Excellent location near to the pier and bars, well appointed room with a comfortable bed, very clean bathroom with some toiletries provided. We had a sea view- this was to the side of the hotel rather than directly in front however was very nice to sit in the large the bay window and take in the view. There was a couple of armchairs and a table in the bay window area for this reason- I do like having a sitting area in a room. Breakfast was very good and staff were keen and helpful with minimal waiting to be served. a very good hotel and service at a very reasonable price. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so comfortable, we would definitely stay again

The hotel was perfectly fine however was located in a busy area near bars and restaurants so it was a little noisy after they closed. Not at all any fault of the hotel but something some may want to consider.

The family room was amazing with adjoining room and en suite. Very comfortable. Great night sleep. The breakfast was one of the best we've had with lots of selection and well cooked. Great location on the north promenade enabling us to access everything. Staff were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to meet all our needs. Excellent value for money. Would recommend for a short stay.

Unfortunately there isn't a lift but to be fair we were contacted shortly after booking to inform us of this.

Lovely seaside Hotel with great vintage features. Large very clean rooms. Wonderful staff and fabulous breakfast and they were very on the ball with my need for gluten-free food. The location was perfect for all the activities we wanted to do.

Staying on a Saturday night was very noisy throughout the night with people coming going home from the local pubs. However, this would be the same for all the hotels in that area. Showers need upgrading as they didn’t have much pressure and the toilets were noisy as the cisterns took ages to fill up again probably because of water pressure. The table in our room had been repaired and there were a couple of screws sticking out of it.

Really enjoyed my time at the hotel: bedding was comfortable and room clean, while had a great view of the Orme from our window. Came with a (very nice) Breakfast that allowed you to pick some fruit/cereal and order hot food. Location is central (right next to the pier) and thus very useful for seeing Llandudno or walking up Orme.

Struggled to get the shower working initially as instructions to use weren't clear. Room wasn't massive which might be an issue for some people, although definitely enough room to be comfortable in.

Excellent location, just around the corner from the pier. Clean, spacious room, very comfortable bed. Staff friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, full English was cooked perfectly and proper fried bread! Great value for money.

They are all older properties around the sea front and they must cost a fortune to maintain. The positives far outweigh anything that you would want to ‘pick at’.

The breakfast was very delicious we got Full English breakfast with was super nice. We have got 2 sepered rooms two of them with bathroom, while we paid for 1 family room. It was a very nice surprise, the kids slept in one room and we in the other room. We actually felt like in a small apartment! Very nice for that good price! Staff really nice, everything about the hotel and the place was perfect. The place beautiful, stunning plenty of restaurants and shops around, beautiful beach and views. Highly recommended

Just no parking at the property.

The breakfast was amazing and the chef was adaptable for example I never wanted certain items of food and they were replaced no problem with was i requested. A great selection and plenty1

The only thing I felt could have been better was to have a lift, to invest in a lift would have made the experience in the hotel better, but understandably the hotel is victorian and beautiful, adding a lift would spoil it and may not be possible.

The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Location was perfect and the room was a really good size. Really nice hotel right on the sea front and close to the pier.

Unfortunately the mattress wasnt the comfiest, the slightest movement from my partner and it woke me up. Also the TV had no signal, normally wouldn't bother about the TV but we went up to the room early as the kids were tired, so was a bit disappointed to find out it didn't work.

Kiki, the receptionist was an absolute star and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She was only supposed to stay til 7 pm, but she waited for us until hours later. There was lovely vintage furniture in the room and it was indeed near the sea. We got a body wash, shampoo and some hot drinks, including Galaxy hot chocolate if I remember well! Obviously towels were provided too and there was a hairdryer in one of the drawers.

There was no fridge and at breakfast we experienced some frustration (the food was nice though!). We got a present to rectify this, so I didn’t take a star off for it. Parking was quite hard, but not impossible… we could’ve had more electric sockets, but there was enough of them to charge the essentials.

The location is fab)), the staff is friendly, the room is cute, tiny and really clean ( especially the bathroom!!!). The atmosphere of old times made the hotel nice!

You can hear every move and every sound from every room: creaking floors, talking, etc.( Friday after party people!!) And there is NO view of the mountain! There’s a view of back streets with bins and fire stairs on the mountain background.
