The hospitality of the host is unbelievable. He is the kindest and most helpful person I've known managing a hotel/ Airbnb. The rooms are simple but have everything you need ( iron, kettle, table and chairs, tv WiFi excellent) and are well maintained, and the location is EXCELLENT. Train 3 minutes walking and the bus right at the door. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, a perfect zone, and there are bars and restaurants. The fridge for breakfast is always full, and you can use it anytime. I highly recommend it. Thanks so much for everything and kind regards to James!! You guys made a lovely memorable trip and stayed.

Decent value for money. I booked a family room with private bathroom for a last-minute weekend trip. The room was a good size; the bed/linens, surfaces and floor were relatively clean. Lots of clean towels provided as well. I didn't grab breakfast, but the self-service kitchen was stocked with bread, fruits, milk, juice, etc. Also about a 5-min walk to Norbury Station. If you're driving, there were free parking bays outside of the house and along the street.

Room was pretty sparse. No extras like tissue boxes or toiletries (outside of body wash dispenser in bathroom). Speaking of the bathroom, it was tiny, but serviceable.

Excellent location, right next to the bus stop. Breakfast was top. Cook your own whenever you want it. Juices, Cereals, Bacon and Eggs. well worth it! Room was nice with own shower and toilet but one Major complaint, The TV needs to be on the wall facing the bed and not at the side of the bed. Impossible to get comfy to watch. Really bad position. No reason it couldn't be on the other wall, with a built in antenna as it has, it wouldn't be a problem and much more comfortable to watch. Take Note Flexistay! Apart from that one problem, most excellent.

Move the TV! Got a crick in my neck trying to watch. Ended up sat on the edge of the bed with no back support. Really bad position for the TV!

Perfect location for train service,(2 mins walk) close to lots of shops too,lots of eating places on the doorstep. Rooms are basic,but clean & very friendly staff! Added bonus of making your own breakfast! Fridge was well topped up with eggs,bacon,bread,cheese,jam,fruit juices & milk. Tea & coffee ready available too. Easy check in & out,can come & go as you please!

Great place, great service, great room accommodation, local transports are very easy to reach, breakfast choices are great too, very homey, comfort and unforgettable! Will definitely book this hotel again if we'll come back in London!!!!!!

Better bring an earplugs if you have a problem with the noice during sleeping, because it's close to the train station so you'll hear the train at anytime (even at night). But for us was not a big problem as we easily to sleep, even our little baby.

It was cheap for London. The fridge was well stocked to make breakfast, great biscuits! Not too far from the railway station at Norbury. Good selection of places to eat in the area. Supermarket and chemists local too. So great to have a fridge in the room.

The heating was on in all the communal areas and it was over 20°C outside, so it was a bit too hot. The lights in the room needed fixing. The TV reception via indoor aerial was very poor, but we didn't watch much TV.

It was good to stay. Great self-service breakfast (you can find everything in a common fridge). The host was friendly, the room was clean.

It would be worth treating the shower from cockroaches and small insects, we met several when arrived.

Room was in an ideal location not far from the train station and local shops. Kitchen facilities were really good and stocked up with breakfast items. Only issue i had was there was only brown bread but no problem really. Staff friendly and helful. Room was a decent size with fridge Comy bed

Room was a luttle outdated and toilet seat was broke but not really an issue everything else was fine

amazing place very very cozy i really felt home and the staff his name as I remembered yousheen i hope it was right he was very professional very polite and sooooo friendly i really recommended it to any one want a place to stay and for muslim most places around is halal so you can eat and enjoy ur stay

nothing but the location to the center 45 min with bus but for me it was ok

Room was spacious bed was very comfortable TV ,kettle and fridge in room .also toilet & shower, breakfast cereal tea coffee and kitchen all available downstairs for free was able to park on property so as I was working close by was brilliant stay for me would definitely stay again
