Low background music. Relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend the pancakes with fruit, Greek yoghurt, and honey. Husband loved the full breakfast of bacon and eggs etc. Room had all you need - warm (adjustable temperature), clean and tidy- shower lovely and warm/hot - room cleaned mid week to a high standard- view of the Great Orme Parking - we had no problem at all parking at all times of the day on the street at no cost. We stayed for 8 nights. We were asked daily if we required anything, but all was well. The owners have a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, Very informative and knowledgeable about the local area - restaurants, shops, the wildlife (seals), the Great Orme etc The Guest House is close to shops, restaurants and the Great Orme - in a great spot-but very quiet including evenings and at night.

I have given this a lot of thought as it wouldn't be unusual to find something not to be happy with when staying anywhere- that can just be life or preferences, but there was nothing negative about our stay at all. It was fine. Very enjoyable. If there had have been anything that was a concern we were confident that the owners would have been more than happy to talk this through with us and make changes where possible. Having said that we both believe that the fact that people are willing should never be taken advantage of and respect and good will has to be paramount, Recap- Friendly place to stay. Clean premises. Great location. On street parking nearby. All facilities good. Tasty, well - cooked food, What more can a gal want? Or hubby indeed! All good :)

Branstone house is in an excellent location, 2 minutes from the pier and a very small walk to the beach and shops. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable. We stayed with 2 children and had a wonderful time exploring around the area. Breakfast was great, and Dawn was fantastic, making sure breakfast was safe for my son with allergies. He absolutely loved his pancakes and cooked breakfast. Dawn and Jason were really helpful and friendly and had great knowledge of the local area to help us choose where to visit. Would highly recommend! Thanks for such a lovely stay.

What I particularly liked at the Branstone was the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere and the thoughtfulness of our host and hostess. That in itself wouldn’t have been enough but the thoughtfulness turned into little flourishes I haven’t found elsewhere: really tasty sausages from the secret recipe of a local butcher, access to a fridge, and real fresh milk in our own little bottle tagged with our room number. Clean and comfortable of course, but very well maintained on top of that. Great choice of breakfast cooked to perfection and just as good every day. Easy walk to the town and the front and a very short walk to the tram to the top of Great Orme. Parking on the street but we generally got a spot close to the Branstone. People return again and again and it’s easy to see why

There wasn't anything I didn't like

Llandudno and the surrounding area of Conwy is both beautiful and packed with plenty of things to do. Both Dawn and Jason (Proprietors of the Branstone) gave us all the information we needed regarding the best local attractions, best places to eat and loads of advice regarding traveling out to further destinations. They were most helpful. Furthermore their generosity and 5 Star hospitality left us feeling so welcome that we will definitely consider returning without hesitation..

What an absolute gem of a B&B, you literally couldn’t be made more welcome with recommendations for days out and restaurants and real attention to detail. Room clean and comfy, beds very comfy indeed, breakfast choices varied and tasty- especially the pancakes. The location is perfect within a couple of minutes of the centre, tram stop and pier. Wonderful mini break, highly recommended.

Parking is difficult on the streets around the B&B if you arrive on a bank holiday but it’s free so to be expected

We were greeted at the door with a big smile and welcome by our hosts who showed us to our rooms.The room was very clean and tidy and decorated nicely. kettle in room with Tea and Coffee and fresh milk in a fridge just our side our room, The shower was hot. The Breakfast were freshly cooked with local produce. The parking was easy. We Could not have been made more welcome.

There was nothing not to like.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I'd hit the Jackpot. Jason and Dawn are lovely, friendly, helpful, and a real pleasure to be around. The place was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Breakfast had a good selection of items, to suit all tastes, and more often than not, Jason and Dawn found the time to chat to guests, which made the stay an even better experience. A small fridge on the 1st floor, had bottles of milk, with the room number on, to make hot drinks with in your room, topped up every day. So much better than milk in those little fiddly plastic containers. There are so many places to choose from in Llandudno, it is a real joy to find somewhere you know you'll want to return to again and again. Thanks Jason and Dawn, for all you do.

Going home!

A perfect location, situated within a few minutes walk from the pier, promenade, shops and also an abundance of cafes & restaurants to choose from. This lovely B n B was spotlessly clean n very comfortable, hosts Dawn & Jason were very warm & welcoming, sharing local knowledge of tried n tested restaurants and places to visit. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Freshly cooked breakfast was delicious as was the choice of warm berries and pancakes. Fresh milk for tea and coffee was in a wee fridge on the landing outside our room, a welcome added bonus. Would definitely stay again n highly recommend.

Location was close to all the towns amenities, the hosts were very friendly and helpful with knowledge of places to visit, and good options were to find the best food outlets for your evening meal. All in all we had a brilliant stay. Breakfast was a pleasure a good choice of food .and extra if you wanted it.

Nothing we couldn't fault the place

Fantastic Guest house close to all amenities, cleanliness spot on, bed's comfy as he'll overall appearance 10/10, breakfast to die for cooked as you like it Jason & Dawn are brilliant hosts nothing is too much trouble, overall our stay was far better than expected Jason & Dawn deserve everything they get they work so hard. Next time in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 the Branstone will be first on my list, well done both of you
