bathroom cabinet could’ve been cleaned better and would have liked cleaning every 2/3 days Instead of just once a week. A small vacuum cleaner in the unit would’ve helped.

The location was ideal. Room was well designed. Concierge was very nice and helpful. Loads of coffee shops across the street, short walk to tube stations, South Kensington or Sloane Square.

Small bathroom and corridor had this weird smell all the time.

Very nice staff, always helpful. Clean apartment, one room with small kitchenette. All equipment available: washing machine, hairdryer, clothes drying rack, iron. Spacious bathroom. Very nice location, close to a supermarket and across the street from a pharmacy and a starbucks. Quiet neighbourhood. Less than 40mins on foot to Buckingham Palace. Less than 20mins on foot to Victoria Station. Less than 15mins on foot to Museum of Natural History. Overall a very good price for what you get. We stayed there for 5 nights, family of 4 adults and had no complaint. 2 adults had no trouble sleeping on the sofa. Other two adults stayed on the bed. The bed was very soft. The sofa was a little bit too soft but it wasn't a problem after walking for the whole day we fell asleep with no trouble.

Heater in the bathroom could not be turned off. Maybe not too much trouble during winter but we stayed there when it was rather warm outside so it was like a sauna in the bathroom.

Location, price, staff and room was spacious/very clean. When I say location, it was in the perfect location. Convenient to every part of London with 30 minutes walk +/- to just about every major attraction. Room had kettle, mugs, safe, iron, mini refrigerator. The staff was so nice and helpful. Held on to our room key during the day, so that was nice not having to worry about loosing that. There's a Sainsbury Local across the street for incidentals. And lots of cafes/pubs/ in the local area. Harrods is only 15+/-minutes walk. Awesome!!

FYI: No lift for luggage to lower Pod rooms.

The room was warm. Comfortable bed and sofa. Hot water always flowed. In the room washing machine and hair dryer, The hotel was quiet. The hotel is in a good location, there is a shop and metro stop near the hotel. The hotel is near the metro station Solane Square and South Kensington. Close to Hyde park, The hotel was nice.

the receptionist accommodated us in a room for 2 people, Reservation and payment for four adults from Booking, After 30 minutes everything was solved, The helpful staff moved us to another room. Everything was OK

Location was excellent and the main reason for us to select to stay there.

Very limited closet space. Only one small bar of soap for 3 adults!!!! The supply such as towels and soaps must be adequate for each person for one week. There were 3 of us and we had shortage of towels and soaps which we had not packed any towels when we left home. We would have if they had told us.

Great location - between two Tube stations, 7-10 mins walk to each. Nice cafe with breakfast/ lunch options and good coffee right across the street as well as Starbucks if anyone needs it and a small supermarket that’s open late 3 mins away (it had everything we needed). Our room was on a small size, but we were there to just sleep so it was totally fine. Pretty clean too.

Sofa in the living room was a bit narrow and my kids complained a little that there wasn’t too much room. But again, not the end of the world.

Location was excellent. Enjoyed ease of access to Central London. Staff on reception very friendly and accommodating holding our luggage before and after our stay.

We struggled a bit with the kitchen facilities. There was no plug for the kitchen sink and no washing up bowl. The tin opener was not particularly effective. Would have been nice to have complimentary sachet of tea/coffee on arrival. Complementary toiletries in the bathroom were appreciated. Minor niggles rather than big problems.

Near subway station so easy to get aroud. Good people there. It was also clean.

You dont get more toilet paper you have to buy if you need more. And also if you need new towels you have to pay for new ones as well.

Very nice and helpfull staff. Good location in what appears to be a extremely safe and quiet neighborhood. 10 minute walk to Sloane Square or South Kensington tube stations. Nice building with Art Deco -style interior. Comfy beds.

The shower did not really flow much water, probably mostly due to the old british faucet-system.
