Pleasant and comfortable, clean and welcoming, buzzing atmosphere downstairs at Belushi's bar but reasonably quiet upstairs. Staff are cheerful and pleasant and do all they can to make you comfortable and at ease, free earplugs to help block out the noise of Hammersmith traffic (one gets used to it pretty easily to be honest). I've stayed here several times and am a happy repeat customer. A choice of High and Low end eateries, pubs and stores in the neighbourhood plus the theatre and well connected for public transport too.

The shower was pretty lukewarm and a bit low powered, a personal pet peeve - though overall my high opinion of this facility and the excellent staff remains unchanged,

I needed to stay one night only. I did not use any other facilities so can't say anything about it. The location was perfect for me. It was easy to get there around a midnight and was on the fast route to my business destination. I had the lower bed in the dormitory room which was convenient for me especially I came about midnight so everyone was sleeping. The people in the room kept quiet in the morning respecting other people who was sleeping. The toilet, sink and shower were in the room. There were facility to make coffee, tea. I didn't use them because I didn't need it. There were curtains around the bed, socket and usb charge, small shelf next to the bed.

It was a little bit noisy from outside, but it was ok to sleep. It was a little bit too warm, no aircon. Again, no problem for me.

I would like to say guys, this place is amazing, first it is 20 mins from Victoria Train station and as you come out of Hammersmith train station it is opposite the station. The staff is very welcoming the lady that have received us on our arrival was very polite and helpful sorry didn't catch your name but thank you. The room is tidy clean for the price common guys, that's excellent . The shower is a great toilet clean and plenty of towels to use. The room comes with complimentary tea and coffee. The bed was comfy .Nice big TV as well. Coming to breakfast in the morning, we had a variety of open buffets .Billy was welcoming that he received us with a smile very helpful gentleman. I had a very good corner bed, lower bunk as i requested And quiet people Good evening tv in dorm with earpods on phones for some of us. Nice to have such thoughtful people for a change

Two bathrooms we were out of order. Toilet blocked for part of evening in another with somebody else's poo One wet bathroom with a loose toilet seat for the entire hostel And one person playing TV with no earpods in common area.. Bane of my life, the people who can't be bothered to respect other people's peace Its a shame about these matters because it was a great dorm and the bathroom let it down They say they have a school group this week. Will they fix the bathrooms for them?

Great place to sleep during your short and even not so short stays in London. Comfy beds, clean sheets, clean bathrooms. Meters from the metro station but many options to have breakfast or dinner around. There is a bar below showing sports events. All in all we were super happy to stay there.

The only thing might be that it's in a noisy central place and with open windows you'll feel like you're sleeping right there on the street but it's London after all.

I had a great stay here. Firstly, the staff I checked-in and out with were both nice and friendly. As for the room, it was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. I really loved that each bed have their own curtains that go around the bed. One of my issues with staying in hostels is when other guests come back at night and turn the light on when people are sleeping. This always wakes me but having the curtains around the bed illuminates this problem. There's also a light and a powerpoint which is a great feature as well.

It was a cute place with nice staff members day in and out. The bar itself was very lovely and nice to be in the bedrooms were spacious enough for the amount of people. The location is good BCS of the close undergrounds and stations, shops and activities. Overall quite the good hostel.

It's very noisy at night BCS of the crossing that the hostel is located at. If it is hot outside, the room will be 2 times as hot BCS of the lack of ventilation.( the windows can't open completely). If u have a lot of luggage, the stairs r a pain to do. The beds themselves were mediocre BCS it has these cheapish thin mattress. But compaired to other beds I had it was more then oke. For the rest it was oke.

Access to the station, friendliness of staff and facilities available. Even though initially there was some sort of pipe problem the management sorted us out (there were a couple of us waiting) with a drink and were very friendly. I’ve actually stayed here before and I was in the bigger dorm. Absolutely worth it for a stay in London given the price.

Bunkbeds were a little bit difficult to climb into and it would be better if there was the option to select a top bunk. I have a bad back/knees and trying to manoeuvre myself in without disturbing anyone was hard.

Dorms and shower/toilet facilities were very clean. Dorm etiquette was followed by most people so got good sleep. Enough choice of breakfast and very convenient to start my day. Evening meals were good too. Felt comfortable being a solo traveller so thank you.

Only problem was that the shower filled up with water so needed to be unclogged. I did mention it to a cleaner who I saw and she was very helpful and said she would see to it.
