Such a lovely place to stay! We stayed there for 3 nights, room was amazing, breakfasts delicious! I love this British vibe of a pub and hotel in 1 place. It got noisy but that’s the price you pay for this great atmosphere. Location is great, just 4 minutes to the tube and 30 to the city center. Another 30-40 minutes to Heathrow airport, also accessible by the tube. Everything you need is in the room - shower essentials, an iron, a hairdryer. You can store your luggage before check in of after check out.

From the time we arrived to this great townhouse to the day we left, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were such friendly, lovely people, and very accommodating. Our room was quite comfortable, and there was plenty of room for both my daughter and me. We used the townhome as a base, so we traveled to other places every day we were there. It was so nice to come back after a long day, as the townhome provided everything we needed, including free WiFi. The pub food downstairs was DELICIOUS, and fairly priced. We did have an issue with the television in the room, but the Manager, Klyde, more than made up for it. He was so lovely, funny, and super accommodating. The townhouse environment, including the staff, created a happy vibe and was just delightful. It was very clear that everyone who worked at the townhouse was happy to be there. On our next trip to the London area, we would love to stay there again.

The only thing I would mention is that if you want to be in a place that's very quiet, this may not work for you. The rooms, after all, are above a pub, so of course there will be some noise. The funny thing is, it was "happy noise", which made it easy for my daughter and me to fall asleep.

We had the pleasure of staying at a truly remarkable place in London, hosted by the most amazing and friendly host we've ever met From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Though breakfast isn't served from Monday to Thursday, the host recommended some fantastic spots nearby for a morning bite, making sure we started our days right. The hospitality extended far beyond recommendations. Our host genuinely cared about his guests, consistently going the extra mile to ensure a memorable stay in London. We also enjoyed a couple of dinners at their charming pub. The food was exceptional, with generous portions that were not only delicious but also reasonably priced—especially with the special discounts for hotel guests, a delightful bonus! The atmosphere throughout the hotel and bar is steeped in an authentic English charm that we both absolutely loved. The rooms were well-equipped with all the essentials like hair dryers and irons, making our stay comfortable and convenient. It's the perfect spot to stay with friends while exploring London. And the location? Ideal! Just a short 5-minute walk to the underground, providing easy access to the heart of the city. We couldn't have asked for a better base to experience London.

Everything was amazing.

Great little find. Traditional pub with the most amazing food and upstairs with a separate key coded entrance is the accommodation. Slept like a log on crisp white sheets despite being above a pub and surrounded by housing. Couldn’t hear anything. Special mention for the staff, very friendly and accommodating. Day one Ozzie guy sorry didn’t get your name and last day Clyde the manager a lovely man. Had a lovely brekkie in the beer garden with a little chat with Clyde. Lovely. Thank you for a great stay. P.s. Although I was here for a Wembley concert I soon discovered central London was a short tube ride away so this location would be perfect for trip to see the London sites.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and helped us anytime we had a question. The pub downstairs was also great, offering a wide variety of drinks and food. We had a full English Breakfast there and a classic Sunday Roast and both was really tasty :) I especially liked the seating options outside ^^

We had the very last room on the second floor and it was kind of difficult to get our luggage up there. But then again the staff was really friendly and helped us heaving our stuff upstairs. Also the room was kinda small with not much storage.

Lovely building with everything you need in the rooms, and a little more. Access was good, but a few stairs to climb. Views were nice from the room, you can see quite a distance. Fan provided due to the heat on the weekend we visited.

Took a while to get anyone's attention to check in and obtain the keys for the room. We couldn't get served when we went to the bar on Saturday. It was like there were secret words or some sign you needed to give to get served? Others just walked in and got served immediately. We went elsewhere as a result.

The whole vibe of the place was great. Great beer garden, nice drink selection. Room was really cosy and lovely. Beautiful building. Really well located. Fantastic price, especially for allowing a dog too. Staff were fantastic and you even got a discount on food and drink in the pub, which is great.

The shower did have a bit of an issue with pressure. It would come out full blast, then lose pressure and it gets hotter when it happens. Then a few seconds later, it goes back to full pressure. Also the TV had a "demo" setting that I couldn't remove for some reason, so it had an annoying overlay on the screen that I couldn't get rid off.

Good value for your money, nice little townhouse with a lively pub downstairs. Super friendly staff. Nicely decorated rooms. The food and drinks were good in the pub and they have a nice outdoor terrace. They have live music nights, live sports etc. in the pub and all kinds of little events. There's an easy access to city centre (Hammersmith tube station is 5min walk away). Nice area in overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Room was quite small and there was a lot of noise coming from the street also during nights. It's an old building so you can hear pretty well through walls and the window are not airtight. Didn't bother us too much though. Carpeted floor and some of the surfaces probably needed a bit cleaning.

Clyde and his staff were so friendly and helpful. He helped us work out how to get around. He took his time to talk to us and empathise with our situation (we were there for my daughter's cancer related appointments at the Royal Marsden). He was really interested in our trip to the theatre. The evening meal we had in the pub was amazing. We didn't have breakfast as my daughter wasn't allowed to eat before her procedure. I will always stay at The Prince of Wales any time I come to London. So well placed to get around and so near to the tube station. Thank you Clyde!

Our room was the smallest in the building so the bathroom was a little awkward.

We loved our stay at The Prince of Wales Townhouse. The location was right near Ravenscourt Park station which was great because we did a lot of exploring. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming and they went above and beyond to look after us. It was so great to be able to go down and have a quick drink or meal. We're so very happy that we chose to stay here. We even got a little gift and note from them as we were there for our honeymoon.

There wasn't really anything major that we didn't like. We struggled without the aircon but its mentioned they don't have one.
