It was in a nice location and the self check in was very comfortable for me.

Staff was exceptionally kind room was spacious and comfortable and clean Quiet too so possible to get a very good sleep Kettle in the room provided with coffee milk a small bottle of water To get a good breakfast it s only to walk few minutes The neighbourhood is packed with coffee shops and restaurants and there is a supermarket very near 2 minutes from Hotel The Hotel is situated in one of the poshest place in London in Kensington and Chelsea and there are several choices of restaurants supermarkets laundries hairdressers any kind of service you need Just 1 minute outside Hotel there are buses to several destinations and underground station is just few minutes away Wembar Hotel is my favourite Hotel in London Excellent value for the price you pay safe neighbourhood during evening and night and excellent Customer Service I warmly recommend it

Room was very spacious and clean Staff very helpful and kind Location was great just few minutes from tube underground station and plenty of buses Breakfast facilities are just 2 minutes away the area has got many good and not so expensive restaurants Hotel is placed in a neighbourhood which is considered very posh in the Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Even if Hotel is most of day unmanned calling the Customer Service which is running 24 hours is always helpful in any circumstance In the room there is also a kettle with tea coffee and sugar Earls Court get a lot of supermarkets too and Convenience shops open 24 hours

The automated self check-in was really quick and easy. The hotel is in an ideal location in close walking distance of Earl's court and west Brompton station. The room is small but comfortable with tea and coffee available.

The shower door was broken and didn't close properly, so I had to hold it shut. There wasn't a hairdryer (but there was a communal ironing board available if that's something you need). The location is very helpful, but it is loud on the street at night, and the window in my room didn't fully close, so I struggled to sleep because of the noise.

Everything is perfect.got AC which is important at this hot weather. Transport is accessible and tube is around 3mins. Restaurants is everywhere which is between 5 to 7 mins. walk.

Beware that they dont usually clean the room unless you ask. One of the staff saw me and ask if i want my room to be clean. But when they do clean it, everything is clean,sheets and towels changed. This is my 3rd time i booked this place.

Stayed here as my usual London place was booked out. Great location to underground station and central London, easy check in, clean, comfy beds, reasonably priced. Will look to stay here again on future London visits as better than usual place I stay at.

Only thing, and it's only a minor thing, WiFi kept kicking in and out periodically and lagged a bit when trying to stream Netflix.

The location was great. We were on the top floor an and the room was very comfortable with TV, toiletries,and tea and coffee facilites. There was a self-check in service and a lock box to collect your key. Being on the top floor, I barely heard the traffic.

The reception area was unmanned-- if it's not being used for this purpose maybe change it to a cleaner's cupboard?

The room was cosy, comfortable and had all the amenities required for a short stay. When a need arose, the team was more than happy to support either via WhatsApp or the in-house team.

Perhaps the only aspect was that my door was close to reception so could hear louder guests when conversing. Otherwise, everything was fantastic

The shower was way too hot and wouldn't change temperature. This is very dangerous, and they didn't fix it upon telling them. I saw this is an issue with other tenants as well. Needs to be fixed ASAP!!!

Good convenient room, perfect for a weekend where you spend your time exploring London and come back for a sleep. 3 min walk from tube station, right across from a bus stop, easy to find and to get to. Entrance code is provided as well as lock boxes for keys - so we could come in late at night and not disturb the staff. Room and bathroom were nice and clean, bedsheets smelled fresh
