The service was professional and fluent, the staff was helpful and the facility was very clean. The breakfast menu was satisfactory and tasty.

The breakfast lounge should be larger as it is not in line with the customer capacity of the hotel, and there are occasional waiting times.

Fabulous location! Close to Westfield shopping center, good restaurants, easy transportation, hair salons, supermarkets, everything you could possibly need on your vacation. It was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bath gel so no need to pack that stuff. There was a small fridge and a kettle station with coffee, tea and biscuits replenished daily.

You could hear the sounds from the neighboring rooms. Doors opening, closing, footsteps in the corridor, even footsteps above you. There should be some USB ports in the rooms too. The electrical outlets in the rooms are very limited and with the need to charge devices nowadays the electrical outlets definitely need to be improved.

Before seeing the hotel IRL, I found the low Booking rating of 7.0 and a (for London) very easonable price/night as low odds for disappointments. So, to my surprise I found myself liking the hotel quite a lot. Breakfast was generous, rooms bright and with no funky smells, a good bathroom. Moreover the staff was beyond serviceminded and caring. I attended a conference at the hotel that was flawlessly catered by the hotel staff. Location? Eastbound, Holland Park Ave in itself was nice, with bars, restaurants, shops with a boutique touch. Getting in to central London, Central line worked fine. The Shepherds Bush tube station and the Holland Park Station are both 4-500 meters away. The first is neighboring the shopping mall Westfield. All together: a positive surprise!

It's the Hilton an iconic name in hotels ideally situated for Westfield shopping centre or for travel into the city with a station literally across the roundabout staff were very pleasant and even when we mentioned about a faulty tap it was dealt with in literally minutes nothing was to much bother and a plus for me was a deep bath had everything you may need iron,iron board hairdryer mini fridge and aircon If you download the app you can get a list of rooms to choose from which is a nice touch and you can check in online and checkout We were there for a show at the Apollo which is a short walk if bout 30 minutes with plenty of food and drink places on route or outside hotel to eat

There wasn't much not to like but I will be picky considering the price you pay per night but considering your in London and the Hilton price was reasonable Our room was dated the desk had seen better days shower wasn't very powerful but it did the job The room had an adjoining door which I personally didn't like as we were a couple not a family Breakfast was ok it's like all big hotels buffet style As I said I'm being picky would I stay here again yes I would

Very friendly and helpful staff - hotel reception quite busy when I arrived, I could see straight away that were polite and patient even when the guests they were dealing with were being difficult. They were so helpful and friendly, which, to someone like myself, travelling alone, makes a big difference. I was unable to stay for a cooked breakfast, the alternative of a take away breakfast instead was explained which I collected the following morning, it was far better than expected, very good contents. My room was warm when I arrived, unlike some hotels which seem to be economising on heat sometimes, this was lovely.

Nothing comes to mind, overall I thought it was an excellent place to stay.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was good being so close to tube and shopping center. However, when I extended my stay, I was forced to change rooms and was given a deplorable room. It was changed upon request to a better one but it involved a lot of moving while I was sick with sinusitis.

The crew in the bar area were very rude. They acted as if they only cared for themselves versus the customers. Two younger men were very arrogant. One blonde lady was just as bad.

The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I needed a room on a lower floor and she was able to change my room. The security staff was extremely helpful unlocking a stairway door Since I don’t use elevators and prefer to climb stairs to my room. The breakfast buffet was excellent:- enormous variety of breakfast Choices to meet every person’s food preference.

The bathtub in our room was very high making it Difficult and dangerous to climb in/out. The shower door did not completely close Allowing water to spray onto the bathroom door Which was already damaged by constant water Hitting it. And the bathmat was very short Which made the tub very slippery and there were Inadequate handrails.

The breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean room and bedding. Nice location near the train stations which was our main mode of transport around London.

We tried to book an Uber to take us back to the airport with the self service machine near the reception. Unfortunately the machine said our transaction had failed and we didn’t receive a slip or booking but the money came off our account, it was 55 pounds. So far it hasn’t been reversed - we hoping that it might still. We think the Uber machine or the card facility may have been faulty or something.

The Hilton Kensington is in a good location for shepherds bush, easy to walk to from the tube (30 mins from central) and of course close to Westfield, which is a big plus for shops and restaurants. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful, and we had an added bonus of a free room upgrade on arrival (on NYE too!). The hotel was probably much busier than a standard night, as it was New Years, but still fairly quiet even on a night where people usually arriving back to their rooms late. We didn't stay for breakfast this time, but there looked to be a great selection to choose from, and the restaurant area is fairly big.

The rooms do need a bit of an update, some of the fixtures are tired looking, the bathroom needed a good refurb, and pretty much most of the lighting fittings in the room needs retiring and replacing. However, the room is still more than acceptable for the price, at £200gbp on New Year's Eve. The staff are all very helpful and friendly, so this makes up for the lacking room quality. It's worth noting that if you do turn up early, it's unlikely you'll get into your room before check-in time, however there's a cloakroom to leave your bags etc.

The location is great, near Holland Park . There´s a tube station about 5-7 minutes walking from the hotel but a bus stop just in front of it, literally. Buses can take you places like Notting Hill, Camdem Town and Trafalgar Square and it is more convenient than the tube. There are some nice pubs, small restaurants and cafes on the same road as the hotel. The room is spaciuos and above average for London´s standards. I was surprice that this hotel had such a low rate in Booking website because actually it is very good .. go without hesitation.
