Free parking. Short bus or taxi into Liverpool Definitely, would stay again. x.
