Sound proofing terrible. Could hear snoring from next room. Light coming in under door. Staff very loud in hallways . Staff knock but don't wait before opening door.

Selected for its convenience to Padington Station, I was pleasantly suprised at this hotel. Having a delux double room, it was spacious, comfortable with all things needed such as iron and ironing board and a well sized barhroom. Large comfortable bed and reasonably quiet. London Hotels can be a bit hit and miss if you don't pay for a good sized room and aren't cheap but was happy with this choice for the cost.

Nothing that would not make me stay there again.

We were upgraded to the sister hotel Mount Calm Chillworth Townhouse on the day of our booking which was a 5 star hotel. The staff upon on arrival were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious, there was a fridge, microwave and toiletries and amenities were provided. The hotel is situated right around the corner from Paddington train station and there are lots of restaurants and shops within the vicinity. We had an evening meal at the hotel which was an Indian Cuisine. The food was outstanding and of a reasonable price. We highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The breakfast wasn't the best at the hotel. The bacon and sausage was undercooked, the tomatoes was cold and there was only scrambled egg on offer.

Great location 5 mins from Paddington station,calm,very friendly staff. Had coffee and a supply of biscuits each day.Was advised about an Indian restaurant on the afternoon of my arrival 5 minutes walk away. The manager helped me reserve a trip to Kent when my phone had some problems. Everyone was so helpful. Breakfast was very good ,cereals,bacon sausages,eggs,yogurts ,with a wonderful choice of fresh fruit,always very ripe and sweet.I really appreciated this. Take a cardigan to the breakfast room,AC is a bit too strong depending on where you are seated . Would definitely return to this hotel

Nothing negative.

The room was comfortable though the typical smaller size of European hotels. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities, including a rubber mat for the shower. The room had a working refrigerator and safety box. Nice touches were a basket of fruit expecting us on arrival, a variety of biscuits and coffeee and tea every day. The breakfast buffet included more fresh fruit than any of the other hotels where we stayed. It also had the traditional English breakfast and a selction of cheese, yogurt and cold cuts. The location is very convenient: walking dustance from Paddington (and the Heathrow Express from the airpot), easy access to tube and buses, walking distance to Kensington Park.

It can get a bit noisy due to the traffic on the street.

Good location for BST at Hyde Park and close to Paddington Station/Underground. Good selection at breakfast and spacious room.

Almost immediately upon check in on a Thursday afternoon, there was a fire alarm test - unbeknown to us! It would have been nice to be told or a sign in reception instead of a mad panic down 6 flights of stairs (as you don’t use the lift in a fire alarm!) to find out it was just a test! No apology from staff. There was a small bar just off reception but it was closed the entire time we were there.

Location was very convenient, you are less than a five minute walk from Paddington for the Circle/District and Elizabeth lines. Some parking available right outside which was great as we usually drive, and was only £25 per day. The hotel was spotless throughout and the staff were very helpful. Great night's sleep. We had a double sofa bed for our daughter, which was very comfy. The room was split into two by a step which I would imagine without the sofa bed would have given a nice little living area. Great hotel for central London.

The breakfast service could have been better as there were only a small number of tables so we had to wait in the lobby for a while, then there wasn't a huge amount of choice. It was however, only £12.95 which is really good for breakfast in a London hotel. The bathroom was quite cramped! Small corner shower, toilet and sink squeezed into a very small space. My husband is a 6"3 burly fella so was a bit of a tight fit.

This hotel was the best I’ve stayed at out of all my other stays in other hotels. The rooms were very clean and had a good amount of space, and they had complementary coffee and tea in the rooms! The service was also great overall, everyone was very curious, kind, and attentive, especially Easterna and Tamara who were so kind and helpful, and gave us good tips of places to visit in the city! The manager, Jeana, was also very helpful and answered any questions we had. Overall this was an amazing stay and I will only be coming here whenever I come back to London!

Breakfast was good typical English continental breakfast. Rooms were clean and spacious for our needs. Good location, short 7 minute walk to Paddington station. Lots of restaurants near the station to get some food.

The hotel had unexpected stairs that would not be good for limited mobility customers. One of the rooms in the 4th floor had a short flight of stairs to go up to access the room and another room on the 5th floor had stairs going down into the room just after opening the door. Carrying luggage up/inside the room was difficult. Also, short flight of stairs at the front of the hotel, no ramp for wheelchair access or rolling up luggages. You will need to drag you bags up the front steps to get in the lobby.

The room was smaller but adequate for the three of us traveling. It was walking distance to Hyde Park, which was fantastic for seeing the concert we had planned for this trip.

The bathroom is attached to the room but separated by two doors. When taking a shower, the steam builds up, and there is no ventilation for the steam to escape. When I took my second shower during my stay, I noticed what looked like black mold in small crevices. A way to vent this area without holding the self-closing door propped by a chair would really help this situation. Also, the lights situation in the room took some trial and error to figure out what worked to not wake everyone when using the bathroom at night.
