All thing good except: If you wont the house keeping doesn’t enter your apartment (for privacy purposes) you have to inform them direct -there’s no “Don’t disturb” paper-!

Very nice location, just about 10 minutes walking distance from the Paddington station, and about 5 minutes walk to nearby Halal restaurants and shoplot. The apartment was spacious for 4 people, with 1 bed in a separate room and 1 sofa bed in the living room. The apartment was clean, and the staff came in everyday for cleaning. The front desk staff was friendly and gave nice suggestions. Overall, nice experience.

The room we rented is at the topmost floor (level 4), and only reachable via stairs from the 3rd floor.

below comment are only for improvement purposes: the sofas in the living room has to be replaced. Wheelchair ♿️ accessibility for my old mom was hard but we were lucky to be in the best appartment 602 ground floor which has an emergency exit in the living room 👍🏻 sometimes the noise of the upper floor foots steps while walking. not always just sometimes. bedrooms does not have door locks which was an issue for us since we have annoying kids the only bad think is not having a shower cabin in toilets but only bathtubs 🛀🏽🙁 mom cannot climb up the bathtubs. staff were too friendly as you cannot ever imagine too helpful thanks to all of them. the price of the 3 BR appart was exaggerated on booking.com but cheaper on their website.

They allowed us to check in early which was great, location was excellent, complimentary coffee in reception, the apartment was clean

The sofa bed was really uncomfortable which was annoying as the main bed was great, the apartment is smaller than the pictures show, also quite expensive for the size of apartment and don’t tell you till you’ve arrived that they take £300 deposit might make a dent in people’s travel plans

Very nice and elegant deco, all appliances are in good conditions, clean sheets and towels. Staffs were very accommodative and helpful in every aspect.

We were staying at room 102 and few time we had a sleepless nites as noises (ppl walking n stomping in the middle of the nite 3-5am) came from the upper level (i reckon room 202). hope the hotel can find way to solve the issue as it’s really frustrating when u cant have a sound sleep especially when u travel with kids.

It is a building of small apartments with a front desk. Perfect for our needs. Very clean. The staff was very friendly. Location wmade it very easy to see the sights we had on our trip.

The booking was as expeczted (great) so I can't think of anything that would make a meaningful improvement.

large living room, enough space to accommodate even a birthday party with friends bedrooms very comfortable hot water all the time and very quiet even though you are so close to the center of London

There was no coffee maker in the apartment, there was no frying pan to cook your eggs in the morning there was no Christmas decoration

Very nice place to stay in London. Was very clean and staff is perfect, they are helpfull. Just few steps to Underground station Paddington

Really well located for Paddington Station (I was flying in and out of LHR so very convenient for the Heathrow Express train). Also walking distance to Hyde Park. I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and it was much nicer than I expected (London accomm is often a gamble!). I had been travelling for weeks, so it was really great to have a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of storage space etc during my stay in London. The bonus was daily housekeeping with fresh towels and toiletries, which isn't usually included in serviced apartment style accomm. The staff are super friendly and helpful too.

Can't complain at all!
