- location is perfect , everything is nearby by walking - for those need toilet bidet sprayer (Shattaf) I was surprised they have in the their toilets 👌 - secured property

- the mattress needs improvement, very soft ; not suitable for back especially those with back pain/ injury. - the rooms are small , we booked studio and compared to other studios in other places considered small but enough for two persons. - I was surprised that our booked studio is in the lower ground level 🤔 never been there in all my travels and never thought that guests are stayed there. - we had an incidence of rat 🐀 in the studio😖🤯 however, the team responded well.

Excellent location, only three minutes’ walk from Harrods. Almost all nearby restaurants serve halal food. Almost everyday room was being cleaned though it was scheduled for alternative days. Kitchen cum family living room is quite spacious & kitchen facilities are excellent.

Using key-card someone can enter into the room without seeking permission since there is no manual/security locking facility from inside the main door, though no such incidence occurred.

Great staff! I forgot 3 personal valuable items in the apartment and they spared no effort to have delivered to me in France in matter of days! Location is also great, 1 block from Harrods! Super close to Hyde Park. And in a calm an pretty street! Very spacious apartment!

My apartment was just next to the reception, and you can hear phone ring and people entering. But nothing disturbing, just ask for a apartment in the 2nd floor and more to end of the hall. But I still very much recommend the place.

everything specially the staff were amazing

The apartment was well appointed and spacious with every appliance you would ever need. The staff was friendly and the location was ideal about a block from V&A and three blocks from Hyde Park. It is well situated between two tube lines - about 7 minutes in one direction and 12 in the other. There is a Waitrose grocery store just around the corner.

Our room was very quiet and felt very safe - there was not a lot not to like!

Great location for sightseeing, shops and underground . Very quiet street which was a real plus. Plenty of space and very good self catering facilities. Good area for working and plenty of natural light despite our room being lower ground. Comfortable bed and good quality bedding. Very helpful staff.

Decor generally could do with an update Bathroom also dated. Don’t like shower curtains.

Beautiful apartments, decor was very tasteful and beds extremely comfortable. Lovely neighbourhood and close to Harrods and fantastic restaurants. Staff were very accommodating allowing us to stay on for an extra hour and then looked after our luggage until it was time to leave.

There was nothing we didn’t like but maybe a Christmas tree in the lounge might have been a nice touch for a Christmas stay 🎄

Nice safe location for women travelers. Many bakeries and coffee shops near by with at least two small convenience stores with wine, beer and groceries around the corner. Very close to Harrods and many museums - Victoria & Alberta, Science and Natural History. The Royal Albert Concert Hall is also very close. Tube stations are within walking distance.

my room faced the back and looked onto other buildings close by so didn't have as much privacy if I left the draperies open.
