The bed was great. My partner and I both struggle with back issues so a good bed is paramount. Extra pillows were supplied which was great. The bathroom was very small but functional.

The blinds could not be adjusted, we could not move the cords, so may have been a repairable issue, but it made the room not as dark at night as we would have liked.

This property is in a fantastic location, being equidistant between Borough Market (great food!) and the Shard. For travel, it was also steps away from London Bridge station and, a little further, the UberBoat stop London Bridge City Pier which takes you anywhere, up and down the Thames! The hotel itself was small but was easily part of its charm. Hidden away on a non-pretentious street, this was a gem for a young couple wanting to explore the south bank and tower bridge area. Room was clean and tidy, the king-size bed was super comfy and the restaurant/bar was a cosy spot for some good food (or cocktails!) as well. As a nice touch, it was very tastefully decorated for the Christmas period too! Would thoroughly recommend it for couples, and for those tourists who would love to explore London.

In terms of the location, it's a good spot for exploring London. The hotel is close to a variety of underground links, its close to the river Thames and tower bridge. Also its around the corner from borough market. The hotel was really nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. On arrival which was approximately 11:30am we approached reception in hope to leave our luggage and the lady on reception said our room was ready so we could check in early which was great. She also upgraded our room for us as we was celebrating a special occasion and passed me an envelope which enclosed a voucher for 2 glasses of fizz at the bar which was really nice. When we got to the room it had a cosy feel to it. The room was carpeted and had a comfy bed and comfy pillows. The bathroom had both a bath and a shower which was nice. Inside a cupboard was a fridge that said with our compliments and included 2 cans of pop, 2 chocolate bars and some pringles which was a nice touch. There was also a nespresso coffee machine in the room. They had thought everything through with make up removal wipes available, shower cap, shoe mitt, a sewing kit, robes and slippers. The hotel seemed quiet during our stay and had a peaceful feel to the place. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at london bridge hotel.

Nothing to say at all, we had a positive experience at this hotel and had a lovely stay.

The hotel is very conveniently located, not far from London Bridge and about 3-5 minutes from public transportation (either the Underground, bus, or train). It is also close to a number of restaurants (great pizza place at the end of the block!) as well as additional foodie options at nearby Borough Market. Staff are friendly and helpful (shout out to the concierges -- especially Chris, Konstantin, and Lee). Rooms were very comfortable; our initial room was a bit tight, but after we extended our stay we were upgraded to a larger one. We made good use of the gym as well. We loved our stay; highly recommended!

The staff were all really lovely, friendly, helpful, and we were greeted with a smile by everyone we saw. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with helpful staff who assisted you if you needed help, and they cleared your table without being intrusive, so you had room to put plates and teapots on the table. Gluten Free and all other dietary requirements are catered for. There is a wide variety of cereal and hot food available. London Bridge Hotel is very close walking distance to London Bridge Station, London Bridge Hospital and the Shard and there is a taxi rank and bus station just along the road so you have lots of convenient transport options close by.

We had an evening meal. The food was very nice but not much choice if you have a wheat, garlic and onion allergy . Mum and I both had steak and chips - which was delicious, well cooked and presented very nicely - but, if like us, your health requires you to avoid red meat then you don't have much choice from the menu. The other negative point is it does get very busy and loud with people talking and when you wear 2 hearing aids the noise level can become uncomfortable. We would have liked a room with a walk in shower but all the rooms only have a bath with a shower over it, so we couldn't step into and out of the bath with our disabilities and age. I have had 2 knee replacements, and mum is 88. We were both scared of falling so couldn't physically get into the bath.

The hotel was lovely, great staff, great location right next to the shard and tube stations. Close to Borough Market and plenty of places to visit near the area. Rooms were clean and well kept slightly on the smaller side but still lovely and homely. We visited for my husbands 40th birthday and they greeted us with a voucher for 2 free glasses of bubbly in the hotel bar next door which was a lovely touch.

The only gripe we had was the bed and pillows, the bed was 2 singles put together to make a double meaning we could feel the gap in the middle slightly and the pillows weren't very comfortable but as I say that was literally our only issue

We have previously stayed at the Hotel as we like its close proximity to London Bridge Station & Borough Market. We were abe to check in early as our room was ready. The Reception staff are particulary helpful & courteous. Our room was well appointed & the bed was particularly comfortable. I left an item of clothing in the room, not realising until I got home. A very big thank you to Florin, who located the lost property & arramged for it to be posted back to me. Very efficient & excellent customer service, which was greatly appreciated.

We have been here before and will come again next year. I asked for a disabled room on booking and was told there was not one. At reception I asked again and they do have them and as luck would have it available to check in. Excellent room with plenty of grab rails to assist acces and egress to the shower over the bath. Location excellent, within walking distance to our yearly meeting with a city firm. Taxi rank and bus station on hand as well as super close to London Bridge Thames Link and underground network.

Would have liked to have dinner in the hotel , but they dont open the restaurant for dinner only breakfast, dinner is served in the bar the ambience of which is nothing like a good quality, comfortable restaurant.

I can’t fault our stay at all, the room was nice, spacious and very clean. The location was perfect for what we wanted as we were visiting The Shard, borough market is nearby too which was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I had requested rose petals and flowers to be in the room for when we checked in and they decorated it very nicely, the flowers were beautiful too. We left something in the room and they’re going to post it to us so they’ve been fantastic, I fully recommend this place.

The hotel is a good area, very central, right next to The Shard and good access to the tube (London Bridge) and perfect for a stroll to the nearby Borough Market. The staff were friendly and professional and welcoming, especially with my wife whose birthday it was. The bar of the hotel was also classy and tastefully decorated with good coffees. The rooms of the hotel were clean and there was little noise from the street. The bed was a good size and we slept well :-) I think this hotel is convenient and pretty good value. I would consider to stay here again.

The windows were a little old and not very well insulated (I assume an issue with quite a few London hotels!)
