Great location for the City, and in quiet road, away from the main road noise and bustle. Really spacious rooms with good size twin beds in this case - loads of room to spread out and a lovely view of Tower Bridge. Room and bathroom, and communal areas of hotel were spotless too. We had the breakfast too, and it was well worth it - a varied buffet, plus fresh cooked dishes. All good quality and really enjoyed it.

Air con didn't work and when we reported it, no one came to fix it. Not a huge issue as could open the window (rare in big hotels often) and was in a room overlooking a relatively quiet courtyard, it wasn't a sweltering night luckily. Bathroom in comparison to the generous and modern room, was a bit tired/dated and very small.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The beds are amazing so comfortable the location is excellent a 1 minute walk from Tower Hill Underground station. There's a Wetherspoons round the corner aswell. I had the breakfast buffet in the hotel and it was amazing, highly quality ingredients i.e sausages toast butter. Pastries amazing! Everything is on offer that you would want. All the staff are fantastic especially the older Philippino Man who worked in the breakfast buffet on Monday 30th was super jolly and friendly. Can't wait to stay again. Keep up the good work. There is a really nice little park opposite the hotel and the neighbourhood central, safe and really nice. Near the Sky Garden also and right next to Tower of London. There is an ancient Roman wall right next to the hotel at the back aswell which is fascinating.

Fantastic location easy access to underground. Great room with a view of Tower of London. Very spacious room . Very good choices at breakfast especially the omelette station. Staff extremely pleasant.

Enjoyed pool and facilities but didn't think the padded cushions on reclining beds practical as very wet where people had sat on them in swimwear.

We went to the wrong Leonardo R H first, which is in a close walking distance…. Part of my family went to the right one straight away. However , they were turned back to the place where I went initially, to learn that they are booked in the first one. When my family came back there, the staff member didn’t apologise for sending them to the wrong place. The receptionist defensively stated she was presented with a picture of another hotel on a client’s mobile ? Not checked the booking on the system? we did not know there were 2 Leonardo hotels close to each other and had to drag our luggage there and back in a very hot weather Staff could be more friendly and helpful

Great location close to London Tower, plenty of restaurants nearby, close to hop on-hop off bus stop, decent neighbourhood. Staff was very accommodating to our needs, we had a couple of requests related to comfort, they have been addressed promptly. All in all, it’s been a great experience.

The room we were given was next to the elevator, every 20 seconds or so you would hear a lound bang, whenever the elevator stopped. The train station right outside the window just made it worse. I’ve notified Reception, they were very kind and moved us to a much better room. So no bad feelings whatsoever, just don’t get room 631.

Amazing location (right next to the Tower of London and close to local amenities, public trasport), superb breakfast, jacuzzi, steam sauna. Very friendly and respectful staff (Negin, two other ladies at the check-in desk, Constantin, and the Chinese gentleman at the breakfast desk). Excellent value for money—I would recommend it to everyone for sure! It exceeded my expectations compared to other hotels with similar facilities!

We were upgraded to an executive suite after our original room turned out to be as hot as a sauna and impossible to sleep in. The staff were helpful and quick to sort it out for us. The suites on the 12th floor are lovely — spacious, with amazing views and the added bonus of a balcony, which was a really nice touch. It was a short stay, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. The price was also very reasonable for the area. I’d definitely come back!

The original room we were given was unfortunately not up to standard — it was inhabitable and still had drinks and sweet treats left behind from the previous guests, which was disappointing. However, I have to say the staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating. They promptly addressed the issue, cleared everything away, and moved us to a much better room without any fuss. Their helpfulness made a real difference to our stay.

Location is excellent, very close to Tower Hill Tube, very easy to find. A great base to explore London. Quality room, excellent shower one of the best I have encountered.

Lift noise... We didn't think our room (804) was that close to the lifts, but at list one lift sounded like it was running over broken train tracks. Room servicing. We left the hotel before 09:30 On Sunday and came back at around 16:30 and the room hadn't been serviced. We had the cleaning staff asking to clean at 17:00. How this could not have been done earlier I don't know. In over 30 years of traveling I have never had a room not serviced before returning from a day out.

I initially thought we had booked quite far out being at the Tower of London rather than staying closer to King’s Cross like I usually do. But I wanted a better size of room. And we really weren’t far out at all and felt the price was reasonable for getting two basically king beds. Room was plenty spacious. We stayed in a room that overlooked the Tower of London and the bridge which was stunning. After a rainy day when we didn’t really want to go back out we got room service and just enjoyed the view.

I had paid extra for birthday treats and they had left a card for another guests anniversary a little detail.

The hotel's location was superb. Initially the room we were given when we arrived early wasn't what I was expecting so I spoke to Jordane at the front desk who was very helpful and after a short wait we were given the room is expected.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. From the family room with the most amazing view of Tower Bridge, Tower of London, the Shard and many more...to the stunning food served at the hotel restaurant to the Corvo bar attached to the hotel and their wonderful staff... It was all amazing. The service from all the staff was great especially Samuel on the front desk, Edwardo the Albanian waiter to the cleaner who serviced our room, it was all fantastic. The ladies who cooked the morning breakfast, which was delicious, were very friendly and helpful. I can't fault this hotel at all!! Sorry, I forgot the lovely spa facilities too.
