third stay at this hotel in last couple of years. room excellent. location is brilliant, centre active area. Breakfast to suit every taste, great variety, i paid for breakfast within room booking but good value for price. Staff very friendly and helpful, Like to mention ED who has been there for our visits and is excellent member of staff.

To be honest nothing comes to mind that i could complain about. Only thing related to outside hotel is traffic. Waited over 1 hour later for taxi to arrive due to traffic problems outside the hotels control.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was in the heart of a fun and lively area and just stepping out of the hotel you were immediately ready for the day’s adventure. The staff was incredible. They helped us check in early when we arrived after a long flight. They also gave us a late check out and helped store our bags after our stay. They were always helpful with getting us taxis. Housekeeping was great as well.

The room was a little small… we are a family of three with a 16 year old son. My son slept on the pull out couch, which was fine, but when the couch was open, we had trouble getting to the bathroom.

Ideal location for our triple theatre trip. It was within easy walking distance of all the theatres, as well as Covent Gardens and China Town. Oxford Street, Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus were only minutes away too. The Staff were polite, smiley and willing to help. At breakfast, there was a choice of a traditional cooked breakfast, pastries, continental, French toast, pancakes, as well as Peruvian, Italian and vegetarian breakfast. Free bottled water, tea, Nespresso coffee, all replenished daily. Beds were made of a morning, and clean towels. The internet was super fast.

N/A. There wasn't anything to dislike. All good.

Room was small but well organised and we got two single beds as requested. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. I was here for business/leisure so was in and out and having a long table in the quiet lounge to open laptop and have a casual meeting was good. When you'd like to be close to theatres and part of the action in Covent Garden and Soho or shop around the area, this is the perfect spot, yet very quiet. Lots of places to eat when you step out and the restaurant has an interesting Peruvian-Italian menu too. Perfect starting base to connect to many neighbourhoods. Lovely beds, the breakfast offered what we expected, though a bit low on selection of breads. Would come back.

The area is busy so if you prefer a quiet neighbourhood, this is not the place, however the hotel itself is very quiet. Only minus point was we did not have a mini fridge. I missed a larger cupboard but knew I was getting a 16m2 room and for that small a space, it was still well organised though the bathroom was tiny. If you're looking for a large hotel, don't come, it's compact yet tastefully designed.

- Excellent location as you can find everything close to you(underground 3 minutes, soho 1 minute, covent garden 3 minutes, London eye 20 minute, oxford 8 minutes and so on) -Clean rooms -Helpful staff -providing water every day and whenever you ask -Allow to store your stuff in case you want to keep it with them -Excellent and high rated restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream 🍦

- The furniture a little bit old -There is no refrigerator in small rooms - The washing water is hardness ( عسر ماء)

This is our third visit to this wonderful place and people. Everybody here wants, and succeeds to help you have the best time in a friendly place. Neighborhood, excellent atmosphere, happy colorful streets and attractions, close to many thing to see and do in Central London, soho etc. Tube, 3 close by stations , busses, all you need. We needed a special ride to wembly back and forth , and Edward the Concierge helped us with the order, and good advice as to when and where. All the team is very helpful and we thank them all. We will be coming back there again for sure .

No complaints really

Front staff - Adiba. Personal touch to our room with a warm welcome and went out of her way to make my niece feel special on her visit to London. Very clear about the facilities, breakfast etc. Room size - larger than average in London. Clean, nice view, bathroom had a luxury feel to it. All amenities present. Free water bottles which was a nice touch. Breakfast - swift service, staff were all pleasant and courteous. Nothing was too big for them, service with a smile. Check in and out - swift Off course the location! Perfect location for Cambridge theatre literally less than a 30 second walk. Halal food at a stone throw away and Camden market 7 mins walk Bed - the sofa bed was extremely comfortable , didn’t feel like a sofa bed!

It was all pleasant however a tiny touch of improvement would have been complimentary biscuits with our in room - tea facility. Mini soap would have been lovely too. Albeit we did have a nail file and shower cap.

We were met by Filiz on reception with a warm welcome and a big smile. Filiz is a trainee at the hotel and seemed very confident, taking control when another member was unable to find our booking. Filiz worked some magic and gave us a complimentary room upgrade to a beautiful suite. We were in London to see Matilda at the Cambridge Theatre which we could see from our hotel window - Excellent central location. Breakfast was varied and fresh.

The hotel itself was perfect for us but I received 3 text messages before our stay to check in online. Each time, when I clicked the link I was informed that it was not possible to check in online. Similar happened for check out too.

Perfect location, fantastic breakfast, very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Couldn't be better. The location is perfect with almost everything within 10-15 minute walk, some less than that. Ideal location for me. The breakfast was really really good with both a buffet and a la carte options. Fresh fruits, pastries etc. The bathrooms were nice and modern. Room was big enough and quiet.

The only thing which can be improved would be the light protection on the windows. They worked fine (I'm a rather light-sensitive person and had no problem sleeping until 9 AM), but it didnt get pitch black so if you need a completely dark room to sleep, you might wake up from the sunlight.
