Lovely fresh looking rooms. bed and pillows were just right. When you walked in they had old historical photos on the walls all along the corridors. lovely chandelier hanging in the entrance. I needed to leave my bags as I had arrived early, but my room was ready and they didn’t charge me extra for it.❤️ The water in the shower was nice and hot.

It didn’t bother me, but their are no lifts being an old building. The stairs up to the reception are easy to find. A staff member carried my bags up for me . Would still stay again anyway.

Super friendly staff who were very helpful and even carry your luggage for you on check in and check out if you wish, and if you arrive too early to check in you can leave your luggage safely. Great location, room was cosy and made me feel comfortable throughout my three day stay. Toiletries and coffee/tea/water provided, and my room was made up every day and fresh towels provided. Thank you - I will gladly stay with you again in the future! :)

There is a fridge in the room but it isn't very powerful and doesnt cool well, no issue for me, just be mindful if buying/storing food that requires refrigerating :)

Staff were very friendly and helpful, we managed to get checked in early as we needed to be somewhere asap when we arrived. Late checkout wasn't required but thought it was a good idea as lots of places are much earlier.

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Please note there is no parking, we are from the North East and travelled by car. Parking is available at the Westfield Shopping Centre which isn't too far but was tricky as we had no clue how to get to the hotel - our Google Maps was not being very co-operative. Once we got help from someone who knew where we needed to get to it was fine.

Well situated in the heart of Shepherds Bush right next to the tube station. the entrance is straight off the street and there are stairs (no lift) to the small reception area. My room was up another 2 flights of steep stairs and I had quite a heavy bag. The receptionist didn’t say if there was anyone to assist with my bag which would have been nice. the room was small but warm and very clean. the bathroom was also very clean. although I was at the front of the building it wasn’t that noisy as there is secondary glazing. the room has all you’d expect from a good hotel room in terms of tea/coffee making facilities. A tv etc

The stairs. It was a lot for me to carry my bag up 3 flights of steep stairs. A concierge on hand would have been great. The morning I checked out I opened my room door and the cleaning lady was outside. She called someone to help me with my bag down the stairs which was fab! A smart young guy appeared and took my bag from me and carried it down to street level. Amazing.

Nice little place right in the heart of where we needed to be. Has everything we needed for one night's stay, and the staff couldn't do enough to assist. For instance, our friend who has mobility difficulties was moved from 3rd floor to 1st in a flash the moment I asked her if getting up two flights of steps would be OK. Rooms were very clean and facilities as you'd expect and when needed more supplies of teabags etc a phone call to reception and moments later more provided. The location is excellent, too. Right next to the tube station and westfield shopping centre. If driving into London parking overnight here, was our choice (£15 for 24hrs, word of advice car park A is best and closest to the hotel otherwise a long walk!!). That's it, 'really good value' 'does what it says on the tin kinda place!'

The only thing I could be negative about was that the bed for my 6-foot husband came up a little short.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent. Very close to Westfield shopping centre. Like a 4 minute walk. Lots of shops, and restaurants right next to W12. Tube stations right next to the place. Couldn't have asked for better.

A lift in the rooms would be great as the steps are steep and tiring and narrow so hard with big luggage. Also, I was in a room rest next to the road which was very noisy and couldn't sleep great for that. Also the curtains were very dirty and it's not pleasant to touch when you open and close them. Other than that the room was clean.

Whether this is the hotel for you will very much depend on what you want. It was perfect for my one-night solo trip when I really just wanted a place to sleep. My single room (single bed) was clean with a really nice shower and very comfortable bed. It was a little noisy outside as it's on a very busy street but I always travel with ear plugs and slept like a log. The room was very good value given the current high hotel rates in London. It's in an excellent location just next to the Shepherd's Bush tube station and around the corner from Westfield shopping centre, a short walk or tube ride from Notting Hill. For a similar trip, I would definitely stay here again. Staff were friendly and helpful, and you can leave your bags before check-in if necessary. The hotel has no dining facilities, but this wasn't a problem for me as there are lots of options very nearby - I had breakfast in Westfield. If you want a hotel experience where you'll be spending a lot of time in the hotel, this probably wouldn't be for you, but for a trip where you'll be out and about a lot, it's ideal.

The area is noisy at night.

Great position just outside Shepherd’s Bush Underground Station, and well connected also with lots of bus lines. Very comfy and superclean rooms. I had read about problems with the noise from the street, but I experienced none since the window glass has an extra layer for noise reduction. It lies at the border of South Kensington and at a walkable distance from Notting Hill. Highly recommended!!

Occasionally there are homeless outside repeatedly asking for some coins, especially at night. It can depends on the fact that the hotel entrance is next to an ATM and some cheap late-night venues (such as McDonald’s, Taco Bell…). Anyway, I did not feel I was in danger, since you can just say no and they don’t bother you anymore. No elevator, but we were traveling light, so this was not a problem. Anyway it was well stated in the description, so it was no surprise.

I chose this hotel mainly due to its convenient central location and it did not disappoint. Right next to Shephard's Bush Underground station on the Central Line. Across the street from a couple of good grocery stores and steps away from the massive Westfield Shopping Mall. Room was nice and clean, with a large bathroom that looked like it had recently been renovated. Very pleasant and welcoming day and night staff. They also helped me with my luggage. Would I stay here again? Yes, yes and yes!

All the staff members I met were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very convenient location for public transport and local amenities (e.g. Westfield shopping centre and the Shepherd's Bush Empire). My room was clean and well-appointed, with a comfy bed. There was a very nice bathroom with a decent sized shower. The premises felt safe and secure for me as a lone female traveller. The price was very reasonable for the facilities and location.
