No.1 location. Next; super friendly staff, clean, quiet room, comfy bed and excellent breakfast. I stay here fairly often and this time it was even better, no noisy guests in adjoining room. Thank you considerate guests in the corridors. People are trying to sleep. Got the hang of the shower now so no cold surprises when it switches from hand to overhead drench! Also, environmentally friendly shower gels etc in larger containers, perfume not too bad. A big shout out to super reception staff who helped us with our luggage beforehand and room booking, very much appreciated. Excellent breakfast range of foods and decent bread. Top tip: Don't use the sliced bread by the toaster, cut a slice yourself from the decent loaves by the croissants. Also, tea and coffee are brought to you, for refills you may need to flag down a waiter/waitress. Plenty of staff on hand last time on a busy Sunday.

Our stay at the Pullman was so amazing! The room was spacious, comfortable, and up-scale. The staff were all super nice, from the porter who helped us with our luggage and gave us recommendations for the area to the breakfast attendants who served us with smiles and well wishes for the day. Speaking of breakfast (which wasn't included for our stay), it was a bit on the pricey side, but did not disappoint in scale. There were so many options and everything was delicious! We definitely got our money's worth. Another huge plus to the Pullman is the stellar location. It was incredibly easy and convenient to walk just five minutes to King's Cross station, where we could get nearly anywhere on the Tube in about 20 minutes or less. There were also a ton of great food locations in the area for all tastes and price ranges, and even a few grocery/convenience stores just a 10-15 minute walk away. Being able to quickly walk to the British Library and the British Museum was also great; my husband and I loved strolling through the neighborhood and always felt safe, even at night. Overall, would highly recommend!

The only thing we didn't like about the room was the shower design, but that's hardly unique to the Pullman. It was one of those "half a pane of glass with no door" showers that have become so popular at hotels, and which make an absolute mess no matter how careful you are not to splash. Our bathroom floor was soaked after every shower, so just be prepared to wipe down the floors or tread carefully until it dries.

We traveled with two kids (9, 11) and two adults (me included). The kids had a small pull out couch that folded out into a double bed. Our bed was awesome. The shower was great, plenty of hot water. We enjoyed using the clear middle elevator, in the lobby, to get to the top floors to enjoy the views of London! Staff was so friendly! The hotel was in such an excellent location. Close to every main train station and bus stop. Next to amazing attractions, restaurants, shops, etc.. The main floor of the hotel had a really cool restaurant and bar but we didn't have a chance to experience it. Would definitely stay again.

the location (right beside/above the British Library, very close to King's Cross and St. Pancras Stations and all of London's Public Transport hub), the Comfort and Cleanliness from the Lobby, to the Restaurant and especially the Room. it was Roomy, Clean, had all excellent Utilities and Amenities, and was just what we needed for our stay as a family. the staff was always courteous and efficient, and even the Restaurant was very satisfactory both as a buffet-style breakfast place and as a dining experience with the main menu. check in and check out were easy and pleasant, and there's an option to forego daily cleaning of the room not only for "do-not-disturb" reasons (wink-wink, nudge-nudge) but also for environmental reasons if it's not needed. would highly recommend!

we liked everything

The room is a little cramped because the bed is huge. Very comfortable. The only thing I missed was a chair to sit in. The location is ideal for visiting London, so well connected. Don't use the underground, use the buses, you see much more. Everything else was excellent.

The hotel bar is rubbish, like a bad nite club, with a vague wait-isn't-this-trendy-? vinyl theme. Waitress service only. The choice of draught beer was also rubbish. There's an O'Neill's Bar across the road and to the left, I recommend going there instead.

Second time stayed at the Pullman. Staff welcoming and friendly, especially the breakfast chef.

Sofa beds are not at all comfy and sag badly in the middle

Great location, exceptional room with fabulous, and different, views across the city. Had all the facilities we needed, with friendly staff and an effort being made to be a more climate considerate hotel chain, eg. paper wrappers for bathroom accessories, option not to clean room / change towels daily etc.

One of the lifts was out of action, which was a little inconvenient, given we were on 16th floor! Plus, the lifts could be used by anyone, not just hotel guests, which was a little surprising from a security perspective. Also, a minor point, more hangers in the wardrobes would’ve been useful.

Very good location, near the King's Cross St. Pancras. The breakfast is fantastic and the restaurant of the hotel is very nice too. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The room is very confortable.

I couldn't adjust the temperature in the room, so some nights I had to sleep with the windows open. An elevator was not working so at peak times it ended up taking a little longer to get down or up from the room. The fact that the bathroom does not have a closed shower is a little bad because a lot of things around it got wet.

Friendly staff, and a special high five to the Front of house porter Paolo his name was I think (a great and friendly attitude with no expectations from him, very friendly without being too much just the right amount and super helpful) confortable room and very clean, confortable bed, amazing view from the bedroom, everything looked fairly new in the bedroom, spacious, great new and clean bathroom

Probably the loud music when I arrived at the reception as there is a lounge/ bar just next to it and that of course leads to very loud people having a drink but that is only a personal taste, I would have prefer if the reception and the lounge were separated by a panel or something to reduce the noise as it is not always easy to hear the receptionist.

Excellent location between Euston (where we arrived) and St Pancras (where we were leaving the following morning). Lovely friendly and welcoming staff.

We were hoping to have an evening meal there. It was my birthday and it would’ve been nice to eat at the hotel. Unfortunately it transpired that there was a DJ playing loud music which precluded the idea of a quiet meal! The receptionist was very apologetic. It wasn’t an issue in the end as we found a good restaurant within easy walking distance. Just a bit disappointing, although am sure the younger guests would have appreciated the music and atmosphere!
