The staff at the reception has been extremely welcoming and helpful. The houskeeping staff in the hallway has been friendly and smiling anytime. We did not eat breakfast on site but have been to the cheese and wine thingy which was pleasant.

I think the beds were comfy but a little small. Maybe you could find an option to have 2 separate beds instead of one queen in every single room. We were assigned an handycap accessible room, which was fine but even there was no extra bed available. I believe it would just make sense in a room that typically serves a purpose.

The staff was superb. Very helpful and kind. They all seemed to enjoy their work and appreciated their co-workers. So much so, I fancied working there. The breakfast and wine/cheese evenings were very enjoyable and high quality. The room itself was small (I knew that when booking), but was very efficient and clean with a very comfortable bed and modern tech conveniences. As a young woman staying alone for the week, I never felt threatened or unsafe. The local police station was across the street. I appreciated the free bottles of tap water that were available on-demand. If you're a tourist, the location can't be beat. Despite the lively street outside, the room interior was quiet and peaceful. Perfect respite after a long day of sightseeing.

The minimal storage space in the room is something to overcome. There are a few hangers and hooks to hang-up a handful of clothes, but no drawers whatsoever. If you're okay with using your suitcase as clothes storage, and don't have delicate clothing to hang up, it's fine. The bathroom did have ample storage for toiletries and such, though. There is no car parking available in the vicinity, but I don't expect that's an issue for most visitors.

Bathroom placement was strange. The toilet was directly facing the bed, and while it was a good laugh it's not ideal.

Wonderful and modern hotel. I’ve never slept so well, and even though it was my first time in London , some days I just wanted to stay in bed!! It is that comfy even though it’s small, and me and my husband stayed there for nine nights with no issue. The complementary wine and cheese was lovely. There’s great complementary coffee inside the room (and trust me, all the coffee I had in England sucks). The television was soooo big and great, that me and my husband ended up watching a lot of movies.

Although it was warned beforehand, having the bedroom cleaned every other day doesn’t feel very adequate, specially because the hotel was so comfy otherwise that we ended up spending lots of time inside it. IMHO this might be an European thing, but the bathroom was missing a bidet alternative.

The hotel is centrally located with variety of restaurants and shop as well as a grocery market nearby. National Gallery and many theaters were also nearby. We arrived at the hotel about an hour early but the staff kindly checked us in. The room we stayed was of good size as we selected the room with access although the bed was attached to three walls with only one side of the bed open to get into and out of. Facilities were efficiently functional and maintained very clean. We took Piccadilly Tube Line from LHR Terminal 2 to Covent Garden with a short walk to the hotel. Bus stops were also in short distance for touring the city. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was not spacious so storage space was limited and we kept clothes in our roller bags which were tucked into the storage space under the bed.

We like the location since it has a parking space for us to park our rental car for the period we needed, it is also close to a village for store and restaurants. It is close to a bus stop to get into old town. There are views from the bedrooms and the kitchen and the large living room made our stay comfortable.

The parking garage needed to drive down a slope, but we get use to it. The washing machine did not work, even though the repair man came and tried to fix it, but it only worked one load and then stopped to work. So, we had to wash some of our clothes by hands.

Loved, loved, loved the location, staff were great, friendly and the hotel was very clean. Also appreciated the wine and cheese tasting free event. Was able to have a warm drink as an alternative to the wine and my daughters gluten allergy was catered for. Thank you.

First time staying, the room was very compact which although could see on photos hadn't really understood how compact. If you suffer from claustrophobia avoid. The inner rooms have no windows this is known when booking but the rooms with windows are not able to open them they are locked and a key is not available to open them. The bathroom inside the room is not private at all, if you are in the shower you are visable to your companion.

Great location without any street noise. The room is very compact, which is made clear when booking, but still for a couple it can get a little bit tight, especially as our room had a huge (building) pillar in it, taking away more space. Room had everything you need. If you just come to sleep it's a good fit given the central location. There was a free wine and cheese tasting on tuesday evening which was a great added benefit.

Mattress was a bit hard and the bathroom was only separated by a mostly transparent glass sliding door, not providing much intimacy if traveling more than one person.

The staff is super nice. The location is great. Wifi is fast. Shower has good water pressure.

It isn't that I don't like. It is a very small room that doesn't offer privacy for even a couple. It offers great value for the money if traveling alone or as a couple for a couple of days. There's no closet or fridge and the bathroom has a glass wall so your partner would be able to see (and hear) you in the toilet. This said, I knew this and I had stayed with them before and will stay with them in the future because it perfectly fits my needs. I highly recommend the Z Hotels when in London for just a few days.

The hotel goes the ecological way. The rooms are cleaned every other day. It is nice and quiet place. Rooms are really comfortable. With lovely staff. Hotel charged for breakfast almost 14 £ per person. We preferred to have a breakfast nearby. There is Fernando’s café (on St. Martin’s Line) with lovely owner. Where we had nice breakfast for two for the same price.

As the rooms are cleaned every other day. There are missing the hangers for hanging or drying towels. So at the end of day you either wipe yourself with wet towels or ask for clean one. But this is where the ecological approach ends. The windows could not be opened. It was ventilated exclusively through the air conditioner. Which is also not very ecological. The blinds could either be drawn to complete darkness or stayed pulled out. Nothing in between.
