Lovely staff - all friendly and very helpful. Good location for what we needed to do. Very clean and a lovely spacious room. Quite so good for sleep. Bathroom with both bath and separate shower - excellent BUT it needs a good towel rail. Only drawback to hotel is the ludicrously high price of breakfast - we didn’t eat there because it was crazy expensive

The room was very nice. The whole hotel looked very clean and tidy. The bathroom facilities were good, the bathroom was big with clean towel and toiletries. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were nice

We’d had a late night at a concert and was looking forward to a lie-in before check out but was awoken around 7 am by loud noises outside the door that sounded like equipment being moved or something but was very loud banging and crashing around

Room was very nice with plenty of sockets inc usb's. Bathroom was large but the old fashioned windows let in quite a draught. Very quick lift to bedrooms. . Maid service was very good. Not a noisy hotel which was nice.

Dreadfully hard mattress which gave me a bit of a back ache. Could have done with a softer one. A little annoyed, because when we originally looked at all the bedroom photo's, not one of the rooms showed a huge pillar on one side at the end of the bed. You had to squeeze around the pillar to move around the room. Obviously this pillar must hold the property wall up etc but it should be mentioned on their web site. Very squeaky floor which again shows the age of the property. Due to the fact that we were staying at the hotel for 5 nights, I thought that we could have been given a better room.

Really lovely room, the location is the best thing about this place. So close to Soho and the tube. The beds were very comfy, plenty of amenities, room cleaned everyday. I did find a bit of hair on my bed, but that wasn’t a big issue for me. Room service cleaned the room everyday. Great shower pressure, big bath tub, AC worked great. Towels replaced everyday. Kind staff.

Everything was ok, I’m being picky right now but Tea wasn’t filled up upon use. The kettles cord was tiny, I couldn’t plug it in anywhere without having the whole kettle at an angle. That’s pretty much all.

The hotel is central, very close to a number of underground stations, a walking distance from Oxford Street, next to Regent Garden. Yet the street is quiet. It is very chic and clean. The room was well furnished, comfortable and super clean. Breakfast was fabulous with great variety of food and drinks, hot and cold. The staff are polite and helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and I will be looking forward to my next visit to London to stay in this hotel.

The quality of the coffee served in breakfast could be improved.

The location is perfect, the tube brought us directly from Kings Cross to Great Portland Street station which is literally a 3-4 minute walk to the hotel. the room was lovely and the beds were very comfy. room was plenty large enough for us, there are tea and coffee making facilities which was appreciated. It is about a 20-25 minute walk to the centre of everything, but if you prefer the tube, Warren Street is a 5-6 minute walk and that takes you to all places centrally.

We did not book breakfast at the time of booking the room, so when we went to the restaurant in the morning to buy breakfast it would have been £29.00. didn't fancy paying that much so we went around the corner to a cafe and had a lovely breakfast there.

Location is perfect. 15 minute walk from Euston station and around the same time to Oxford Street.. Lovely spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful. Lots of places to eat nearby and a local Sainsbury's 2 minutes walk away. The breakfast was delicious, lots to choose from and plentiful.

The only thing I can say negatively ( for me ) is that the room was far far too hot! I turned the heating off and turned down the temperature control that was on the wall, unfortunately it didn't cool the room down for a good 24 hours, my first nights sleep was awful, felt like I was going through the menopause all over again !! Once the room felt like a freezer I was happy and slept better!! I can't find a fault with this hotel at all ... Just the heat! I will certainly return next year.

The hotel was well located and easily accessible to all the main attractions in London. Our room was neat and cosy and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The waiters and staff were excellent and were eager to help when needed.

The breakfast was good but a bit a variation would have been welcome. Example adding in waffles or pancakes etc. Definitely needed more fruit options. After a few days the breakfast became a bit boring. In terms of housekeeping. This needs a bit of management as i has to ask for toilet supplies to be refilled on two occasions. With the shower being in the bath, safety rails should be installed to help patrons get in and out the shower. Otherwise an overall good stay.

the location of the hotel was excellent. we were attending a party. also the holiday inn where we parked was literally just round the corner.

The holiday inn where we parked was literally just round the corner, though the signage for them was quite bad, as to the entrance of the car park. and their lifts werent working i didnt upgarde our room, and on hindsight we will next time. I didnt mind that we were in the basement. the noise was a little disturbing, staff coming and going, but considering the restaurant was on the same floor, you didnt get too much noise or smells.

1.Really tiny bathroom. It was clean but the size of it it have been really disappointing. If you open the shower screen to come out of shower you get stucked in between bath and door. For the price and 4☆ hotel I would have expected the facilities to have been much better. 2. For 4☆ hotel I would have expected to have at least drinking water in the room. I have been in so called "budget hotel's" where I was nicely surprised to see that they provided water&glasses which Gem Fitzrovia didn't have even if it was a superior double room in a 4☆ hotel.😞
