The property was lovely, the staff were lovely, the facilities were also lovely

The only con for me was that there were influencers invited to stay and promote the hotel. They were very rude and started arguments with multiple people at the pool facilities including me and my partner. The hotel should really vet who they invite and ask to promote the hotel and be mindful of what kind of promotions they want.

This hotel was young and hipster. My husband and I really enjoyed the vibe of the hotel and we would definitely stay there again!

the location is very god since it’s 3 minutes away by walk from the tube station. the room tho small was very comfortable. the laundry area next to the play room was excellent idea since we didn’t get bored waiting for our laundry to finish washing and drying. the Pool amenities were excellent. the staff were very friendly and helpful

the view we had from the window and the island table we had in the kitchen

their was marks on the wall. and we had three different people disturb us within half an hour of us arriving at our room for was member of staff doing maintenance on our room when we got told our room was ready, when wasn’t unfortunately. was not pleasant as me and my partner have had a long day of travel to get their. and a lady who knocked on our door saying she wanted to check something in our room and changed her mind when she saw me and my partner, she was not staff member but a resident which previously stayed with the hotel.

The pool was an excellent addition to our stay as we utilised it often. It was great how there was no schedule nor booking system for the pool. It was more of a first come first serve basis. We liked this The beds are super comfy and clean. The view, despite it being listed as a view with no room, was great, we could see most of central London and a glimpse of the 02 area . There was many towels provided so we didn’t have to ask for any which saved the unnecessary time and hassle. The floor in which we was situated was high up, which again, gave us a great view of London for our first time. We would definitely stay again, great value for money if we had that exact room again, however, if given a room lower down or with less of a view, we may say otherwise as the size of the room was minuscule.

The room was advertised as a big and spacious environment. However this was the opposite. The toilets were very small with little to no room to utilise. Especially the shower. The room itself felt quite crammed and narrow . You felt as though you was packed in between others so the hotel could fit as many rooms as they could. ( obviously this is the case from a financial standpoint which is understandable) No cutlery nor Tupperware with the kitchen provided. Room service would be a great addition even if we are expected to pay.

Location is fantastic for getting into Canary Wharf and the O2. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. we used the pool and the steam room, it was a very nice touch. There is a little cafe downstairs, lovely coffee and tasty pastries.

My friend and I booked a studio and the room was very small and crammed, the bathroom was minuscule. I wish there had been some water bottles in the room, considering the price of the room. we know the area really well so managed with the nearby Tesco but would have been nice to have some water in the fridge in the room.

Lovely modern decor, pool and spa floor was absolutely gorgeous and good opening times. The view from the hotel was exceptional. Staff were so lovely and helpful when any request was made.

The parking facilities lack capacity for short stay guests and doesn’t come included. Possibly better air con in the rooms as it was 33 degree heat with just a tiny table fan, was manageable but not comfortable in that heat. No early check in option as had to go to an event and would have been nice ti have use of the hotel prior to leaving, rather than waiting until we’re back.

Beautiful property to stay in. Travelled from Manchester & the amenities such as the pool facilities are top notch and the view from is amazing. I stayed on the 18th floor meaning I also had an AMAZING sunrise and sunset view! Crossharbour station is right in front of the property making it east to get to. Staff were very accomodating and polite, even offered me a breakfast voucher after telling them I could not use the voucher for alcoholic drinks. Didn't catch a name but a big thank you to the man with the glasses behind the front desk for making sure my solo stay was pleasant. :)

Can be a little confusing to find as maps leads you to the other side of the road but managed to find it in the end! Only downside would be the loud noises which come from the DLR beneath. Also unsure if AC facilities are available but another downside was how hot my room got at night, but of course there are some things out of the hotel's control. :)

SUPERB LOCATION. Ultra friendly staff. Great services and facilities.

Rooms EXTREMELY HOT. I know these summer days are not very common, but rooms were a hell. Luckily didn't have to spend much time in there and at at nights opening the window would cool it down. But still it was pretty bad up there. In the contrary, public spaces like the pool lounge, the cafeteria lounge and so on were EXTREMELY cold. With AC running at a disproportionate capacity. Wish they had a chance to balance that a bit to the rooms..
