Very central location - one row back from the sea front hotels. Great little place, absolutely love the mismatched furniture - traditional hotel. We had two double beds in our room, mattresses weren’t the comfiest but that wasn’t a real issue. The bathroom needs an extractor putting in ideally as it gets pretty steamy in there. Breakfast was great - the kitchen staff were lovey. I got to the cooked breakfast station one morning and there were no eggs (wasn’t an issue really!) and the chef happened to be walking by - spotted and immediately went in and rustled a couple up and put them straight on my plate! It’s not a fancy place - so don’t expect that it is however really charming. We really enjoyed our stay there and would deffo go back. On the parking front - you get 90mins on the road outside the hotel, parking is free on the streets behind. As a heads up - you’re opposite a number of pubs, meaning that sat nights are loud - but given we were in the pub, wasn’t a problem for us! All round good stay - thanks to the staff, we’ll probs be back!

Extractor fan needed and would be better if the windows opened a little wider, aside from that - all good.

The hospitality - amazing welcome and great breakfast. Some of the rooms were lovely. Bar area was a great meeting and entertaining space.

2nd floor smelt of smoke as you went through fire door fro. Staircase. Bathroom in room 14 smelt of smoke. Room walls are paper thin. No decaff coffee available at all. 1st night (fri) bar was open until 1am.. 2nd night (sat) returned to hotel at 10.45pm and bar area. We had older teenagers with us and the reason the hotel was picked was so we could still chat as a group which we weren't able to do in the other pubs due to children being underage. However, would I go back? Absolutely. The owners/staff were so friendly. I would just make sure I chose one of the better rooms not on 2nd floor and asked for timings of the bar on advance.

Parking is free around the area if you are happy to walk a few hundred yards . The room was basic but for the price excellent . The breakfast however ..... was outstanding . Its fair to judge any place by the effert that goes into breakfast so lets .... The dining room is lovely , spacious and immaculate . Breakfast is buffet with fruits in bowls to cornflakes to a full english ........ and everything was cooked to perfection . The people who run the place offer a discount and ill be taking it up with them as i fully intend to stay here again . I cant see how any other place could better it .

Nothing to fault here ..... !

We have stayed here before and would stay again. The staff are really lovely and take care in ensuring you have what you need. The breakfast is delicious! The lady in the kitchen works very hard and clearly takes great care in her work. I am GF and they made great effort to cater to my dietary requirements. The rooms are quite basic but this is reflected in the price. We have always had a very comfortable, warm and peaceful stay here.

Perhaps more attention to supplies in the room, but this was easy enough to sort by asking staff for extra bits, it was no trouble.

Room was very good - I had a double room all to myself, spacious, light and very clean.. Staff were excellent , friendly and welcoming. The hotel bar had a good range and very reasonable prices.

The only problem I had was being in a room at the front on the street. There are several bars opposite and it was noisy at the weekend until late. This is not the hotels fault and they were sympathetic, as they had tried to get the council to do something to no avail. It' did not however spoil my stay.iwill stay there again and would definitely recommend it.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly and dedicated upon our arrival, it was very quick and easy to sort. The room was clean and airy, with great views out to the sea. Breakfast was served every morning which was delicious. Can't fault it, very happy. Thank you to all the staff.

The only thing I didn't like was all the stairs up to the room 😂 it was very high up and with little children i was a bit apprehensive. However, it didn't do any damage to our stay, I would just say if you don't like heights I would ask for a room not on the top floor. Also, one bed in the room was great and so comfy, but the other bed was hard as a rock and we did have to pad it out a little with towels so the kids didn't complain.

We were wanting to check in early and the chap on reception promised to call us asap , withing one hour we were called asked to have a look at an alternative room which was excellent and we got in our.room hours early , great customer service, great awareness of what was required and 100% effort to accommodate us , excellent manners and should be congratulated , even if he couldn't of helped us you felt he had tried his best, The cleaner in the morning was so polite when we were trying to leave our keys and did her best to make sure we had enjoyed our stay and could she do anything more

Very clean and tidy staff

This is the second time we have stayed here and this time there was sixteen of us staying!! The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The rooms and the hotel decor are a bit dated, but aren't half the hotels in Llandudno the same? So why spend a fortune renovating? Everywhere is clean, with ultra clean bedding and towels. It has a great bar area, which is very reasonably priced. Breakfast is amazing, it is buffet style and all the products are top quality. The staff work tirelessly to keep everything fresh and clean. We will be booking to come again next year 😁😁

The only quibble we had was that the mattress in our room was a bit lumpy, but we only stayed for two nights so we just made do.

it was a lovely cooked breakfast every morning and the continental was as good, you could have as much or little as you wanted it was self service. the hotel is well placed for walking down to the pier or shops plenty of food places and cafes there are two places that we liked for eating ( home cooking ) and ( snooze ) both a little pricey but well worth it but you need to book and also the pizza restaurant opp. snooze you need to book in advance.

the scenery from our window was just a small courtyard with plants in pots. that's about it, would of been nice to watch the world go bye. Still small price to pay when everything was good.

Excellent breakfast, good bar with very reasonable prices, ground floor really good standard of decor and refurbishment. Great location close to Great Orme railway and for access to local restaurants and pier. Everywhere very clean. Lots areas in need of the refurb that the owners are undertaking over time.

Too many stairs for anyone with mobility problems. Although we knew about this before we booked and we managed, we had 5 flights of stairs to negotiate every time we went in and out. Definitely not accessible/recommended for wheelchairs if needed or anyone with dodgy knees! Music too loud in bar area.
