The hotel was in a great location very close to the train stations (King’s Cross & St Pancras). Easy to get in with the code and the room was very clean and inviting. Was pleased to find a small safe and a kettle in the room. Bed was comfortable and a good size. There were two good mirrors in the room and a chair on the back of the door to use if you didn’t want to sit on the bed. Felt safe returning to the property late at night.

The toilet doesn’t have a sink so have to go back to the basin in room to wash hands. Also the toilet had a bit of an odour. I had to contact the hotel for my door code as it wasn’t sent to me as it was meant to have been. The WiFi didn’t work in the room and the plug sockets behind the bed didn’t seem to work either. Also personally I found the curtain let in a bit too much light at night but that’s my opinion.

Absolutely amazing location and the best friendly staff for sure couldn't help you any more if they tried. Was great being only a 5 minute walk from Kings Cross and great being able to leave luggage on both days too. Other that my other comment if was clean, comfortable, big enough for what we needed for 1 night for myself and my 5 year old and was warm at night once I turned on the radiator.

Only little thing could do with a lick of paint on the windowsill and few other little areas nothing major.

Great location, walking distance to Kings Cross/ St. Pancreas, convenient neighborhood, easy access to hotel and room. Clean toilet and bathroom, no big deal sharing with other guests - we barely saw/heard them. Amazing hairdryer in room!

Heater didn't work properly. We couldn't turn it off/on as knob was broken. Staff said it would automatically turn on every two hours, but it was terribly inconvenient since the room got boiling hot at times and we couldn't do anything about it.

Location is brilliant and the place has a really cool vibe, really good for a short stay.

The fire alarm went off both mornings of my stay, no incident occurred but the only explanation I got from staff was ‘someone must’ve been smoking in their rooms’. This was a terrifying way to wake up for no warranted reason - there should be signs saying no smoking in rooms.

Location is great, few minutes walk from Kings Cross. 3 flights of stairs, thank God a very nice gentleman helped me with my luggage up to the top! Thank you!

Bathroom is tiny. Room layout can be fixed, move the bed to the other wall and you'll have a lot more space at the entry point. Needs a little TLC but it is low budget, it met my expectations.

I cannot commend the manager Yannis enough for how welcome he made me. I was travelling alone for an exam in London and he was so sweet, kind and welcoming. He made what was a difficult visit much more pleasant. The rooms are clean, comfortable and there is very little noise. Had a very pleasant stay in KX rooms.

The only flaw, If u could call it that, was there was no elevator however it was minor. The lovely Yannis helped me bring my bag up to my room as my 2 shoulders have had multiple injuries and a car crash in March had wrecked my neck. Even told me to phone down to reception to get someone to help me bring my bags down again.

The room was clean. The bed was amazing for me as it was a double. There was even a fan in case it's warm.

It was noisy during the night because neighbors have been using the shared toilet so many times and slamming the doors. It's a bit too expensive, but it's a common price considering the location

great value for location near a major subway/underground station convenient for both Eurostar and local commute. hosts were very accommodating and helpful, they held our bags before check in and made some good recommendations where to visit and eat

room is a little small for 5 people but we made it work and we paid a good price for a high season

The radiator was broken in the room and turned up high, so was absolutely boiling. The window didn't open, so made the situation worse, had to leave the room a couple of times during the night for some fresh air

The location is great (near big St. Pancras tube and train station), from which the main attractions of the city can be easily reached on foot, very pleasant, simple and fast communication with the administrators, simple contactless access to the room

Room smaller than I expected (typical London)
