Easy to reach from Heathrow Airport. We only have a small bag each so it was very economical to ride the Elizabeth line. Get off at Paddington Station and walk abit to reach here. Our room has bath and shower style bathroom. It was spacious. There was a fruit platter, biscuits and plenty of tea & coffee provided. This was the first spacious room we had ever stayed after so many trips. Sorry forgotten what room type.

Need some grab bars in toilet for elderlies like us. So scary if we had a fall. Soon they will renovate the rooms and it will be so costly we wont be able to stay here.

Our arrival started extremely well when we were greeted by Stella. She was warm and welcoming,and we felt very fortunate to be upgraded to a room which was super comfortable and spacious. It was a perfect one night stay and positioned us very close to Paddington station so we could walk our suitcases over to catch the Heathrow express. It is fantastic having a midday check out and a place to leave bags. Jeana was also very professional and helpful. This is such a lovely hotel, it had everything we needed but what made it really stand out was the friendly reception staff.

The customer service as soon as I got to the hotel was exceptional. I got there an hour early Stella managed to get a room and after taking the time to find me one that had a walk in shower instead of a bath. All of this was done with the best professional manner but also with the friendliest smile you could wish for. I would say in all the years I have been travelling Stella was by far the best reception experience I have ever had and the friendliest person ever, thank you. Also the room was fabulous and the location perfect

The only small thing was I didn't have a door sign to put on my door for room service so each day had to request room make up and new towels.

The location was great for Paddington Station and for the concerts in Hyde Park. It was great to be able to walk back after the event in only 15 minutes. We often attend the BST concerts and will definitely stay here next year. By far the greatest asset to this hotel are the staff - they simply cannot do enough for you and nothing is too much trouble. They went far and above what I expected. I have stayed in top hotels and not had better service!

Just little things like a fitting was missing on the shower so it looked grubby and the battery cover was missing off the remote control. Little things that could easily be taken care of.

Location was great - very close to Paddington station. The staff friendly (particularly their welcome). Room was clean on arrival and kept sufficiently clean daily throughout our stay.

The room was very small - smaller than we had hoped for with a young family of 4 people and the price we paid. We also had issues with the shower not draining away as fast as the water was flowing from the shower head.

The hotel location is perfect near Paddington station where most metro lines exchange their and so many shops and restaurants. The hotel is so comfortable and exactly like the description. The front desk staff are so helpful and so kind especially Rania and Stella who did their best to make my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Although my room was Single room, they offered my temporary fridge which was awesome. I highly recommend this hotel and for sure I will book it in the future.

Apreciated a cold drink at check in...31 degs in London that day. Extra bottles of water, fresh fruit, apples, in rooms. Hotel was extra busy so my room was not ready but staff offered another nearby that would be ready sooner. Good breakfast with loads of options.

Hotel beginning to look as though it needs a refurbishment. Being an old building it is a rabbit warren of corridors and small rooms. Rooms are on the small side for two people and two suitcases, no room for luggage rack etc. One bed was missing a mattress protector, just sheet straight on mattress.

Fantastic location! So close to Paddington station, 7 minute walk away. Beds are really comfortable, room was cosy, air con was much appreciated for hot weather. Staff was great, very helpful, grabbing us glasses and ice, offering us bottles of water etc.. could not speak highly enough of staff.

Windows were a little bit old fashioned for the building and could do with a bit of an upgrade. Bit awkward to get to the rooms, hallways are narrow, our room was through 2 fire exits and a few steps downwards.

We choose the room for family. 2 queen size bed in one room. The size was perfect and have some space too. The location great. 4 min walking to paddington station. 5min to Pak Din restaurant and 7 min to Ibu Malaysian restaurant. Also have lift so easy to bring all the luggage. The staff also friendly. We asked for help to called taxi to the airport and they help us.

We stay for 4 night here. 1st night have 4 mineral bottle. Then after that we didnt get any mineral bottle. Then the towel they give only 2 big towel for 4 adult here. The other are 2 middle size towel n 2 small size towel
