We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, as the staff was extremely kind and attentive: without us asking, we were given a room with a little desk for me to sit and work comfortably after the first night and after they learnt that I had to work in the hotel room (not intended, but because of an airport strike, that made it impossible for us to fly back to our home town with the originally booked flight). At the day of our departure I was allowed to stay in the lobby for another 4 hours after checkout to use their wifi. We would go there again anytime. Nice room with comfortable bed, bathtub to relax, and all the classic hotel goodies. They were doing a lot of renovations so the place will be even nicer soon.

We only missed bed stands in the room and a few hooks to hang up towels and stuff. Could improvise though.

Location of the hotel is brilliant, you're just off Tottenham Court Road, 15 -20 minutes from Covent Gardens, Trafalgar Square, Carnaby Street and Leicester Square. This was brilliant as you could walk to these areas, without having to pay for transport. The staff where all very friendly. One slight issue was the the electric sockets were 1 side of the room and the table with the kettle was the other side, however we went out 1 day and didn't move the kettle back off the bed. Housekeeping noticed and the next thing we had another table in the room. Thank you.

Only one comment to make, the hotel could do with a bit of redecorating, some areas look a little sad.

Female staff all very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was very good. Location was great for the cost of the room. Room was clean and i felt safe travelling with my child alone

The finish on alot of the work was not good, Gaps in carpets/baggy carpets, cracked mirrors, chipped skirting boards/wires on show. Bathroom ceiling needed cleaning. None of this affected my stay , id definitely stay again , but these things would greatly improve the cosmetic look of the hotel.

The location for the theatre was great and we were near the shops etc. The room was clean and the tea and coffee dish was well stocked.

There is no air-conditioning but we did know that when we booked. It did say there would be a fan in the room on the details but there wasn't. The shower didn't stay up in the holder it kept falling so it just sprayed the wall. So ended up holding it while trying to shower which was annoying and hotel must have known about it also bath took ages to drain the water.

Reception was friendly, and allowed me to check in a bit earlier, which was great after an overnight flight. It was lovely to have a tub, and the kettle with coffee and tea was handy. It was a single room without a window ( as booked), so it is necessary to manage your expectations. The room is in the process of being refurbished, so, it is not a finished product. It is a lovely central location, near the British Museum, with easy access to Tottenham court underground station with the Elizabeth line to Heathrow Terminal 5. It was far easier to negotiate Tottenham Road station than Piccadilly station - with luggage in tow. It was perfect for a single night.

The mattress is not super comfortable.

I really feel like I got a good bang for my buck here. I probably got it at a much cheaper rate than usual because in the last 2 years of needing to stay in London for 1-2 nights every other week, I haven't experienced such luxury in such a central spot! The room was a brilliant size, there were 'proper' sized mugs for tea, there was a heated floor in the bathroom, there was a bath, the bed was huge and there were a zillion options on the TV. It was only 10 minutes walk from where I work in Soho. I'd love to stay there again if I can ever get it for the same rate!

No instructions were given to connect to any wifi when I arrived and there were no instructions in the room. Yes, I could have gone back out and asked, but I was exhausted!

Great location close to tube station, buses, Oxford St shops. 24 hour reception. Very clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Good to have a lift and also nice to have a kettle and tea making supplies. I liked having windows that could be opened wide.

Often a bit of street noise late at night but bearable with the windows shut. Only just room to walk around the bed and little space to put a suitcase. Would’ve been very squashy with two people.

Location was great and reception were really helpful in getting us checked in early. Compared to our last stay in London the room was great. I wasn’t disappointed with it. Bed was comfy and I did sleep a bit which is unusual in a new place

The shower was a bit rubbish in that it was difficult to angle but it did the job ok. The maid knocked the door an hour before checkout. My son has autism and it really worried him that something was wrong or we had the time wrong etc.

The staff were so lovely and welcoming and accommodating, the location was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. Just had everything that you needed, thank you very much

The Wi-Fi was really bad if I’m honest, but I did speak to a waitress in a cafe I tried working in near by and she said the signal is bad in that area so I don’t think that’s the hotels fault but it may be something that they can do to change this for their establishment, as I got good signal in Starbucks

The hotel is close to some good restaurants and Tottenham Court Road station so it was easy to come and go. My room was reasonably sized and it was easy to speak to the staff who were very helpful. The room also had a bathtub so I could relax after a long day.

There wasn't an iron in my room when I arrived. As I had to be somewhere early on Friday morning, I had to wait for another guest to checkout, because at the time the hotel was fully booked, before I could leave.
