Excellent location Tube around the corner Sainsbury express also very close Safe clean area, lots of choice for food Cannot hear noise from other apartments We were a family of 5 and found staying in an apartment much better for our needs
Tube runs right under the apartment block so keep this in mind. Sofa bed is not comfortable, mattress springy and thin

Great location! Super nice apartment! 5 minutes walk to the Thames, 5 minutes to St. Paul's cathedral. 2 minutes walk to the tube. Just Perfect! Super nice staff. They react very quickly on every request. Very clean apartment and the building. Nicely equipped kitchen and the apartment is big enough. There is an elevator in the building.
Sofa in the living room was not very comfortable to sleep on.

Die Lage war super - sehr gut verbunden, ruhig am Abend/in der Nacht, genug Restos etc. im Umfang. It was easy to get there by bus/subway, as multiple stops are all around. Coffee shop right across the street is great for early morning needs. To note that quite a few of the restaurants around seem to close by 5 pm as they cater for the day-time working crowd.
It was almost impossible to sleep on the second bed (the couch turned into a fouton type structure). The mattress was SO worn out and thin, we felt every single piece of metal below us. We thankfully could put the kids there who weighed less and didn't feel it as much, but not really acceptable to offer that the unit can sleep four and have a bed be this uncomfortable. Bathroom sink did not drain properly. I asked for help turning on the dishwasher, and never got it. I did end up figuring it out myself, but it was annoying to hand wash the dishes in the meantime (especially when no dish soap is provided).

excellent location and we stayed in a 1 bed apartment on the 2nd floor which was surprisingly spacious with great facilities. the property was lovely and clean and looked freshly decorated. we stayed in July and the property was quite warm even with the windows open but there is a fan available. the bathroom was exceptionally clean and there were plenty of fluffy towels. as I booked this property a year in advance it was well worth the money and I’d definitely stay again.
the outside noise throughout the night - the rumble of the underground wasn’t an issue but the sirens and traffic were! people talking outside in the early hours on a Friday/Saturday night but it is London… it’s expected! the sofa bed was rather uncomfortable and could do with a topper. there was a hole in the bath so therefore it couldn’t be used.. we just used the shower.

Large apartment with full kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Nice and quiet over the weekend as its located in the business district. Couch folded out to a sofa bed which was handy to watch TV. Easy access to lots of tourist destinations and several tube stations. Staff were friendly and helpful.
It was particularly hot during our stay, whilst a fan was provided it was still uncomfortably hot (but very untypical of the UK). The washing machine provided was handy but note it only works on one specific setting. The security deposit was held for several weeks due to administrative error.

The unit was well laid out with all the amenities one could need. Eg - coffee machine, kettle, tea pots, appliance manuals, cupboard spaces, mantle piece with mirror in the living room, pedestal fan, etc. etc. The bedroom was spacious for central london. Wifi worked really well. I had read reviews that it is close to the tube station and hence noisy. However, in the 2 nights I stayed there, I was never disturbed by it. Maybe because I was very tired. There was some noise of crowd in the street, but if you don't hear even that much at 10PM in central london, what's the point? What we loved was the lively, wonderful location of Marlin and the fact that so many interesting places were there within walking distance.
1. The blinds in both rooms for sure. It was difficult to keep them up to let the sunlight in. 2. The corridors could be cleaned better. A little musty. 3. First time getting to our room it seemed like a labyrinth. But we got used to it soon.

The locatin was perfect. Just 2 blocks away from Cannon Street Station. The general state of the apartment is ok. The staff was careful and attentive.
The number of cutlery items and chairs did not match the number of guests. we had to ask for both but the staff suited us accordingly. We also asked a secon set of keys and they gave it to us.

Very satisfied with my stay. I think it deserves much better score at booking.com Excellent location surrounded by many metro stations close to everything. Very clean. Very quiet. Very well equipped. Main king bed very comfortable. Most of the staff are very helpful.
Improvements: Sofa double bed not comfortable. One window curtain is not opaque enough.

Front desk guy's helpfulness. We were delayed 4h by the airline, announced this by phone, and he waited for us until 2:30 AM! The apartment is very spacious and clean, located in the center of london, but not in the crowded and noisy area, but just close enough to all POIs.
Nothing to write here honestly... maybe the bathroom door could close more easily, it gets a little blocked at some point :)
