Very clean and orderly for the low price! The staff seemed friendly and helpful, but I didn't have much to do with them. There is a bus stop right in front and an Underground station a short walk away. There was almost no traffic noise (I had a room towards the back). It's certainly not for people who like to spend time at the hotel, but for sleeping and washing in between trips to the city, it was great!

The room and bath were really pretty small, but I didn't mind. The bed was narrow and not very comfortable, but it was ok for a few nights. The walls are thin, so you can hear people walking by the room, but the nighttime rules made sure that the other guest weren't noisy late at night. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast, but it allowed me to go out and discover the options of the cafés close by.

Room and bathroom was very clean and things were in good condition, good location near bus station, metro station and supermarket. And hotel has a 24 hour reception, so in our case our arrival was hours delayed in the evening but this wasn't an issue. Good value for money.

Beds are a bit small both length and width (I'm only 1.68 so if you are much taller or corpulent this will become an issue I think) and my kids (boy + girl) had to share a 2 person bed instead of seperate beds (which we asked for). No breakfest but there is a nearby supermarket.

Location is excellent. 7 mins walk to Underground which was my main transportation to everywhere I needed to go. The shower and toilet ensuite was good with hot water and reasonable water pressure. Bed is comfortable. No window view which is common in the crowded London hotels unless you want to pay loads of money. However, despite being hot few days I spent there, they left small fan in the room which was very nice of them. Reasonable for those who are here to get a job done in fairly comfortable stay rather than luxurious which can cost 3 times what this costed.

This was a very nice budget hotel and I would definitely stay here again. The location was excellent with a bus stop right outside and the underground station about a ten minute walk away. I had a single room which was clean and serviced with clean towels etc every day and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. The staff were pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. If you are looking for a no-frills hotel in London I doubt you will find better value for money.

Super friendly staff available 24/7. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Close to public transport (bus right in front, underground nearby)

My room was extremely good value for money and well located at a quick walk from Earls Court station. For what I paid, my room was en suite with all the facilities I'd expect and comfortable. Towels, shampoo, hot showers, comfortable beds, and a desk were all provided. I was really pleasantly surprised as I'd expected the hotel to be much more bare bones.

As good as the overall experience was for what I paid, there were some shortcomings. The two big ones being the poor placement of the sockets and the shower being somewhat weak and taking a while to warm up. Neither were the end of the world, and if you can bring a plug extender and start running your morning shower in advance of when you need it to get the water heated through you should be fine.

Classic UK-style building remade for a hostel, so already knew what to expect, if you've been in one, then you know what it is. Bathroom in the room is a big deal, coffee, tea, sugar etc to your liking available. Working and adjustable radiator was a huge win since I was soaking wet after whole evening outside, great comfort to dry your clothes especially if you're travelling for 1-2 days with a single backpack and don't plan on having too many alternative clothes. Hostel is accessible through the door code, so you can be there at any time and the reception is 24h, so great if you need to check out faster than 11 like I did.

Duvet was somehow too small for me, I use 2-3 as big on my own for one person, so I felt like I'm not covered properly. Definitely not a room to spend a lot of time in, since it's claustrophobic, but just for accomodation it's fine. The location wasn't ideal in terms of the airport connection, although really close to Piccadilly line at Earl's Court so you can switch to Elizabeth for Heathrow, it's a really long travel with all the stops. Same goes for Luton connection, either buses to West Hampstead or Tube to Blackfriars after using another bus. Other than that, you'll know what your needs are and you need to take it into the account.

The location was good as it was close to Earl's Court tube station (District and Piccadilly lines), which made it easy to travel to the city. The room was basic, but clean and reasonably comfortable for a cheap hotel. The staff in the hotel was helpful. Overall, we were happy with this place.

There were no sockets next to the bed, which was a nuisance because you couldn't use your phone while it was on the charger. There are no double glazing windows, which meant the noise from the traffic was very loud at night. As it is a budget hotel, it is still a good value for money.

The room was great, spacious, the bed was comfy and the price was, in my opinion, ideal for what London typically is like. It's right next to 2 or more bus stops, 10 minutes away from the metro station, there's a Tesco right next door... We were overall pretty happy with our stay. The staff was also quite nice.

The building is quite old so it doesn't have the best appearance but for the price it was, I don't really want to complain much. The water pressure in the shower also was very low but we managed.
