The room was clean with clean bedding and clean bathroom. Staff were nice and welcoming! Beds were comfy and were given 2 towels so one each! Stayed for 2 nights and the hotel had and offered what we needed.
The room was small so was hard to move around with our bags but we was out in the day so didn’t matter that much. They was a smell coming from the fridge. The walls are thin so could hear people next door through the night.

The property was as advertised, the rooms were basic but very clean and had everything you needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I needed ironing board etc. and staff got me it promptly, they also helped me find location for breakfast which is a small Italian restaurant five minutes walk from hotel and the food was excellent. The hotel is also close to Shepherd’s Bush Market and tube station which is ten minutes walk, however you can get bus outside hotel. However you have pubs , supermarkets and restaurants within two minutes of hotel. Also if you are a football fan QPR are a ten minute walk away.
The only thing I didn’t like was the shower as I am a big guy and it was an attached shower so I had to stand under it and move around to get wet.

Pleasant welcome, clean room and comfy bed. Good choice of two different pillows. Big window for light and air. Very happy with the room. I did not use the shower so cannot comment on that, the hot water tap pressure may need to be checked in the sink - as was spurting out in powerful intermitent bursts. Clean toilet and plenty of loo roll. Good flush.
No soap in bathroom. Didn't sleep well, but that was due the noise from other guests banging doors early hours etc. Loud tv, guests talking in room to my left till 3am. Otherwise would have been a 10/10 stay. I accept this though as it was a Saturday night. Perhaps more checks from staff or a cut off point for noise with a sign stating 'quiet hours' - so guests are made aware of this. I Had to be up early for a train back to skegness and only had 4 hours sleep roughly which spoiled the stay.

was in an ideal place, lots of shops and lovely little pub on the corner of the street basically next door to the hotel, room was comfortable and modern with TV and small fridge
it was quite noisy from a pub right next door and main road next to hotel even when the window was shut and walls were quite thin as you could hear people taking late at night, the window in our room was cracked so maybe this was why it was noisy for us, there was also dirt in the bottom of the shower when we first went in, not sure where it had came from but looked like something had fell from the light or ceiling, I wouldn’t say these ruined the stay or anything just little things but the hotel was lovely and perfect for a night or two

I was really hesitant with the reviews of the hotel and the constant remarks regarding the bed bugs.. but I’ve got to say the hotel were very clear that if any were found they would offer a new room which I thought was very transparent.. my room didn’t have any, and it was a clean and spacious stay, shower was fine, facilities and staff were great.. location was perfect for me to get into Hammersmith and there was very little noise, got to say this hotel gets a bit of a raw deal with the reviews.. I was very impressed and will be back.
For what I paid and the location I really don’t have any feedback.. the mattress and pillows could do with upgrades as they did feel quite dated but that’s all.. the hotel is what it is…

Clean, comfortable beds, good locality.
Very disappointed by breakfast - being served in a closeby small italian restaurant. Just 1 chief and waiter 2in1, so long waiting time, especially when all the gest from hotel came at simillar time. Breakfast took over 1,5 h. Not good at all. Better to take accommodation without breakfast. Everyone from the guests was upset. Just a lost of time, that everyone wants to spend in London and not at this restaurant. In the room no place to put our belongings. No cupboatd, no shelfs.

Good location friendly staff. Good sized comfortable rooms. Hotel itself was great
Breakfast. Breakfast was a place called Little Napolu down the road. The staff were rude didn't get off their phone when greeting us. They then told us what we would have for Breakfast. They offered sausage, egg, bacon and toast. What came was scrambled egg on two bits of bread with only 1 side grilled a big blob of cheese and one bit of undercooked bacon. Worst Breakfast we've ever had.

The staff was very kind, the room was clean. Also the location of the hotel is really good, bus stops are almost in front of the hotel, so in 1 hour we were in the city centre. They refilled our coffee and sugar every day.
If you plan to spend more time in the hotel maybe this is not the best option. The room is small, also the floor and the doors are a bit noisy if someone uses them, but it is perfect for stay at night.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay! We thought because it was such a cheap stay that there would be some issues as you get what you pay for, however, it was in a great location with a bus stop right outside, very central to everywhere we needed to get to. The man on reception was very polite and helpful and the room was nice and clean. My partner, who is VERY fussy on pillows, said the pillows were the best ever and he wanted to take one home! If we ever return to the area then we would stay here again for sure!

Pictures do not do this place justice, it was an extremely clean and large room with what seemed like a brand new refurbished bathroom as well. The hotel is right beside a very nice gastro pub and restaurant and there is a shop right across the road. It is within 10-15 min walking distance from Shepard's bush underground stop with a weatherspoon just across the road from the stop. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money!. Will definitely be staying again.
