lovely clean hotel with friendly staff and easy check in / out options.

the location of the property is misleading. I booked this because we were attending an event in the O2 so chose somewhere that was walkable. However, the property is on the opposite side of the river with no options to walk so it ended up being 30 minutes via trains, trams and / or walking.

Our premium room was super spacious and real value for money for London. the location was fabulous for the O2 arena and also meeting friends in surrounding areas. The staff were really friendly too.

Room slightly hot for me but personal preference.

Room was nice, bed was very comfortable.

I feel the website mislead you to think it was walking distance to the O2, and it is not.

Beautiful hotel with large, immaculate rooms that had elegant bathrooms. The restaurant food and drinks were perfect and it had a lovely view of the river and the O2 (we were there for a concert). The coffee station in the rooms were a personal favourite. All the staff were friendly and helpful, but a massive thank you to the car attendent and the bartender (I did not ask permission so have opted not to share their names). I only wish I had taken better photos, it was such a pleasant experience and a great place to stay for a ladies night!

There is a lot of construction happening at the moment so it was difficult to find our way there. Also, if you are driving there the GPS signal has a significant lag in the area when you get close so quite often will miss your turns and end up driving around in circles.

The hotel was above our expectations. We were upgraded on arrival and a glass of fizz at check in was wonderful. A special mention to Clairece on reception, who went out of her way to make our stay a more than pleasant experience. A highly efficient team member who is a credit to this hotel. The hotel is kept in an extremely clean and organised manner and all the staff are courteous and happy to help if you need recommendations for Taxis or assistance getting around. I would certainly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. Thank you Radisson Blu. Mrs T

So clean and fresh and modern. Lovely facilities. You can tell the hotel is well-kept and looked after with care. Staff were warm and friendly, no ask was too much and they were able to offer a wealth of advice about travelling, how to get to the o2 and into the centre, and even room service recommendations! Everyone was smiley and happy to see you. We had an absolutely amazing time here and I couldn’t recommend enough. Location was great - out of the way of the hustle and bustle enough but still close to every amenity you could possibly need.

Only a couple of things but this didn’t impact our stay at all, nor would it make me change my ratings - Beds were quite hard- personally I prefer a soft bed but this didn’t impact my sleep too much. Shower didn’t drain properly and there was a little gap under the shower screen - so unless you had the water on little power, the bathroom ended up a bit flooded! Perhaps it was just a slight drainage issue in our room.

- Good location accessible on foot in less than 10 mins from East India Station or 20 mins from Canary Wharf. - Super clean room! - Great sized rooms with comfortable bed! Luckily got a room early in the morning. - Staff friendly! - Cool decor

- I had two rooms booked - one (even room number) the air con had been upgraded and was great! The other room felt like the heating was on (odd room number) - Small thing but we noticed that later on at reception there was glasses of Prosecco on check in but cause we checked in early, we missed out. It would have been good for someone in reception to say ‘here’s a voucher for later’ - I felt bad for the barman when we returned from our event at the O2. Only one guy on and a number of people looking for drinks didn’t work too well. Maybe an extra hand on a Saturday night would have been beneficial.

On arrival the staff were very attentive and welcoming. My room wasn’t ready at 4.45pm when i arrived but the manager quickly sorted me another room so that I didn’t have to wait as i had advised them that my arrival time would be approximately 5.30pm. It was lovely to be escorted to my room not just to be told quickly a lot of directions to the fourth floor. The room was very spacious, i think i was in a King room. I had some choreography to create and i was able to do that within my room. I especially liked the fact that the remote control was covered in plastic, i’m such a clean freak so I cannot stand a filthy remote. The Spa was nice, a little smaller than i was expecting so I understand why it was necessary to book but i enjoyed a little bit of time to chill out. You get a robe, towels and flip flops already allocated to you in a locker which is a nice touch.

Not that i was there to watch TV but if i had wanted to it had very limited channels and a lot of them said no service available so i was unable to view them. The surfaces of the room were a bit dusty to say that this room was cleaned and sorted out just before i arrived, the attention to detail in that respect wasn’t great. It’s quite noisy on a night, you can hear room doors slamming and people walking through the corridors. I’m a light sleeper so the slightest thing wakes me up.

The room was spacious, the bed was exceptionally large and comfortable and the shower was great. The facilities were all very good, and the staff were willing to help with providing anything we needed, and quickly. The restaurant was also comparatively inexpensive if you go for the set menu, and better than expected considering the location. The views from the restaurant were also delightful if you're a fan of London, which we are! The spa was also accommodating and friendly.

Only two small things, which are somewhat incidental. The valet parking, while incredibly convenient and very efficient, was a little pricier than I'd expected from my search online, at £25/night. Perhaps what I'd found online was an outdated reference, but it was certainly a small surprise. Additionally, the spa was lovely once we arrived and able to slot us in for a treatment at short notice, but their website made it seem like they were entirely booked up. Either there's a major glitch or they just need to update their site!

The staff was accommodating. The restaurant was lovely, and the food was excellent. The room was clean, and we liked the daily water restocking and the turn-down service. Having an expresso machine in the room was a bonus! The location is within walking distance of the DLR and the Tube. We used some food delivery services, and they could find the hotel easily. If you are taking Uber, they are always in the area. We only waited about 3 minutes for any Uber we called.

This is no fault of the hotel, but just be aware that coming from Heathrow Airport during rush hour will take you more than an hour. For example, our ride around noon took an hour and 40 minutes due to traffic.
