The location is great, just a few minutes walk from either of two tube stations. The welcome from Virgil when we checked-in was great, and we had a good rapport with him afterwards. The apartment was just what we were expecting, despite a few reviews suggesting others did not get the room they thought they were getting. Everything we needed was provided, and of good quality. The amount of space in the living area was superb. It is just the sort of place I would love to own !!!

Very friendly and helpful staffs. And come with kitchen and Landry are huge bonus. The location is great. So much activities you can do just around blocks.

Just one night Upstairs guests make noise all night long. But I know it is not hotel’s fault.

Area around the appartment was nice the staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and spacious for an appartment in the UK.

I was hoping for an actual king size bed not two full sizes pushed together. Had they listed it appropriately I wouldn't have rented which is why they listed it the way they did is my guess. The bed was not very comfortable. The wear and tear was visible when you spend as much time as we did in the appartment.

Superb location near museums, Royal Parks, shops, cafes and restaurants with a Waitrose and Tesco around the corner. Cereals left with tea and coffee, well stocked kitchen including washer/drier Bidet and good shower in bathroom. Comfortable bed Staff delightful, Angela was very helpful throughout stay. Would definitely recommend and return.

Stayed in basement standard double apartment. Workmen from property were working outside our windows for short periods in mornings. Having traditional box sash windows the sound proofing isn’t great and could hear everything so closed curtains but it wasn’t for long and it didn’t spoil our stay, just a bit off- putting. Quiet road so no other problems with street noise.

Flat was well situated and nicely done out, spacious and bath was really really nice with spa features.

Noise from road. You need to invest in better windows which shut properly and have triple glazing. Despite apparent luxury there were marks all over walls and furniture. A coat stand would be nice in the entrance. It would be nice to have written confirmation that thee sécurity deposit has been released as not everyone has easy internet banking from abroad. Also, how dors one trust it will be released when no inventory is made before or after stay ?

The location is great! The property felt safe and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was great as well.

The furniture was quite dated and the layout of the apartment I was staying in wasn’t the most practical. The bed was queen bed but not the most comfortable mattress/ pillows. The kitchen utensils/kitchenware weren’t the best and some had the tendency to easily bend which isn’t great.

Good safe and quiet location, friendly and helpful staff. All basics provided in kitchen and bathroom.

The rooms and furniture are a little worn out. Bad noise isolation in the rooms, making it easy to hear any movement above and next to the apartment.

The toiles gets wet easily and there is no drainage. There was bad smell in the apartment didn’t go. The smell of cigarettes from other people.

I think the bathroom must be renovated as it is really rusted and old.. They need to improve the lighting in the room as it's very dark if you want to put make-up and style your hair.

I liked location and staff in the property. Our thankful Speciality Mr. Mahfouz for his corporate to send my missing bag where was missing in Hotel to our location in Dubai as he bear all charges and fees around 100 pound
