Location was central which is amazing for the price! Room was enormous with tea and coffee facilities, tv and private bathroom & shower! I have stayed in budget rooms before and the bathroom is almost always shared so this was brilliant. Yes it’s outdated and not the most amazing furniture and a little old looking but seriously who cares for the price, location and privacy it was just what we were needing. Travel to London all the time to stay over for auditions with my son will be choosing this place every time!

(1) Very polite staff, the lady allowed an early check-in which is always appreciated. (2) Outstanding location. It does not get better than this in Central London. You are within 5mins walk to covent garden, leceister square and tottenham court road stations. One of the best fish & chips shops in London is next door! (3) Spacious room with 2 single beds & a double bed. I was alone, so the single beds were used to layout my suitcase & shopping :) (4) A fridge was there which was very useful.

(1) The stairs are really narrow. I would not expect a lift in this area as properties tend to be very old. But the staircase was very narrow and I had to walk sideways when carrying suitcases up and down. (2) The bathroom is really small. I'm almost 6 feet and had to move around very slowly as it's a really cramped space. There is a wc, sink & shower area. All functional, but just within a very small space. Small bathrooms in central london are to be expected but this is the smallest I've ever seen. But this will not prevent me from staying here again. (3) The kettle was old and smelly so I could not use it at all.

Very close to the amenities and shopping areas and the tube station Reception staff very helpful and very grateful for what they did for us …..absolutely marvellous experience during our holiday because of very comfy beddings and amazing pillows , Very clean and hygienic family room!!!

Just a little thing that we were family of four and had two big and two small towels but we managed it ,

The location was great, the room was small and basic but that was expected when I booked.

The bed was smaller than a standard double and a little creaky and uncomfortable. Otherwise we can't complain as the room provided us with a well priced base in a great central location.

the room was perfect for sleeping and as a base not fancy . clean had a fridge comfy bed perfect for me and my youngest daughter

the only problem I had was I was told o could leave my wheelchair down stairs . but this wasn’t possible so it made it difficult getting it up and down stairs for my poor daughter .

Fantastic location, you get what you pay, I wouldn't recommend for more than two people but for a couple was great

The very narrow stairs to get to the apartment, very small fridge.

The location is perfect for getting to the theatres and lots of places to eat, but do remember to book a table. Quiet area within seconds walk of shops and main life. Trafalgar Square is a 20min walk away. I would definitely stay in the hotel again as it had everything I needed, and was nicely private and I could open the windows, which is not allowed in many hotels. 24 hour convenience store almost opposite, but no noise to disturb my sleep. Also had a fridge which was a great bonus for having fresh milk for my tea.

The TV was a 12" screen so it was impossible to watch from bed as it was such a large room, and there were only two plug sockets. It was a choice of fridge/tv/kettle/desk light/hairdryer. Kept having to unplug one thing to use another, but not the end of the world. We found it quite funny.

Perfect place just in covent garden you can check the keys when you want for arrivals and deoartures it s not a luxious place but it is clean

There was no breakfast and the location was excellent. Although quite cramped for space beds were very comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. Good value for the money.

Spacious, comfy clean room, full size fridge. Great for our one night stay over for the theater.

Very small bathroom with no lock on the door or a handle to close it. Would recommend taking own towels as ones supplied aren't very big. And bathroom light seems to be on a sensor so went off twice during a 9 min shower and had to wave hand outside the curtain to get it back on
