The layout was great and worked perfectly for us. There was A TON of storage which was really helpful and appreciated. The location was excellent (minus the construction going on outside - but that can’t be helped). the design of the apartment was very nice.

It needs a little bit of upkeep and TLC. Overall it was very nice but there was a broken coat rack threatening to fall over at any time, a couple areas of peeling paint, a couple broken bits here and there, etc. that stood out in an otherwise really nice and clean space. Also the lights in the cabinets above the TV in the main room never turn off: their switches are installed too far in and never make contact with the closed doors. The washer/dryer never got clothes especially dry (though that may have been user error on our part). But these are nitpicks. Overall we were extremely happy with the apartment and would gladly stay there again.

Sitting room window was stuck wide open when we arrived - appt v cold. We couldn't move it so had to call company. Also the heating was set to not go above 17 degrees which we found cold - there weren't any instructions on how to adjust heating and after trying several times we again had to call the company. The bathroom towel rail also didn't work and the bathroom was very cold. The maintenance person resolved this but the following morning the towel rail was again not working. Suggest that the cleaning staff report any problems they encounter so that problems can be resolved before visitors arrive.

Great little place. Super location. Everything you might need in a stay. The hand soap and body wash smelled amazing!

I had requested slightly early check in weeks ago. I was told this may not be possible. I arrived a little early and it wasn’t but the cleaners knocked on my door for check out bang on the minute of check out. It seems a simple thing to accommodate.

Wonderful apartment in a great location, comfortable in every way with a really good feeling. Plenty of space and tasteful furniture.

If anything could improve it could be if kitchen tissue rolls and body lotion were also provided. That's all we can think of!

Awesome location close to everything in Covent garden and at the same time in a quiet street and just next to the tube. The apartment is big and roomy, clean, nicely decorated, has two shower rooms and very well equipped. It was very easy to check-in and check-out. We got great customer service when needed.

The beds were too small for us and less comfortable. Missing air conditioning (we stayed during a hot week in August). There are fans in the apartment but during the very hot days it was not enough.

We had an amazing 5 night stay at the 1bedroom apartment. The location was excellent. We were right next to nero cafe, and other shops and restaurants, and 15min walk to oxford street. It was quiet, haven't heard of any noise from the street or construction. Very clean and spacious. Couldn't ask for more for an apartment in London! Would visit again!

Toilet wasn't clean especially with the stain in the toilet, shame, such an amazing place but the toilet let it down. We stated 3 nights 4 days, and there wasn't any spare toilet paper.

Wonderful location. Right in the heart of Covent Garden and everything it has to offer.

Bad smell from drain in bathroom. No long mirror for Mrs G. We were going to garden party at Buck. Palace and she really wanted to see how she looked.

it was a whole apartment, which was very nicely decorated in all aspects. And spotlessly clean

when I arrived at nearly midnight, the street felt a bit dark and 'shabby'. I was concerned that if my pincode to the door (with the unlit corridor behind it) would not work, that I'd have no idea what to do... But all went well and it was perfect

The key collection was straight forward, the apartment was furnished beautifully, the beds were very comfortable and the location was very central.

The apartment was cold and we weren't able to turn the heating on. I think the property are working on resolving that issue.
