The breakfast was gorgeous and plentiful The hosts were lovely, so very friendly and helpful, their knowledge of the area was also very, very helpful. The room was spotless and was wonderfully decorated. The bathroom had large bath sheets and lovely dressing gowns, everything was absolutely perfect. And nothing was too much bother.

Nothing could be better, this couple have thought of everything. They really are quite brilliant There was nothing to dislike.

Gail and Nick are amazing hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are beautiful, gorgeously decorated and scrupulously clean with lovely white fluffy towels and lovely toiletries. The beds are very comfortable. At breakfast Gail will cook you whatever you want and the food is amazing, I had eggs benedict which was luscious !! The tea room is beautiful- gorgeous homemade cakes, scones, shortbread & sandwiches. She made a birthday cake for my partner as a surprise and it was delicious. We will certainly stay at Mostyn House on our next visit to Llandudno.

There are no negatives whatsoever

Situated at the top of mostyn street & very close to the pier, beach & tram station for the orme this couldn't be in a better location but that's not the best thing, Mick and Gail were born to run a guest house, you won't meet a nicer & more conscientious couple in Llandudno, the rooms are decorated up to a very high standard the breakfast each morning was about as good as you will get anywhere & the general atmosphere of the place is so good, beds are very comfortable the rain shower head is great, we didn't try the afternoon tea but it did look amazing when we went past a couple who were enjoying one definitely try one next time, you can probably get cheaper digs in Llandudno but definitely won't get anything better as they say you get what you pay for.

Having to come home, there's nothing to not like here

We stayed for 2 nights with our little dog for a mini honeymoon break. Gail and Mick were absolutely lovely, accommodating and wonderful hosts. They told us they had only been in the business for 6 months but you’d think they’d been doing it for decades. Breakfast was 10/10, they even left out a chopped up sausage for the dog each morning. The afternoon tea looked incredible (we didn’t have it because we had days out planned but wish we did). The room was really nice. Very spacious and even featured a 2 seater couch to relax on instead of having to sit on the bed. The property was immaculate and clean throughout. Very quiet at night and just a general all round relaxed atmosphere. Outside seating area was an added bonus! After finding out we were on a honeymoon break Gail gifted us a very nice bottle of champagne which I thought was so thoughtful! Thanks Gail and Mick, a perfect stay welcomed by brilliant hosts. Will definitely be staying again.

Very friendly hosts people who live in real world Room spacious shower works Breakfast Very good asked for extra Mushrooms and got it ! Not far from Pier and Town centre I like Llandudno as a place to stay I hope to be back in this hotel again in Future A Good example how small hotel should be where you are made welcome and treated as individual not a comadatily.

Relatively new owners Gail and Mick were fabulous hosts throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of their way to make us very welcome. The room was absolute spotless and very comfortable with additional electric fires. The late sitting for breakfast on New Years day was a nice touch and most welcome. Included in the price was a hearty breakfast with plenty of cereals, yoghurts and juice to accompany the full range of cooked breakfast. Would definitely recommend this cosy B&B, ideally located for the shops, bars and restaurants, to friends and family. We'll be back.

Nothing to dislike.

You were free within reason to choose your own breakfast for the following day, scrambled eggs, eggs Benedict, kippers, full English were all available for us. Afternoon teas were served out the front if required. On arrival Mick even helped us to unload our car. The position of the guest house is perfect with the pier to one side, Great Orme behind, tram stop to the other side and the town centre to the front.

the property from the outside looked fantastic and once inside also looked fantastic, the room was immaculate and the location is perfect . my room was spotlessly clean . Mostyn house is the place to stay if your ever visiting Llandudno .

there’s nothing I didn’t like about the property, it’s up there with my top 3 hotels I’ve stayed in around the uk , it’s a beautiful property and was a amazing stay , most definitely will be returning, the hosts are friendly and helpful and the property is spotlessly clean .

I had a lovely stay at Mostyn House, I was there for 7 nights. Bill and Charmaine were perfect hosts, very helpful and friendly. There was a good selection for breakfast, I had the full English which was delicious. My room was clean and spacious, even had a small sofa to relax on! the bed was comfy. The location was great, only a few minutes walk from the pier, tram and shops. I would definitely stay again!

Gail and Mike were great hosts very welcoming. Rooms were lovely and clean. It is in a great location. Breakfast was exceptional plenty to eat. Tearoom on site which served lovely homemade cakes Will be definitely returning to mostyn house on our next visit too Llandudno
