The lady on the reception Checkout is 11am even though no client after us and she was rude and didn't allow me to use the bathroom and I wanted to pray plus no one to help in luggage.

It’s very clean, and roomy, decent, The staff are amazing, they let us check in earlier.. very polite and helpful. The location is very good, it’s near everything.. and there are lots of services and restaurants near by. Within walking distance to most of the tourists attractions.

The only bad thing is the noise. I can hear every one who uses the elevator. But I believe all the vintage buildings in London are like that.

We arrived early, before checking in, and Paul at the front desk was kind enough to allow us to drop off our bags before heading over to Shepard Market for coffee and lunch. He later called us to let us know we were able to check in (which was early) and took our bags up for us. We were excited to be on the top floor and enjoyed the lift coming and going to the room as this was a quaint addition to this historic and lovely building. Everything was clean and the apartment quite lovely. We loved the convenience of being so near to the underground station and walking distance to Green Park, Hyde Park and even Buckingham Palace. And the coffee shop next door was such a convenience for our early morning coffee and croissants. Clean towels and a straightening of the room occurred daily. While there was heat to the room, it was not on when we arrived but was soon remedied and we found we did need to use the fan that was in the closet to make it just right. We thought there was no microwave but have since read the oven can be converted, we just did not know this and probably would have only used it once anyway so not a huge inconvenience at all. But a quick tip on its use would have been helpful. All in all, an amazing and comfortable stay!

…but staring to look tatty damaged furniture, stained carpet needs a spruce up.

Some areas of the apartments could do with a little attention. Also could be a bit cleaner. For the price they should be spotless

Location of the property is excellent. Surrounded by nice shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. When you get in the flat you can find the silence of your own home. Friendly staff. Very spacious flat. Classic looks in the design which was making you feel that you are in London

Safe was not functioning which did not disturb me at all

the apartment was really comfortable,very clean, equipped with everything, and with a daily cleaning service. Wi-Fi works well. the location is in the heart of mayfair, in a very quiet and peaceful area, a few meters from the green park metro and picadilly circus. the supermarket is a short distance away as well as restaurants / bars for any occasion. there is a concierge service until 7pm and is a very kind person, available to help you and give advice. I absolutely will come back!

Great apartment to stage our week in London over Christmas. The location was fantastic. The staff was helpful when we checked in. We were very happy with our stay.

I’m not totally sure what house keeping does. Our bed was sort of remade with the existing sheets every day, but the trash cans and kitchen were untouched. The apartment was clean and it didn’t impact us though.

Friendly and helpful staff.Most contact was with Paul who knows us well at this stage. Spacious apartment in a great location beside Shepherd Market and close to top shopping areas and main attractions. We'll be back - but maybe something can be done about air conditioning, especially in high summer.

It was June and the apartment was very warm with no cooling equipment except a fan.

We spent 3 days in a Studio apartment in Mayfair with easy access to everything from the tube (green park station) to the major sites to see. The apartment was very nicely appointed with a large bathroom, nice bedroom with dressers and double closet, a small kitchenette and a nice sitting room/living room with tv and balcony overlooking the street. You are very close to several coffee shops and Shepherd's Market is right below and behind you with several restaurants and pubs. The Wlan performance was excellent. Although in the middle of everything it is very quiet during night.

There was a bit of a mix up with the upfront payment but that was quickly settled.
