The check-in went well, as I came early and dropped my luggage at the desk to be gotten later once check-in was ready. The staff was always present and very attentive to any need. The room was very nice and an upgrade. The bed was very comfortable! The noise from the street below could not be heard at all, so very happy. Location was great for Hammersmith/Shepherd's Bush type things.

Very nice finishes mostly, but a few things could be looked after, like a change to the carpet (which already looks worn and old) and the bathroom tile floor, which was strangely cracked and repaired oddly.

The cleaniness n its situated in the centre the staff the reception is very polite very helpful thruout my trip this is the third time I stayed here too comfortable the washrooms are clean n the rooms are super super clean they shifted me to the apartment so the park view is sooo amazing not to miss the morning breakfast too clean area n their hospitality is amazing the ppl their are too respectful n friendly i love the place the hotel overall is the best location near 5 minutes walk to Westfield mall truly amazing Thanku to the complete staff 👍💕💕💕

Firstly I really like the lobby it was so spacious, everything looks so grand, the room was very spacious the bathroom has a separate shower and bath, they have a mini fridge and mugs,glass and wine glass that was really handy and a food cupboard, there is also an apple speaker box the wifi was good and the room we got have a nice view at the park it would be ideal to watch fireworks in that location, it is very near to westfield mall and 2 stations shepherds bush market and shepherds bush station and many grocery and restaurants nearby the closet was big and spacious as well it was a perfect hotel stay for us we loved every part of the hotel

I just want to thank the staff at the Dorsett especially Rosie at the front desk who went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was special. We had a one night stay to celebrate my birthday and was greeted by the lovely Rosie who checked us in and informed me that our room had been upgraded twice actually to executive and then to suite which meant a bigger room, shower and separate bath with lovely views across west london. We were also informed of some lovely finishing touches, complimentary water and also complimentary drinks and breakfast the following morning! When we got to our spectacular room we had a bottle of chilled wine waiting for us and balloons etc. After celebrating my birthday at Donde Carlos (Colombian restaurant) close by we moved on to the Defectors Weld for a dance and cocktails, before returning to our room and our comfortable bed for a fantastic night's sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel in the heart of Shepherd's Bush especially for special occasions. Thank you once again the Dorsett Hotel!

Nothing to dislike

the property was luxurious, clean, and stylish. the room was large with beautiful floor to ceiling mirrors, a large bed, and bath.

We booked a suite as it was our first night away since our wedding (and also the first time leaving our little one over night). Upon arrival the staff had left us a bottle of prosecco and our bed was covered with petals, ballons and two swans made out of towels! It was a lovely touch which made our day! :) Room was lovely and clean too and great selection at breakfast.

My only complaint would be with the full english breakfast I ordered. The bacon and sausages were lovely, but the fried egg was very undercooked (I didn't give it a thought when ordering but might be an idea to ask if people like it well done or not). I'm fine with a runny yolk but the white was very undercooked and the baked beans were cold. If we were staying a second night I would have ordered something else the next day. My partner had eggs benedict and said it was lovely.

Hello! my hotel arrival was a complete surprise. first the reception had chosen a very small room not really clean, plus with key trouble, soon a staff came to help me out. very tired and disappointed.. I have a meeting with work colleagues in the bar. return to my room while my husband bath the power went off and we were in the dark and my husband frozen 🥶. it brought me to panic state . I went to the the manager and I told him I was to take those happenings in my lawyer hands.. suddenly they found a open apartment room in the hotel new building. it was a pleasant surprise. much space an comfortably we stayed for 10 days, friendly staffs apologies and the bad impression and happenings was forgiven.

The hotel is obviously stunning, no question. But because I was taking my son on a surprise trip for Halloween I asked the staff to help make his room spooky (we booked a suite)… they went above and beyond. The decorations, the goodies, the spooky door signs, balloons, pumpkin candles etc. I was so so impressed and grateful. They were so accommodating. I’ve stayed here numerous times and will definitely be back because each time gets more impressive.

I’ve seen many negative reviews regarding rude staff: untrue. The staff are polite, courteous, friendly and welcoming. The only issues we had were slight language barriers, but what do we expect visiting a multicultural city? Please ignore the negatives, the staff are lovely.

Room location good looking out front of hotel, room 251. Included breakfast was ok. I am not a big breakfast eater so felt the price of breakfast was alot for what I had. Felt small tables were squashed in a bit and had to walk sideways to go between. I am not a big person size 12. I even caught my thigh on the corner of one of the tables which was painful as a sharp corner and now have a big bruise.

I felt it was a bit pricey for what I got. I wasn’t in my room much, just to sleep as obviously out sightseeing during the day. Price of added breakfast jumped the price up a lot. Next time I would just have tea in my room and go out for a croissant for breakfast.

Decent location for transport, with tube and overground connections close by. Style of hotel is nice. Shikumen is a great Chinese restaurant

We were in one of the smaller suites we were with our 3 year old. The room size worked for us, but it felt overpriced at £250 a night (although it was Christmas week) Breakfast was £20 a head, which was too expensive so we avoided it and went outside. Rooms were slightly tatty in places showing signs of wear and tear.
