The Staff are really lovely. The downstairs lounge and reception area are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The room was also nicely decorated, perhaps in need of some refurbishment and TLC. We will stay again but will make sure to book a specific room (Only a few rooms have a king size bed !)The location is perfect for South Ken. Chelsea, West End and so on.

The staff were a little bit casual about sorting out minor issues with the room, and at first seemed a bit reluctant to show us other rooms. Curtains did not close properly, extractor fan in bedroom didn't work. The bathroom was a bit small and cramped. The staff in the downstairs Trattoria were lovely, but the food was only OK, the whole breakfast room/ restaurant concept needs a re-think, maybe something like a residents bar with Tapas

Loved the size of the room and bathroom, excellent for London. Bed very comfy and room quiet. Location was brilliant- just yards away from the tube, pubs, cafés and restaurants. Staff friendly and hotel was clean.

Housekeeping didn't leave us toilet roll after the first day so on Day 3 we ran out! Housekeeping also woke us on our checking out morning at 8.40 "to clean the room" but when I explained we were checking out that day, she didn't seem to get it. Awful view of a wall from the room. It would be nice to have had the option of a resident's bar in the hotel too. Breakfast seemed such a rip-off we went out for ours.

1- amazing friendly staff that attended to any matter we had promptly (specially thomas at concierge) along with providing us with an earlier check in time considering we had a long flight to London and reached earlier than anticipated 2- the location is wonderful with the tube just few minutes away along with various coffee shops restaurants within walking distance 3- comfortable beds along with the wifi being reliable 4- cant complain about the room cleaning as it was extremely professional

1- the suite I stayed in definitely needs an upgrade and updating i.e. wallpaper in some areas peeled off or bubbly, the ceiling gypsum hairline cracks, shower mixer needs replacing, carpet in the room in some sections worn off and some minor issues 2- the hotel had one lift and we had to endure two days without the lift due to maintenance (we were on the fourth floor which wasnt pleasant going all the way up on a steep staircase in some sections) 3- we had few days with HVAC problems which was resolved promptly when reported but then the same issue arised again on our final night

Super friendly staff. Lovely experience. They have amazing coffee too, one of the best I’ve ever had. The continental breakfast was lovely. Very clean. Excellent bed and pillows very comfortable.

The house keeping service was not the best though. I kept asking for things to be done way too many time and my phone was not working even though I’ve reported it.

Very lovely, quaint, clean, quiet, loved the comfortable bed and jumbo plush towels. Easy accessible location to public transportation and restaurants, very friendly and helpful staff, especially Thomas (arrived safely to the Wimbledon facility), Gabriel (thanks for unlocking our safe and providing time suggestions to the airport, and Mustar/Mustark (my apologies for the misspelling of your name) guided tour of the hotel and our room. Thanks to the front office manager, R.F., for the sweet note and delicious treats, welcoming us to The Pelham; it was a kind and thoughtful gesture. Also, an added bonus, complimentary bottles of water everyday; the week we were there, it was very warm.

Nothing, everything was fabulous.

The room was clean and spacious. The location was perfect access for the museums in South Kensington and Hyde Park. The beds were super comfy, the room was sound proof and the complimentary drinks were very much appreciated.

The sky light above the second bed (for children ideal) had no curtain or blind, we made a make shift curtain, using 2 chairs from the dining table, with lots of cushions on. My daughter found this great fun. It did the trick to block the early morning daylight but a curtain would be great or blind. Also the steps into the room are very narrow, it's cute and beautiful but not great if you have accessible issues and no lift if you have lots of luggage but the staff are very helpful.

Wonderful, cozy hotel with just the right touch of traditional style mixed with modern comforts. Impeccable staff, fantastic service, great food and perfect location. Extremely quiet rooms despite being on a busy street. The location could not be improved and lots of fun restaurants and cafés all around. Right across the street from Kensington underground and many good connecting busses.

Anyone with mobility issues should contact the hotel. Our room did not seem accessible by elevator and the hall ways and stairs were quite tight. I imagine they have accessible rooms but it would be necessary to let the hotel know.

The wifi was fine until it stopped working around 2330 one night and the front desk suggested it was because I was using Apple products (although I had found the wifi to be good for several days previously with the same Apple devices). I restarted my devices, which did not help, spoke to the front desk again who said they would restart the wifi server but this did not help either. I went to bed shortly thereafter and the wifi was again functional the next morning.

Lovely small & intimate hotel in a very convenient location just opposite South Kensington underground station. Room was stylishly decorated. Staff were extremely friendly , polite and helpful. My room request was fullfilled and I was left a lovely dish of sweets and biscuits as it was my birthday. Breakfast was delicious and fully served at the table with an extensive choice of juices, fruit, cereals, pastries and cooked items. One of the nicest breakfasts I’ve ever had in a London hotel!

The only downside is that I found the mattress slightly ‘bouncy’ but the pillows etc. were very comfortable. Mattesses are very much a matter of personal taste.

Close to Royal Albert Hall, large bed and spacious room (we paid for a bigger one), friendly staff. Food was nice but a little cold when it reached the room for dinner and breakfast which was a shame. Maybe a heated trolley is needed.

The room was a bit musky and dusty (head board and lamps had visible dust on them) It was noisy-cleaning cupboard near and lots of banging and walking past. The floors are very thin and the room above us were awake early and it sounded as though there were elephants above us. Mini bar snacks out of date. Shower inside bath was small (low)
