The room, although small, was well laid out and very efficient. Clean room and very comfortable beds. The soap and shampoo were very nice. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Lobby (small) was clean and bright. If you are looking for a convenient location (Gatwick Express is a 5 minute walk away) that is clean and comfortable, this is a good choice. Most tourists sites, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, etc. not far away.

There was no elevator, which I missed from the listing when I booked. We were on the 4th floor (top floor), which was 57 stairs up a narrow staircase. Despite that, I would stay there again.

Staff helpful, registration easy, rooms clean, location excellent. Close walks to good restaurants, theaters, shopping, train station, and most major city attractions (Parliament Buildings, Big Ben, Westminster, Buckingham Palace, etc.). Nearby street has pharmacies, grocery stores, restaurants with glutenfree options, souvenir shop and outdoor market with fresh fruits.

No lift, small room first stay with only one bed and no cot or rollaway bed for second adult person. Twin beds in room second stay was better for 2 friends traveling together. Will use again.

The room and ensuite were very small but satisfactory if, like us, you just sleep there. Great location, really close to the station, Buckingham Palace and the theatres for Wicked and Hamilton, loads of restaurants and shops nearby. Staff friendly and accommodating. Good price for the location.

We weren't pre-warned about building and construction works on the building attached directly to the hotel. This was extremely noisy even when you were in your room and started early. When we asked if we were able to leave our suitcase with them, they stated that if we left it at reception they would put it in the baggage room for us, however, when we returned, our suitcase was where we had left it at reception. This didn't seem very safe as it appeared that it would have been easy for it to have been taken.

For central London, this hotel is good value as long as you don't require an included breakfast or a lot of square footage. I needed to be close to London Victoria and this hotel provided that with no fancy and unnecessary features.

This is not a complaint but beware, there is no elevator and I was on the top floor. The staff handled my heavy suitcase up and down cheerfully. The website does mention there is no elevator (lift) but I missed the notation.

Location was perfect to get to Victoria coach station which I need to use mostly for my trip. Room was clean every time I came back after being out for the day. Not much noise from outside even though I was there over the weekend period so sleeping was easy for me.

Not a complaint but the electric key wasn't working for my room so I had to ask the staff to open my door every time I came back to the hotel but the staff were lovely and understanding about it all.

The location was perfect. Near Victoria station about a 10 minute walk. It was near the theatre about a 20 minute walk. Was in a lovely area. The room was lovely,clean and modern. We were in the Deluxe room. Have seen some reviews saying it was really small. Plenty, of room. Your in the middle of London. If you want a massive room then be prepared to pay 4 times as much. Terrific value for money. Toiletry items are Elimis. Towels,plenty of tea, coffee, and milk. There was a hairdryer in the room and clean towels. The room was quiet and nice and warm.Would definitely stay,again.

Very friendly, helpful & efficient staff. The hotel was very clean & it a good location for getting to where we wanted to go.

It may have been because of covid precautions (I didn't ask...but isn't everything these days 🙄) but there was no breakfast at the hotel. Getting a good breakfast at your hotel is always a winner!

We came to London from wales and was going to a show in Wembley. Wanted somewhere close to the coach station so we could get there and back. Location was great to coach station, easy to get around on tube. Very nicely decorated and comfy sleeping, could of done with an extra pillow (but that’s just personal preference)

If I was being picky I would say the bathroom is a little small but it’s not something that ruined the stay.

it was a cute hotel, nicely done up and the most appealing one in the street when you walk down it. really comfy bed, nice clean bathroom. I liked that I had a room with a window that backed on to the street behind and the street was nice and quiet especially for london

not really a criticism as it’s not anything that can be changed. But the thickness of the walls, it’s a town house so stud walls to be expected, and I didn’t hear the neighbours tv too loud in all honesty

Great location, near to Victoria underground station. Some local eateries close by for breakfast such as Giraffe. We were in the family room away from the main hotel, it was nice and private and no noise.

I wouldnt stay here with my family because I found it over priced for the room if you were paying the full cost yourself. My friends and I split the room cost which made the room good value per person. There was a crane making some noise during the day but we weren't there much. The family room doesn't have a view of any sort it's blocked by a tall wall.
