The Staff were superlative. I liked the fact that I was able to access the kettle and microwave earlier than any other hostel in an area where a selection of old and current music was always on. WiFi never went down. The place was constantly being cleaned. I experience mobility challenges and Rees together with the rest of the team were proactively doing things to minimise the impact.

Little shortcomings in the eating area. Namely, not always enough cutlery or crockery.. Not a fridge or cupboards to store food. And nothing to cook or washing up the things that are yours. This translates into being an ideal place to stay for a couple of days but too expensive for longer despite its low price as one has to rely on take-aways or deliveries all the time for hot meals.

It's clean, the staff are helpful and accommodating. There is a asian gentleman at the reception (who's name I've forgotten Sorry) that's best helpful and the other staff are also very good but the gentleman stands out. The toilets are very clean and kept clean throughout the day and shower room too. Overall a very good stay and definitely worth the money.

Nothing really stands out, other than sometimes late at night new people come inside the room and they turn the lights on and make some noise ,but it's a hostel at the end of the day,However a curtain on each bed would help like some other hostels.

I recently stayed at Queen Elizabeth Hostel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The most remarkable aspect was the Hostel Manager Ryhs and all receptionists– the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. They were so knowledgable and created a great first impression of the hostel.

The Hostel price was really reasonable and affordable . The hostel's proximity to the city center made it incredibly convenient for exploring all the major attractions and enjoying the vibrant local scene. My room was clean and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a busy day. The shower was excellent, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Overall, Queen Elizabeth Hostel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip! East

All the staff are so kind and considerate, Dermot, Rhys asked me how my injury was. As I could not use my hand, they put me on the bottom of the bank bed as I requested. My bed was comfy and clean as usual; Shiva taking care of facilities and beds. Anthony made tea for me, because of my hand, so kind. All. Facilities are even better, a microwave and cutteries, water, kettle, are placed in the communal area. Easy to warm up food, drink teas. Thank you to all the staff care and support my travel, without these guys I wouldn't be able to travel! Massive gratitude 💞

Absolutely none

staff were very nice and helpful, room was good and clean, had storage lockers but you need to bring your own padlock or buy one from reception

bathrooms/toilets weren’t the cleanest and some of the showers had mould on the cellings but you get what you pay for, if you’re on the very top bunk it’s quite hard to climb up and down and there is not enough room to sit up on the top bunk so it’s not very comfortable to sit in, bare in mind it’s about a 10-15 minute walk from a tube station and you’ll be using the tube a lot of you want to see things right in the centre of london

What I liked about this hostel was the sense of community since there’s a lot of locals who come to this pub regularly. But above everything else was is Rhys’s exceptional hospitality. If I’ve run out of things to do and I’m bored, it’s not an issue because I can always go downstairs to the pub and mingle with the patrons or play darts with Rhys. I don’t normally go to pubs unless it’s a special occasion but after my stay in this hostel, I will definitely be coming back regularly

If im being honest I can’t say there’s much I didn’t like about the hostel. The value for money is just too good.

Outstanding service. An excellently managed hostel with exceptional service. This is a fantastic discovery, and the hostel manager especially Rhys and staff members are excellent at providing assistance when needed. For individuals who want to spend quality time on vacation, I would like to recommend this accommodation.

This was a really nice, peaceful location for me to be. Clean and cosy, The hostel manager and employees were really polite and gave me excellent treatment. Staying here is highly recommended, and I will most definitely be back.

Dear Five star hostel Queen Elizabeth  Thank you so so so much again to ALL The Hard Working beautiful staff, who make my stay more than comfortable.  My dinner is served with plate and cutteries with heated without any charge, but with smile!Thank you, Rhys.  More over, I forgot my shopping bag in shared bath room, I did not realised a couple of hours, but Sheva, one of the hard working staff kept it safe for me! She always make the place immaculate so watching out guests can stay safe and comfortable. Thank you so so much Sheva! I am so grateful for all the staff in Queen Elizabeth Hostel.

I had an amazing stay. Rhys was welcoming and friendly and a great bar man. The New Zealand guy and the Scottish guy were cool aswell. The other guests were from different countries very friendly, the atmosphere in the pub was great. The quiz night was fun. My room was very clean and the bathrooms and showers are cleaned regularly. The breakfast was toast, tea etc and the guy serving(Anthony?) was an absolute gent who also kept things in perfect order and cleanliness
