Convenient location, smooth check in and checkout, room was very comfortable and clean, there is a side entrance for late entry to the rooms, this is an ideal place to stay for a night or two seeing the sights and nightlife of London. Good value for the price.

My room had a skylight which did not have a blind, so, being the middle of June, the room got light very early. The only other issue was that the shower door was slightly broken, having come out of its runner, but it still worked ok and wasn't a problem.

I needed to drop off a small suitcase upon arrival in London but knew there would probably no staff yet early in the morning. Along came Warwick who happened to work there and he stored the bag in the office. Great help. I had a big room, nice shower, clean. No trouble right above the pub and beergarden, i slept without problem. Nice neighbourhood, will definitely see if available for next stay.

the staff were really friendly the room me and my niece shared was really clean , it was very adequate for what we needed, we were offered 10pc off the drinks at the bar I would definitely book a room again it was close the st George's hospital which was the purpose for booking the room, it was close to the shops we were both really pleased with our stay definitely no complaints

Was only there for a night, room had everything i needed. Friendly staff, food ok in the pub.

In summer room probably needs a fan, as had only an openable skylight. More than a few days would be too expensive... youre really paying for immediate access and a couple of days stay .. (i booked the £60/night room) . Be aware theres a few flight of windy strais to negotiate with any luggage. But for a few nights its great.

I was really pleasantly surprised! For £60 I had a lovely little bedroom. Secure room, shower, tv, kettle. Lovely view. And a bunch of very jolly people down in the bar! The parking was on site and very convenient. I’m definitely going to use this place regularly now as my daughter has moved to Tooting after being married. So I’m pleased I’ve found a cheap comfortable homely place I can stop over at.

Honestly I can’t fault it! I mean you get what you pay for. I was very satisfied

Cheap and cheerful, undeniable value for money in London! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Pub downstairs has a great atmosphere with well priced drinks and food +10% off for being a guest.

Room could have been a little cleaner, there were some discarded McDonalds fries under one of our beds. Not all rooms come with an exclusive bathroom so be wary of that.

Very good location for underground service, shops and food. Pub was good for both food and drink. Staff were friendly with easy check in. Room was fine with most things needed. Great value overall.

No WiFi in room. Couldn't use kettle because of rust. Received no housekeeping/clean towels.

Friendly staff, excellent for a stop over for The London To Brighton Bicycle Ride, as is bike friendly.

It's difficult to find something not to like. I buy breakfast from Tesco Express opposite to have in my room the next morning. I don't mind that at all but The Long Room might find that to have some kind of breakfast available to buy might help in getting paying guests? Just a thought, but I really staying there.

Only 15 minute walk to St George's hospital where my wife was having an operation. Free parking brilliant. Clean room friendly staff and plenty of places close by to get food. Had to peaceful nights sleep despite staying above a busy pub.

Bed not very comfy, I'm 5foot 8 feet stick out of bed. Had fish n chips in bar sorry I don't recommend it but i"d definitely stay there again.

The place is basically a pub with rooms on top. But the rooms are as good as or better than any I have seen at this price in a European metro.

They open at 12 and there is no staff before that. This was an issue on the first day, I had to ring when we arrived at about 11:30, and they asked us to come after 12. We had lunch nearby and then left our bags (checkin was only after 1).
