The hotel is sittuated in a great location, just minutes from Hyde Park and Oxford street. The room was OK, nothing fancy but clean and great value for money in pricey London. First we were placed in the basement room, but the staff was great and allowed us to move to another room the next night. There are muffins and coffee in the lobby every morning.

A double bed is a bit tight for 2 people, so just take that into consideration.

Amazing location and comfy beds! For London currently the price is also acceptable. We'd seen a few reviews with issues concerning hygiene but our room wasn't dirty at all. Reception staff was also very accommodating, we'd stay here again!

The room was a bit small for three people, but if your goal (as it was ours) is to primarily have a nice place to sleep at a great location then this will do just fine!

The close location to 4 tube stations, Hyde Park and shopping areas as well as the wonderful mini Venice. A BrewDog also in close vacinity and cosy little pubs, restaurants and cafes near by too.

We were on the top floor, which is 5 flights of stairs and approximately 50 - 60 steps. There is no lift. The roof top views are quite nice though and very little noise. Our bathroom was super small, not suitable or Extremely uncomfortable for XXL I would say. Room, cups, kettle were clean. Fan was very dusty, I had to clean that. Comfy bed, sturdy. Working TV. Sockets and a small wardrobe area. Towels changed daily.

Up 4 flights of stairs altho I had requested a low room!! No lift.. After previous stsy at Oyo, Pimlico we had climbed to top floor there. So I knew the climb..and asked NOT to be upstsirs. Noise from next door guests, returning 3am and slamming doors!!!

Staff were friendly and always happy to help. Location was great only a short tube ride away from all the city's attractions. Room was as you would expect from a budget hotel it was small but clean. The TV was a smart TV so was good if you wanted to use it.

Only really down side was the size of the bathroom it was on the small size with the shower, sink and toilet all in a 6"X2" room. After that you have no control over the temperature of the rooms as you would expect everyone is different but for us the room was to hot window did open quite wide to help cool though.

Great location! Close to all attractions in Central London. There were groceries and restaurants near by, and Buses navigates to all close attractions. Good value for money and clean room

The room only has heater and a small fan, I think they should provide customers with bigger fan specially during summer

Checking in was quick and simple, very friendly receptionists who could not have offered more help. Nice room with a decent bathroom. Free wifi is always a bonus.

Beds under the mattresses a little broken and out of place. The shower does not open very wide so unless you are super skinny you won’t get in without a big squeeze.

Very good hotel for its price! Great value for money. Staff is nice and friendly. The room is just fine for a couple for 2-3 days stay. The bed is comfortable. Loved that we had the kettle and some tea and coffee. The location is also quite good. You can walk to Hyde Park and Regent's Park and even Buckingham Palace. Good options of public transportation - you can go anywhere you want in London. Close to main train stations! No additional payments were required, as usually happens in London. Generally, loved our stay at OYO. Don't really get the people who complains when you pay this amount of money for London.

Everything was quite good. We missed the hairdryer, but we didn't ask for one. I guess they can offer if you ask. A bit of noise from other travelers, but we dealt with that by kindly ask them to be quiter.

Me and my friend stayed for a weekend trip. It was perfect for our needs- to drop our bags, sleep and shower. The room was exactly like stated in pictures, bit small if you wanna lay out luggage, but perfect for two people. The beds were really comfortable, felt like a cloud. It was nice to have a electrical kettle and usb ports in the room for chargers. Liked that all the stations for tube and buses were like 2-7 min walk from hotel. Also Oxford street is walkable in 10 minutes.

The shower head was leaking a little bit in room nr.2 if you put higher or lower than it’s attached to the shower wall, wasn’t crucial, but a bit annoying. Walls are pretty thin, but thankfully that weekend the hotel wasn’t packed with loud people- was okey, but u can hear others if windows are open, because all rooms are very close. A full length mirror would be perfect in the room, otherwise everything else was absolutely lovely for the price and hotel’s location!
